I called for service, emphasizing that I had an emergency, and plumber arrived at my house within an hour. The main problem was resolved in less than an hour. A secondary problem required a part that the service provider didn’t have with him, but he promised to get back to us. Overall, I’m very pleased and happy to recommend this company. (I can’t comment on the price because I haven’t needed a plumber for years, so I have nothing to compare to, but I was happy to pay what was charged.)

Tankless hot water heater installed. First use was a long shower, about 50min, not in it the whole time only about 30 min in the shower. 10 min before and after let it run just to try to see how long I could stretch it! The Waldsteins have always treated me really good. Two great family business! AirServ and Waldstein Plumbing. To Hayden, Travis, Jane, Ava and all the techs keep up the great work!

We had a rotting subfloor under the toilet due to a leak. Waldstein provided excellent service. They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up so well we couldnt even tell they were there.They also worked closely with the flooring company to minimize the amount of time the bathroom was out of service.And, they charged a fair price for their work.We definitely recommend them.

We really appreciate the prompt fix to our kitchen drain. Not only great at fixing but gave recommendations for monthly maintenance. Waldstein came out after a three days of no shows and rescheduling of Roto Router. Thank you!

Although their services were not ultimately required, they referred us to a general contractor who is now addressing the issue. Due to Waldstein Plumbing’s exemplary customer service and their proactive assistance, they will be our primary point of contact for future needs.

Hayden and tech put new shut offs on our bathroom sink and toilet. They installed a new sink and toilet as well. We also had some issues with our septic lines not draining. They put in a camera and found we had roots in part of the line. We had to remove the tree that was on top of the line. Then we were able to fix that section of line. Thank you!
