Trust and reliability are the themes of this review. After experiencing a sewer line backup into our home, we called a large & well known company to fix the problem. We were told the only way to fix the issue was to spend $18k and effectively rebuild our entire plumbing system.Seeking a second opinion, we found Nystrom plumbing and are so very glad we did. I can’t say enough about Joe and Nystrom Plumbing! Joe came to repair my faucet the same day I called and he was so knowledgeable and professional and went into great detail explaining to me what needed to be done for the repair in terms I understood. Quick turnaround and excellent job neatly done at a fair price by Joe Nystrom. New to Cornelius and first day in our new home found that our shower was low flow and cold. Called Nystrom plumbing in the morning and Joe came over this afternoon. Found the problem, resolved it and made sure we were satisfied. Looked at another future project and honestly advised us of our options. Great stuff - highly recommend them!Never did this before - but writing another review for Nystrom Plumbing. Called them today (A SUNDAY) because our hot water wasnt working and Joe Nystrom came and fixed the problem an hour later. When I said I could wait until tomorrow, partly because I hate asking people to work on Sunday and partly not to pay extra, he said its my job and you wont pay extra. Joe not only did good work at a fair price but is an awfully nice guy. Definitely a company Im going to use again.

Its funny, I had to move some stuff in the garage to take a good photo, he texted me asking no photos yet. I got the photos to him and he explained what he would charge and would be out at 9 in the morning. (Sunday) Got a update text confirming time a little after 8. Showed up on time, did the install at the price quoted in great time. Would not hesitate to refer to anyone. Honestly I have nothing but the highest praises for mike and joe! We had a gas leak that we caused by shiplapping our wall. Safe to say we were worried and ready to breakdown at the fear of the cost and what would need to be done. These man came in, looked at the problem, and got to work. These guys are awesome. I was 600 miles away when a roommate clogged our system pretty bad. I called them from out of state, they were at our door within the hour. It took quite some work to get everything situated but I was kept in the loop the entire time.
