I had a hidden water leakage from the radiator that filled a room with water. I called during the weekend and received prompt and professional service. The team found a way to refurbish a part in the radiators instead of replacing them, and saved me a lot of money. The price was very reasonable.

Called Statewide after having two other plumbers out to my house. No one could properly diagnose the hammering issue in the house. I was lucky enough to get Marc out to take a look. He narrowed it down to two issues and provided two options to move forward. We opted for full boilermate replacement after chasing the problem through other companies for 6 months. Install was beautiful, Marc kept us up to date the entire time and ultimate we made the right decision. He showed me the failed tank after removing. Can’t recommend Statewide enough

I had a whole house water filter installed by Statewide plumbing in my home. Yes it was a small project that was done by Statewide plumbing but they came in and instsalled the water filter and made the system work for our home. The water taste a lot better then before the water filter was installed. After the project was done Statewide went over how to replace the filter and made sure we had no problems. The best part the project was not a hack job like other plumbing companies out there. The project was professional done and was very cleanly done. Reflecting on this past 4th of July weekend, I feel compelled to extend my gratitude to those who love our country and support our veterans. When dealing with plumbers or contractors, its not uncommon for them to not return phone calls or deliver on the work promised. However, my recent interaction with Statewide was completely different. Like many others, I faced delays, increased costs, and a lack of materials due to COVID-19, which led me to put a hold on my home addition project for an extended period, which included a bathroom. The owner of Statewide noticed the incomplete project as he regularly passed by and took the time to introduce himself. Recognizing I was a veteran, he expressed his appreciation for my service and offered to help me complete my home addition project. I accepted his offer, and I am beyond grateful for his assistance throughout the process. After our brief discussion, a professional technician was at my home the next day. We reviewed the options and selected the best approach, and the job was completed in no time. I am incredibly grateful for the amazing job done by Statewide Plumbing. God bless Carlos and his team.

Statewide Plumbing was recommended by my building manager as not being the cheapest but 100 percent reliable. I recently moved to Providence from Boston. I was a trustee on my condo board in both Brookline and Boston and dealt with many vendors. I needed my hot water replaced two weeks ago and they were great. Of course during the recent heat wave my air conditioning stopped working. I called Saturday afternoon and a plumber was here at 8:15am on Sunday. Their operations manager Carlos is very responsive and all of their plumbers are very nice. Their mothers would be proud! I can’t recommend them more highly!

I had my two ductless split units in the house and the main unit outside deep cleaned. The technician was extremely neat and clean, and also shared with me the dirt and liquid that he cleaned from the units. My unit was four years old and never realized they had to be cleaned. Was I surprised to find out that there was signs of mold and other contaminants inside the unit and I will make sure to have the units clean more frequently. My wife has asthma and she can already notice the difference in the air when we ran the cleaned units. Thank you and I will be using Statewide again for all my plumbing needs.

I have found Statewide plumbers always knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my properties. I have found their billing for services provided to be reasonable. I highly recommend Statewide Plumbing and Heating. The most recent service they provided was on 3 April 2024, in the evening, when the Statewide Plumber cleared a main bathroom toilet that was obstructed at a rental property. The Plumber, Zac, cleared the obstruction as I expected he would. I was very happy with the outside of this requested service. I highly recommend using Statewide Plumbing because oftheir highly skilled Plumbers that can get the job done.

I’ve had some unfortunate incidents at my family’s home over the past 16 or so years… Statewide has always been there for us; for routine maintenance but also emergency situations. And one absolutely catastrophic event. 4-6 weeks ago I had an issue…. And was in panic mode.I called up and Carlos called me back promptly. I sent pictures of what was going on…He called me back and instructed me of what to do and what valve to shut off. Solved the problem of geyser of water flowing out of the house in 2 minutes. (Which if not handled quickly would have flooded basement within 30 minutes… it truly was a geyser.If not for prompt response, we would have been looking at a $40-60K insurance claim and weeks of headaches.(I did actually call a plumbing company with an office 10 minutes away… thought being they’d be closer and able to respond to such an emergency quicker… nope. (Took local company an hour and 22 minutes to respond to my 3 phone calls to them) Statewide solved my problem, without even sending anyone out. Gave me the info to fix issue… and saved the day!) ((and advice they gave us was never even billed for!))I knew I should have called them first; as they’ve always been responsive in the past.But, in a panic moment I called what I thought would be a more local place.Big mistake. Statewide is Statewide. They got trucks everywhere….I’m not going to make that mistake ever again…Calling them first!

When the unit was installed a couple years ago by Statewide plumbing they informed us that we need to service the unit once a year to make sure it works the best it can. One of Carloss guys came into our home did a quick service cleaning to the unit and made sure everything was working properly in the unit. The best part was when they finish the entire area around the heater was clened like they never showed up. I’ve used Statewide on a few occasions now and they’ve always been timely and professional but my most recent experience showed me just how great this company is to work with. I had an emergency with my tankless water heater and it was leaking water all over the basement at 7 pm on a Sunday evening. Within 5 minutes of calling the number I was getting help over FaceTime to get the situation under control and safe until we could buy the necessary parts to replace the next morning. The technicians were at the house at 8am to make the repairs. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Statewide Plumbing recently completed a repair for us on a leaking main water line at a 24-hour laundromat. Because the location is open 24-hours a day, we needed to perform the repair overnight at the slowest time for the store. Statewide mobilized at midnight and performed a full shutdown, drained and repaired the line, and had the store back up and running within an hour. I would not hesitate to recommend statewide to anyone in the future.

The technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. They were installing a WAGS valve on our hot water heater. Prior to that visit, we used Statewide to repair/replace both cold water and hot water connections on the supply lines at the water heater inlet. One of those visits was on a weekend. We are on the third floor of an apartment/condo building and water was leaking down to the second and first floor units. They were very responsive and came out right away. We were impressed with those technicians as well. Now, the WAGS valve will give us peace of mind that we wont have any disastrous leaks that affect our neighbors. In addition, the owner of Statewide took time out of his schedule to have a long conversation with us when we were trying to make a decision on how to proceed (new typical water heater, tankless water heater or the WAGS Valve). We appreciated that extra effort, we felt valued as a customer. Great, professional employees combined with excellent service. We highly recommend Statewide Plumbing and Heating.
