Al was awesome! He helped us add a new hookup for a sink in the laundry room and move a vent pipe so we could take out a wall. We are DIYers and he worked with our expectation that we would do everything else (drywall, sink install, etc) but he also helped me with info I needed to hook up the faucet myself too. He is very kind and fair priced. Would recommend! -

Super responsive - I called him about needing a replacement water heater and Al came out the same day for a free quote. His price was the best out of 5 competitors, and he was able to replace the heater the next day. Quick, friendly service and will definitely call him again for future needs! -

Al is a real find! I needed a new soaking tub hooked up -- not an emergency -- but he promptly did an assessment and returned several days later to do the work. He shared lots of helpful thoughts about how to anchor and seal off the base of the tub. Did a super job cleaning up the crawl space area. Very reasonable. Very nice working with him. -

Al has been great both times we needed plumbing help. Most recently we text him later at night because our water heater was leaking. He was here at 8am the next day to replace it. He did a great job and his price was very fair. We highly recommend! -

Our hot water heater quite on us on a Sunday afternoon. Al was at our house first thing Monday. He did a tremendous job of not only replacing the hot water heater, but also finding us the best deal on a high level heater. He was personal, professional, friendly, punctual, and fully competent. I will absolutely call on him again if we ever have additional plumbing needs. I now think of him as our plumber. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! -

I am extremely happy with the service Al provided while installing a new hot water heater. My old hot water busted early one morning with water gushing out (luckily it was in the garage). I shut the water off and called Als number, which had been given to me by my next door neighbor. I called Al, and he promised to meet me the next day at Lowes and he would help me pick out the hot water heater and bring it to my house. He did exactly as he promised, and had the hot water fully installed that day. I will definitely call on Al for any additional plumbing needs I may have in the future. He is friendly, punctual, and takes pride in his work. I also feel that his rate was very reasonable. -

Wow.First time using his company, and can’t be happier. Had toilet not draining properly. Called Al based on reviews and proximity to me. Lucked in to a next morning visit. Spends time working on it, gets immediate problem fixed, but said was inferior toilet, and may give more problems. Less than 30 minutes (we think) for visit, and didn’t charge us!!!!Did ask that we call him to install when/if we got a new one.Ok. Deal. :) -

Al was a great find for my wife and I when remodeling a house from 1961. He completely replaced all the old fixtures, added all new water lines and sanitary plus did a new bathroom addition. He did it all under budget and ahead of schedule. We went through all inspections the 1st time. The only trade that occurred with. I cant say enough! -

Al is the only plumber I’ve ever trusted. EVER. After a chance meeting in 2013, Al completed a large project on my personal home. Since then, he handles all of our investment/rental properties and, as a REALTOR, I refer all of my clients to him. Great service and overall great guy. -

Prompt and superior service! Called Al last minute on a Friday afternoon and told him about our plumbing issue. He arrived at our place within 20 mins and had everything resolved in a short amount of time. And the best part, he charged us a decent rate! If we have any plumbing issues in the future we wont call anyone else. -

When my kitchen flooded on a Saturday afternoon I was in panic mode. I refused to call one of those BIG companies we see all the commercials for. The last time I called them I was left with a hole in my ceiling and an $800 bill.Al promised to be at my home at 8am on a Sunday. He showed up 10 minutes early, accessed my issues, gave me a more then fair price, and had everything fixed very quickly.I was so impressed that Ive had him back for two other issues and again I received the same great level of service and more then fair pricing. I have and will continue to recommend him to all of my friends. -

Michelle & Scott Kennon, We installed a newer toilet with no issues in the hall way. We installed a old toilet with a old bidet seat in the master bathroom. If you remember Scott I suggested installing a new toilet instead of that very old toilet that look in rough shape. You didn’t want to spend the money on it. We can’t warranty your old toilet.I also told you that you needed tile in the bathroom floor because the floating laminated flooring isn’t water proof. You told me it was to expensive to have the flooring company to tile the bathroom floors. I believe you told me that the floating laminated flooring cost around $10,000 vs $30,000 for the tile flooring for the whole house.We just can’t take responsibility for an old toilet installation on flooring that isn’t designed to be in the bathroom.I came by late Friday afternoon to set the toilets and the flooring guys weren’t done. I couldn’t set the toilets. I gave you guys another plumber name to install them for you guys because I had to watch my son over the weekend. Scott called me telling me the other plumber couldn’t make it till Tuesday and would leave you without a toilet for four days. I told you guys I would come Saturday so you wouldn’t have to wait because you had kids in your home. I paid for a babysitter to watch my son so your kids could have a toilet to use and you wouldn’t have to wait.You guys use the toilet for almost a month before it started leaking. You ever think it just went bad due to the age.Never blocked your number ????I only can give you the information. I can’t make you do it. -

At 5:30 on Saturday Sept 5th after flushing an upstairs toilet and water began pouring down through a ceiling light fixture in the kitchen, I had no clue who to call. I found Al on the Internet and trusted the reviews. He showed up Sunday morning at 7:30 to assess and fix the problem. Extremely reasonably priced for a holiday weekend. I will definitely use him for any future needs I have. -

Al came out today, the Sunday before Memorial Day, to fix a problem that I created by trying to do the plumbing work myself. On probably the worst weekend to get someone to make an emergency visit, he not only came out immediately, but the price charged was excellent as was the work. I agree with all the other posts, that you will be hard pressed to find anyone to do the work as well, for a reasonable price that is upfront and theres no attempt to change the price once he gets in the door. Very satisfied and I think you will be too if you use him. Save yourself from the same mistake I made and just call him before you need any work done and let him take care of it. Thanks again for helping me out this weekend. -
