Anthony and Eddie did a great job of clearing a sewer backup at my home. They both were knowledgeable and skillful in investigating, diagnosing and addressing the cause of sewer backup at my home. The gave me helpful information on how to avoid sewer issues. They even told me the size pipe going into my clean out and the size of the pipe going into my home. Their customer service skills are excellent. Mainline Plumbing fees were very reasonable. I had a great experience with Mainline plumbing, Eddie and Anthony. My sewer backup was cleared.

Tech that came out was professional and very kind. Customer service needs to explain things better to customers. I called asking for a quote to pump my system. She insisted I needed an inspection first and then they would give me price. Tech showed up ready to pump with no knowledge of us needing a price. We were not exactly ready for pumping that day since they said twice it was an inspection to get a proposal. They gave us a crazy high price that was over $200 more than other places in the area. After the great technician spoke with the office, we agreed on a price and the pumping began. I just think the office needs to be more explicit about what is happening. If they would have told me that price over the phone I would not have had them come out. Im glad they made it right with the discount. It took very little time and everything went smoothly. Awesome technician!!

When my water heater broke, I called several places for assistance. No one was available immediately to help me stop the water from running or provide me with a new hot water heater. I called Mainline Plumbing and although they were at my home within 20 to 25 minutes, prior to coming out, he stayed with me on the phone to ensure I was able to completely turn the water off. When he came by, he quickly assessed the situation and returned within a few hours with a brand new water heater. The professionalism and promptness (I was definitely not on their schedule for the day!) was amazing!

I dont post often but wanted to commend Andrew and Mainline Plumbing for their excellent work and responsiveness towards solving a long standing drainage problem with a sink. For two years, our unit had been plagued by water blockage and we had called several different plumbing companies over the years to diagnose and fix the problem to no avail. We wasted lots of money and time and it seemed hopeless. Someone recommended Andrew from Mainline who came over and was quickly able to identify the problem as being a building problem and went to work resolving the issue. His excellent work not only helped us but but all of the other residents in the building as the problem was going to metastasize over time. Andrew was professional, courteous and, obviously, very effective! We will be sure to use Mainline again and highly recommend him and the company!
