These guys are great. Had standing water in floor drain and needed service before the holiday. They reworked their schedule to accommodate me the same day (shoutout to Heather!) Extremely nice and courteous people who went out of their way for me. Also cleared my drain within 20 minutes and offered advice for routine maintenance. Will recommend to everyone. A+ service!

Dana was amazing. We were needing to get an eatimate and service on tree roots in our main sewer line. He helped calm.me down, educated me with knowledge, and then made recommendations on the protocol for preventative maintenence. Dana went out of his way to inform us. Heather was great and got us scheduled immediately.Before the appointment, I received a text with a photo of the plumber that would be coming.Derek was professional, and polite and didnt mind our obnoxious dogs (he showed me a pic of his beautiful dog).They will be our go-to plumbing company and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Everyone at A Raymond has been so helpful this week. Our sewer line went out of commission pretty rapidly, and the folks at A Raymond were able to come out and get things fixed much quicker than we thought possible. Dana was a great help both times he was here. And Josh and Erich were here to replace the sewer line. They were just the nicest guys and they did such a wonderful job. We are thanking God for leasing us to such a great company.

I had a water pipe burst due to the cold weather that came in December 2022. Dana, the plumber, came out to fix the pipes. He was very personable and delivered 5 star customer service. He also had the issue fixed in two hours with a very reasonable bill. If you need plumbing assistance call this company and ask for Dana. I cant recommend him enough for his service and professionalism!!!

We were having plumbing issues, with water all over in our basement. Raymond sent one of their experts (Mike), to troubleshoot and fix it, only to find out our main sewer line was damaged and needed to be replaced.Eric and Josh arrived a couple of days later to replace the sewer line by boring under our sidewalk, concrete steps, and deck to replace the broken line. Our backyard was barely disturbed at all. Plumbing was restored on day 2. Dirt holes were filled and properly tamped, and concrete in the basement replaced on day 3. These guys were awesome! Truly nice guys that answered all my questions and made us feel very comfortable with their knowledge and proficiency.Highly recommend this company!

Dwight, from Raymond Plumbing, recently came to our home to address a clogged pipe. He was thorough, and sought to understand the homes system as a whole prior to determining and addressing the issue of our water overflow. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide helpful information and tips to avoid further issues. I appreciated the service and would recommend the company for plumbing needs.

Called on a Monday morning, after calling Burton, who wanted to charge $60 just to come out, A Raymond were out before 11am the same day of the call to install a hot water heater. They charge by the hour, are incredibly professional and Casey the serviceman went absolutely above and beyond in his courtesy and installation. Dont waste your time calling anyone else.

We had a hot water line burst on a Saturday night in our 110 year old house. We called the after hours technician on call and Ken B. was at our house within the hour. He did some additional work and was very responsive and knew what he was doing. Plan on using them again

Had a great experience with this company. I have Homeserve. They assigned A. Raymond Plumbing. Derek cane out Christmas night to snake my main drain. We thought it was fixed, but unfortunately had to come back out today to resnake, run a camera, and ultimately hydrojet the line. Derek and his partner spent half the day here working my line. Cleaned up the entire mess before they left. Hopefully the problem is solved!!!

I have a Service Contract with HomeServe for my outside plumbing items. The company had Raymond Plumbing do the work. I needed an indoor shutoff valve replaced, but first the outside shutoff valve had to be located. Raymond Plumbing coordinated with Omaha MUD to mark the location. Then Raymond installed the necessary items so the outside valve could be easily located in the future.My wife was VERY happy with the workers and the work they did.I would HIGHLY recommend Raymond Plumbing.

Two of Raymond Plumbing technicians came to our home to fix a stopped drain. We just bought the house not too long ago, so we were not sure what to expect. They were thorough, even leaving to grab a bigger snake. When they returned they were able to deduce the problem and, with the help of a Sawzall, they cleaned out a grease area that they assumed could have been growing for ten years. They never gave up. I expected the bill to be huge since they were here 2 1/2 hours, but everyone in the family agreed it was very fair because it was less than we thought. We will use them again!
