What a great company, family run and awesome customer service. We appreciate their immediate response and the detailed job changing our high pressure valves around the house, but also checking our pipes through a camera. Not enough can be said about Steve and his crew. We spent thousands with other recommended plumbers who misdiagnosed our issue before we were referred to Steve. The team was accurate, fair on price, honest, and got an extremely extensive job done right the first time. Save yourself multiple nightmares and look no further than Steve and Sewer Savers

I initially called sewer savers on my 1st night in my new house. We had water coming up from under the toilet and into the shower at 1am on a Saturday. Sewer Savers was the first to respond and had Dan out by 2am! He had to snake the line all the way from the roof to the front yard but was not able to find the root cause. After digging for the buried sewage line at 3 am, Dan was able to relieve the pressure by drilling the pipe but had to come back out the next day to finish the job. After returning he was able to snake a bunch roots out and install a clean out connection, but said that we most likely have a broken or separated pipe towards the front lawn. About a week later we ran into the same back up issue...Dan was right. (the quote to replace the pipe was $1500) I called Sewer Savers on Monday evening and they came out the very next morning at 8:30 to begin the massive job of excavating the front lawn and replacing a 4 inch pipe 3 feet underground. After discovering EXACTLY what and where Dan said they would find the issue (cracked pipe) they went above and beyond by not only replacing the pipe, but also snaking the remaining line down to (but not in) the City sewer connection. I also want to give a HUGE thanks to Rachel in the office for convincing the owner Steve to help us out with a discount off the quoted price. (Thanks to Steve too!) I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs good work done fast at a great price.

Stephen and his crew were excellent! They re-routed my hot water line for less than 1/2 the price of another well known local plumbing company. Very knowledgeable and fair price. Thank you Stephen!
