    Jonathan found a capacitor going bad. Thankfully the part was under warranty. I thought the labor charge for $168 was too high since he was already here and it only took a few minutes to replace the capacitor. Please call me and explain why the charge of $168 for only a few minutes.

    Our service tech was very good! Jonthan was his name.They sent him out, unfortunately ,sent alone, when this was a 2 man service call.My husband helped him for 2 hrs.We were charged a $119,00 Service fee.Even though my husband assisted him.A part has to be ordered , which is luckily under warranty. Our home is only 3 yrs old.A surge in Power due to a power outage caused this, from Debby.They now want to charge $1500.00 for labor to replace the part.We are both retired, myself on Disability from Joint Disease and Emphysema.We are on a fixed income. I believe that we are being taken advantage of as seniors.We are forced to pay this amount, due to we have no other choice

    The electricians showed up promptly at 8am & worked all day installing new fixture and reinstalling ceiling lights in every room! Not only did they work quietly & neatly, they allowed me to have input regarding where to place switches, leave and purchase fancy bulbs & wash the fixture glass covers before finishing up. (My ceilings are 15ft so there is no DIY) They were personable and just great vistors. The best change is the pendent over the sink... AMAZING! Yup, theyll be back next year to do the exterior lighting. Thank you, I vote to give the guys holiday bonuses ;-)

We know his hard work has already made a difference by the readings on our hospital grade air purifier in the main living area.     The Technigtion did a great job.     Shortly after moving into our new house, the dryer fuse would ocassionally blow when the dryer was being used. When the Trusted Home Service electrician arrived, he was professional, courteous and assured us that hed take care of the problem. After diagnosing the issue, he replaced the fuse and even waited to allow us to put a load in the dryer and see if it worked. So far ... all is well. Great support!

    5/3/24 Update: service person had to return to adjust the thermostat, but did so promptly, taking a moment to explain exactly what was going on.They were quick, courteous, and got the job done, checking the HVAC system and installing a valve to prevent water from the AC from pooling in the attic.This is my second experience with them and I’m again pleased and recommend their service.

    Their name says it all; they can be trusted. They actually take the time to perform the maintenance they are paid to do. At a property complex, I saw several companies come & go in 20 minutes or only check 1/2 the unit. Trusted is thorough.     Right after a heat wave this year my air conditioner stopped working; I tried everything I knew to do and couldnt solve it, it wasnt something I could fix. I called Trusted Home Services and they had a technician come to my house that same day just a few short hours later. He checked everything and found the problem simply and easily enough. He was a pleasure to speak with and genuinely seemed to enjoy and be knowledgeable about his work and the company. I asked a few questions and he had no problems explaining to me what was going on and the solution, he also brought the age and condition of my outdoor unit to my attention without pushing for a sale. He discussed briefly what my options were because I asked and so that I could plan financially to do so in the future. He even double checked when I asked about financing to be sure he did not give me incorrect information. He told me whom to contact, and recommended what type of model would be the best and most efficient for my home. He made me feel like a confident homeowner. The job didnt take long and I felt that the price fairly represented the complications of the issue, the replacement piece, as well as his time and effort without being over priced. It was exactly what I was expecting it to cost, and for the workmanship I was happy to pay it. I will be contacting Trusted Home Services if I have any more issues and when I am ready to replace my home heating and air conditioning unit. I cannot say this enough; Highly recommend.

    HVAC was installed by Trusted Home Services when house was built over ten years ago and service contract very reasonably priced. They check entire system in and out, perform all regularly needed services, replace air filter with each visit and once yearly change all smoke alarm/carbon monoxide batteries. Cant beat that and I have had no problems whatsoever with HVAC. Technicians are always here when they say theyll be and explain everything to you. They are always polite and personable. I give them 10 stars on the 5 star rating system they use!!!

    Trouble shooting and repairLorenza from Trusted Home Services came to our home to diagnose and repair a problem where we didnt have power to our range hood and counter top range. The circuit breaker didnt trip and was confirmed to be in good working order. Drawers from the cabinet below the range were taken out to check wiring and the outlet. Lorenza tested the line, it was good. Upon testing the outlet, he found that the connections were loose and tightened them. Having a new build, minor flaws will occur and Lorenza has solved the second problem that weve had. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality, making him a true asset to Trusted Home Services. We highly recommend him and Trusted.

    I had an issue with my AC not working, trusted home services came out found a hole in the line and got it fixed. A few weeks later the AC was once again not working the found another issue on the unit had to order new parts and get it fixed. All said and done they had to come out 4 separate times to put Freon in the unit to keep my AC going while waiting for the part to come in. They did all of this free of charge. What an amazing company and great service. I would recommend them to anyone.
