Rich and his team have demonstrated their professionalism through their response time. I have used them several times for different issues and each time they returned my call within the hour and came out the same day. I am pleased with their ability to diagnose the problem and resolve the issue that same day. I would recommend Rich and his team to anyone who is looking for an all around great plumber. These guys are great!

Rich and Shawn are absolutely amazing! We had a clogged drain. We called them they were there the same day. They are extremely knowledgeable. Within thirty minutes the drain was unclogged and they also fixed some other issues we didnt even know had been done improperly by someone else. These guys are very trustworthy and pros at what they do!

Rich and Shawn are very knowledgable guys. I called them when a previous plumber failed to fix a leak with my water shut off valve. After 30 minutes at my house they have resolved the issue and corrected the mistake the other company made. They will be my go to plumbers with any project we have in the future. I would highly recommend!

I had a very leaky faucet and a hot water heater that wouldnt stay lit. I called Pristine and in 24 hours had two guys at my door. Less than 30 minutes and everything was fixed with a very reasonable bill. I would highly recommend Pristine for your plumbing needs!

Fantastic customer service and amazingly quick results. Rich worked with our schedule and was punctual on the agreed time frame. We called for one repair job, was given a reasonable quote and agreed to the work. Far exceeded my expectations on the first and only visit needed even after we added a second task. He explained why we had the issues and gave advice on the best type of attachment to use moving forward.I highly recommend this business.Thanks for your time!

I called Pristine for a 2nd opinion as theprevious company told me I needed an entire new inside sewer system and estimated total is $11,500. It was NOT needed. Pristine ran the camera and descaled and it looks good as new. I watched them work through their camera system. I will stick with Pristine Plumbing! Pristine Plumbing is a top notch plumbing contractor. They have done numerous projects for me from running a camera to view the condition of sewer lines, jetting tree roots, snaking clogs, sink installs, shower and tub installs, and water heaters. These guys communicate well and are prompt to complete the work. Great value for any plumbing install or repairs.

Over a weeks time I contacted 3 other plumbers (Jefferis, Joshua Bogardus, & Eledge). Never called/texted me back. I finally called, then texted Rich at Pristine. He texted me back a while later, set up a time to come out. They just finished. I thought they were friendly, cleaned up any messes. I will use them in the future.
