I had a great experience with all year cooling. The tech came and looked at our older unit. He did not pressure me to get a new system. He told me how much it would be to repair my ac and how much it would be to replace it. My wife and I decided to replace it and he gave us an excellent deal. They were there the very next morning to replace our ac unit...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND all year cooling.

Got an estimate from All Year Cooling to replace my A/C system based on a neighbors ‘s recommendation. Out of the three estimates I’ve received their’s was by far the best - I was especially impressed with their 10 year labor warranty. The sales rep who came out to see me, Amjed, was friendly and very knowledgeable and took the time to make me an offer that was better by far than the other two. I’m planning to use them for my project next month.Just a follow up to the above, my new system was installed by All Season and I’m very happy with it and with how smoothly the installation went. Start to finish these guys know what they’re doing and they do it well!

Our experience was very good. The company sent someone right away. When the issue could not be handled that night because a part was needed, they made a temporary fix so we would still have ac overnight. The day of the appointment, the team contacted us with all the updates. The tech arrived on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. He was very nice as well. The customer service folks were also very nice. I have used this company for many years and will continue to do so. Highly Recommend All Year Cooling.

I have had an amazing experience with All Year Cooling, they are professional and all the technicians are well trained and have worked with the company for a long time. Anel, one their technicians, is currently changing the coils in one of the units and he is just amazing. We bought two Trane units for our home and the staff have been helpful and supportive with any issues with my units. They are prompt at answering messages, even on weekends. They have cut me a break or given me a discount when the drain lines needed flushing on different occasions. I would highly recommend them as they are a professional company. I know how hard it can be to find reliable companies that do what say they’re going to do, All Year Cooling is a company that stands behind their word and work.

Fast response and very professional and honest service. We called for an inspection and estimate on possible repairs as we’re trying to sell our home and had 2 different AC guys with 2 very different opinions and needed a neutral party. The technician was very nice, got on the roof and inspected the AC and all the installation and came back with the opinion that our AC was working effectively and everything is up to code so no repairs needed. We infinitely appreciate the promptness and honesty and will definitely keep this number handy for any future repairs.

My AC was going out and it was in the middle of Summer. I have a toddler and my elderly mom so I absolutely could not risk waiting to get my AC done. I called several AC companies for quotes including All Year Cooling and spoke to Edgar Sanchez. I explained my situation and that we are first time homebuyers who have had lots of recent expenses and was looking for a quote to clean my vents and change my AC unit completely. Edgar was very informative and pleasant. He kindly informed me that financing is available. He provided excellent customer service. I got a quote and shopped around some more and, ultimately, we chose All Year Cooling. They had the best value for the price. The duct tech team came out the very next day and serviced our home. The installer did a great job and also installed our Google Nest for us. The permit team also took care of everything, all we had to do was the inspection. I wanted to replace my AC units because although they were working, they were old and were limping along. So I had plenty of time to do my research to find the best company. I checked reviews, product selection and narrowed it down to six companies.When Joe Nicolosi arrived to inspect my current system and make a recommendation I quickly noticed he wasnt like the other sales reps who provided a quote and left. Some never followed up. Joe took his time to inspect the existing air handlers, carefully measuring to ensure a seamless installation, checking the electrical panel and concrete pad outside to make sure it was large enough.Then he asked about my current AC, likes and dislikes. He was the only person to do so. I was so impressed that I canceled the last two sales requests.Joe was a cut above and gave me options with pros and cons on which unit to install. He took the time both in person and with great follow up calls to earn my business. Its hard to compare quotes among other companies but Joe Nicolosi was up front and provided a detailed proposal. It was easy to understand and a great price. He wasnt pushy or vague like some other guys.They did a great install and I had cold air and UV light protection within hours. The work area was clean and the installer Patrick did a great job. Check out the professional job they did in the garage. Very professional.When someone needs an new AC I will recommend All Year Cooling and Joe Nicolosi as the best in the biz!

We called All Year Cooling because we needed to see why there was no heat in our home. Amjed at All year cooling came out the same day and gave us a free quote. We were automatically impressed by his knowledge and professionalism in the field. After looking at our thermostat, he knew right away what the problem was and informed us without beating around the bush, followed by detailed inspection as he climbed to the roof to confirm his assessment. He was able to give us a quote the same day, and arranged for installation of a new HVAC system the following day. Amjed was very informative, gave us the step by step detail and answered all of our questions patiently, all the way until the job was completed.Installation Day: we met Mr. Marvin and his crew who were also very professional and knowledgeable in their field. They assessed our old hvac system and knew that we were loosing money from all the air that is escaping d/t a poorly fitted exhaust system, so they made sure to seal it so that the system can work, how its supposed to. We can tell the difference right away of what they did based on the stronger air flow to each vent in the house. Marvin called to notify us an hour before their arrival with all their equipment (including a crane). They installed the new HVAC system within 5 hours and did a thorough clean-up and showed us the different features of our new HVAC system including how to set the control for humidity in the newly installed thermostat.We are 100% highly satisfied customers and would highly recommend this Team of Experts for all your HVAC needs!!!

My A/C unit brokedown now, summer time. The compressor died. Ive contacted Felix the sales rep. He came over, gave me a competitive price and advised on how to apply for a credit line. Next morning, Ive applied, received the approval in less than 20 minutes, called Felix and he was able to schedule the installation in less than 2 hours. The installation crew Marvin and Damion, were very professional, with good communication skills and left the area theyve worked very clean and the unit neatly installed. I got my A/C problem solved in less than 24 hours. Im very pleased with their service. I highly recommend hiring this company.

I bought two AC units 3.5 years ago in 2021 from All Year Cooling. I have had nothing but problems with them. Not only that but All Year Cooling have not been great either.Fast forward to last week, my upstairs unit crapped out on me again. I scheduled a call. Raining, cant do anything. Another day, raining - Cant do anything. Finally a break in the weather, and they determine its a leaking coil. In the meantime they fill up the unit with Freon. Fine. They order the part. This is now 9/13. Part supposed to arrive 9/18. Fast forward to 9/18, part didnt show up. Now the unit isnt working anymore since the coolant ran out. Tech comes out on 9/18, its raining again, cant do anything. I make another appointment for today 9/19, for them to come out in the middle of the day when it doesnt rain in South Florida between 1-3PM. 3PM comes and goes, and the guy finally shows up at five, and it of course is raining. I cant control the weather but All Year Cooling can control when their techs are supposed to come and he didnt show up on time. Now another night having to sleep on a blow up bed downstairs because of their incompetence.Also, when I bought the units, they came with ten year warranties parts and labor. But the tech said they were to charge me $250 Distribution fee and $50/pound for the freon refill. But on their website specifically these charges were mentioned as covered as well as on the fine print.I feel like I am no longer a priority with this company. I spent over $10,000 and then I am treated like bottom of the barrel. I have referred many friends to them, no longer.UPDATE: The problems have been solved. I have been treated very nicely by the general Manager Julie, she takes my calls at anytime. I will continue to recommend AYC for AC needs to friends, in spite of the above experience, they did rectify my problem.

I bought my AC from All Year Cooling about five years ago and had to replace the coil last year. This year my AC stopped cooling and I called for service. It took two days for them to actually fix the problem. The technician said I had a leak in the coil so I called the company and they told me it was 💯 covered and they would come today to fix it. The two technicians as well as the technician that diagnosed the problem were amazing. Carlos and Thomas were great really nice and courteous. The tech that diagnosed the problem was a sweetheart but I didn’t get his name. It is a very good company. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took so long in the middle of a heat advisory to come out. The girls in the office were very nice too especially since I was a bit desperate.

I Had a new AC unit installed a year ago And it suddenly stopped working. After what was initially a bad experience with a technician and customer service representative which caused a delay in the repair of my unit, I received a call from the manager who ensured my air conditioning unit was repaired the next day. I really appreciate The company’s swift response. I am still concerned that the air compressor went out after only a year but hopefully I won’t have any more issues.

Professional and quality at a good price Amjed gave me a good price spent the time to answer my questions. And didnt guess on ones he didnt know or tell me anything he took the time to find the correct answers as I had to re design my system not go with the old duct and return for a more efficient ststem on new pads not the wall anymore. Marvin and cant remember the others name. They worked like crazy. Nice respectfull of the property they were working on my neibors next to it and the customers my brother and I.They did High quality work and worked from 9am till 930 at nite on the weekendand came back the next day to do some sealing and inspect the job in the day light. They All definitely deserve a raise. The photos speak for themselves. And after posting on my social media friends asked for the companys number.

I was in need of a new AC unit for a rental property Spoked to Edgar Sanchez and mentioned I was away and wouldn’t be able to be on site. Edgar assured me everything would run smooth with the removal and installation of the new equipment. On the day of the install I received a text from the tenant thanking me for a great job He was worried since it was his mother in law who was house sitting while the job took place that issues would arise and not he nor I would be there. Steven the installer was on time and very professional . As a property owner this means a lot to have jobs done once and correct. I would recommend dealing with Edgar Sanchez 100% This is my 4th unit installed , all the previous units have been working great. Five stars all around

As anyone who lives South Florida knows when your a/c goes out in August it is unbearable. I called All Year Cooling first thing in the morning for an appointment. We were scheduled for between 5pm - 9pm the same day. I was also told if they could be there any earlier we would be notified. We were notified about 12pm that a technician could be there in 15 minutes. Craig, the tech, arrived about 12:15pm. He was professional, knowledgeable, neat, and replaced two parts and was on his way within an hour. The promptness and professionalism of All Year Cooling is truly appreciated.

This is the 3rd AC unit I have had installed by All Year Cooling in the past 3 years to replace aging units that went bad. Their pricing was better than any other contractor I contacted and their installation work is professional and exceptional. The only issue I encountered (and its not All Year Cooling’s fault) is the price increase since the pandemic started and supply chain issues. The price of the replacement unit I just installed on June 27, 2022 was substantially more expensive than the previous units I purchased but the All Year Cooling price was still the lowest of any contractor. Their work is high quality and I highly recommend their service.In Nov 2021, I had to replace the AC system quickly in a rental property I just sold and needed to have it done before closing. I worked with Joseph C at All Year Cooling who provided me the best price on a 3 ton AC unit from amongst 6 or 7 contractors I called. He scheduled the installation at my convenience. The AC technician arrived early on the day of the installation and he did a professional and flawless job.Couldnt be more pleased with the results.

After 3 really bad experience with two big companies and one handy man, I had a really positive experience with All Year Cooling. I requested the Duct Restoration service because the other bad service experiences which was an entire upgrade of unit (handler & Blower) and ducts which they didnt do such a great job. The sales rep. for AYC, said there was no need to replace my entire duct work, but to only restore the bad connect job that was done on the duct by the previous butchers. He understood my frustration and GUARANTEED their services or no payment would be rendered. Wow! They lived up to their promise and most of all their craftsmanship. I was told the job would take 3 hours, but it lasted almost 7 hours. I didnt complain once, because once that I saw how Dino & Joel were wiring so hard, I was extremely pleased. These men restored the entire duct, return & plenum. Overall, I wish I would have done a better research from the beginning and I would have avoided the three really bad previous experiences and could have had just one great experience with professionals like All Year Cooling. Service rendered over 11 months ago. Prior to my post, all reviews were positive expect for some ex-employees complaining they were over worked. And I believe them now since after my service, the guys from AYC had another job they were late for by almost 3 hours. Thank you very much once again.

Things started off casual after repairing my 20 year old system, knowing it would need to be replaced, hoping I bought some time with the repair. Joseph was easy going, thorough and patient during the quoting process. Then everything went sideways. My system died on a day that reached 91 degrees. Joseph went into crisis mod. He was fast, available and covered ever maybe, might be and detail. Installation was handled with great urgency. Patrick and Orlando, the two pros that came to install my new system, were equally thorough, equally patience and skilled. My house reached 84 degrees and the rain came down hard. The insiallation was prompt and professional, but they soon realized that it was the wrong unit for the space.It took some time, but my sales person Jet worked very hard to make sure that I had the right AC unit, and even extended my warranty on labor for the inconvenience.Although there were some bumps in the road, I felt supported by Jet and everyone at All Year Cooling the entire time. They wanted it to be right, and they wanted me to be satisfied as the customer.With the service that I received, I expect nothing but the best as I service my machine over the next 10 years with them.

We’ve been using All Year Cooling for years. They’ve serviced and installed every AC unit we own and have done a great job every time. The customer service, follow-up and technician courtesy have been excellent every time. We recently had Alejandro, one of their technicians look over our unit due to water pooling in the pan. He took care of it and flushed our drain for us, and was as professional and courteous as every technician has been. We look forward to using them for many years to come. Wish there was similar quality companies for other services.

When our ac went out, we panicked. With this economy, replacing a whole AC unit is scary. We were connected with Rudy, who helped us decided what type of system would work best for our needs and budget. We didn’t want another night to pass in the miami heat without AC so the installers were there that same day. Marlon was very nice and knowledgeable. He informed us how to maintain our unit. We also needed duct cleaning, which we were paired with Mauricio. He was so so so incredibly nice. All in all, we are very happy with the outcome.

Once again, All Year Cooling staff came through! I was experiencing cooling problems with my a/c unit, and was hoping that the compressor they warned me about last year, was not finally going out. I called the service manager, Julie, who sent a representative, Steve, out who diagnosed the problem the same day, which was indeed the compressor, The technician, Theo, came the next day and replaced everything, and I am very satisfied. I have been a long time customer (13 years) of All Year Cooling, and I commend them for having the absolute best customer service staff and technicians. They are very professional, thorough, and are genuinely concerned about getting their customers air working expeditiously! A very honest man named Amjed from All Air Cooling came out to check a misdiagnosis from another air conditioning company. I am grateful for his honesty and knowledge. He took a video to show me the real problem and saved me much money . I’d recommend Amjed and All Air Cooling to be anyones first call if air conditioning problems. They also came out for free to make the diagnosis on what was wrong.

After many many reviews from other ac companies. I have decided to go with them. Since they have great reviews. They have been super understanding and way more helpful than I thought they would be. I installed a brand new ac unit after mine caught on fire, Within the same week..The new ac was installed, the restoration was done. They always were able to help me solve a problem I was having with my Thermostat and they worked with my schedule and had someone out there very very quick. Peter the Electrician was AMAZING. Edgar (also AMAZING) really made it all happen with my schedule and calling to make sure everything was fine and if it wasnt..lets get it fix right away..the right way. I highly recommend going to them. The service is was just great and easy and the best prices.

I’ve been a customer for many years for several properties and many ACs. I have found that sticking to something that works is smart. ;) I just got my AC maintenance for the year and as usual a great job. Thomas was very diligent in his work and even educated me a bit on my unit. Everyone that comes out is well trained and very professional. I cannot recommend All Year Cooling enough. I know for a fact that who ever is within the sound of my voice or posts (when asked) in my community I always sing their praises. This is a hard working company from the top to the bottom. Every employee I come in contact with (customer service, those calling me to advise me they are on the way and in person, all seem to be happy to work there, so to me, that says a lot. Joseph came to our home within the timeline shared by Britney who answered the phone, followed up, and kept us in the loop regarding the service. Joseph arrives extending nothing less than professional courtesy and care. Step one - he listened, step two, he went to the unit, performed troubleshooting, shared his concerns/observations and didnt offer a gimmick repair. He was steadfast with and in ensuring safety, secondly, he was not going to perform any shortcuts; he was quite detailed in explanation.He was able to reach out to the All-Year team and had us scheduled for Monday repair. However, he also shared how important it was to consider stepping up to a new generation system.Now - here is the part the truly impressed. He communicated to us in detail systems issues that were resulting in failure, Ill admit, I have had the system since 2009, and the birth date of the equipment was 2006 ... so given that, perhaps I did hold on to a tad too long. Thing is I have had other services share the system was failing, however All Year Cooling, with Joshua as a representative, the face at the time - along with the play by play from Britney who was providing on phone interaction, tipped the scale. Joseph was detailed, we listened, as he did upon arrival, sharing options, and system perks, the pricing was very reasonable encompassing unit(s), installation, and warranty as well as quick turnaround for installation, my wife and I opted to make the upgrade.The service was performed on Tuesday July 2nd ... and weve not been happier with a system! My wife reminds me how long it took me; however, it is important that you know as I close, I was not comfortable until you folks came to the door. You earned/won; however you wish to see it, our business and you now have a loyal customer and a voice sharing our praise for your services.Actually, our neighbor across the street may very well be next in line. The two gentlemen that provided the service were also fantastic representatives of All Year Cooling. Spot on with install, cleaned up afterwards, helped us with the thermostat programming and spent time ensuring we were satisfied and understood our new system.
