When I came home on a Tuesday evening to a cold house during a cold snap these folks took my call at 6am on Wednesday and their fantastic serviceman Tyler was there by 11:45am. His supervisor searched all the surrounding area for the part I needed to fix my furnace. On Friday morning Tyler had the part and had my furnace fixed two hours before my family arrived for a weekend visit. If youre looking for a company that wants to do what is right for their customers, I recommend Express Service Group, Inc.

Our Endless Pool swim spa started tripping the breaker and became unusable as a result. To my astonishment, I couldnt find a pool service company in the Myrtle Beach area to diagnose the problem and implement a solution; in fact most did not return my calls and the ones that did refused to even take a look. A neighbor suggested that I contact Express Electrical Services, and I am very thankful that I did. Braden (electrician) and Derek (plumber) diagnosed the multiple issues causing the power disruptions and performed repairs that have completely resolved them. We now have a functioning swim spa that we can use daily without fail! I will continue to use Express Electrical for any and all electrical and plumbing needs and recommend them highly to anyone in need of such services.

Tyler did a great job for us today. We had a retractable awning installed yesterday and Tyler was here today to run power to the awning. First of all he showed up exactly when he said he would, a big plus. He ran a dedicated circuit with a GFI breaker to a receptacle for the awning with a water proof cover. In addition he extended the line down in conduit to another receptacle with a cover for any lights or power tools I might want to use in the back yard .Express Electric was recommended by several neighbors and they will be my go to for any more electrical work.

The team was timely and kept me updated if delays arose. He and his staff are polite and professional. They hung 2 antique chandeliers for me, one of which weighed over 200 pounds and required special ceiling support. They installed a dimmer as well, and I am very happy with their work. Ashley was extremely informative, and pleasant to deal with....early on when I had a question and emailed him, I received a quick response. My generator was installed during really hot weather....they put up a tent and never complained...I have noticed over the past year that they have installed several generators at neighbors’ houses. When I was asked by a couple of neighbors, I told them I had been extremely pleased with Express Electric. They were too!

We are remodeling an older double wide and folks its in rough shape. Although because of the shape of the place our technician Brian said they were unable to service us and at first I got a little irritated but after thinking about it and talking with my wife I realized he was right and I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I am guilty of putting the carriage before the horse and know now there are a few things we need to do first like getting the floors stable. We definitely plan on using Express in the future and will request Brian if he is available because after thinking it over we realize they truly care about their customers and the safety of their team.

We are very pleased that they possess the skills to install to exacting dimensions and locations that yield best design outcomes. They are also quick to recommend alternatives when structural framing behind the walls are found to be a challenge. They willingly perform these tasks with creative results and speed plus a full awareness and adherence to building code. The assigned electrician came, gave me an estimate to change our the old panel and service. He came the day he stated and, although it took longer, he completed the job. My husband and I used Express Electrical for the first time last week, after discovering during some A/C work that our electrical box had been damaged and appeared to be a potential fire hazard. Express Electrical was one of the recommendations that we received from the local electric supply shop, so we decided to give them a call. From the start, we were impressed that there was a friendly customer service person who answered promptly and was able to get us an appointment for an evaluation the next day. That sounds like something that one should take for granted, but weve often found when looking for local service, that the person who answers the phone will be busy and promise to call us back, but never does.The electrician, Walker, arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about what was needed to replace and upgrade our old electrical box. My husband is reasonably skilled with electrical work, and was confident enough with the evaluation to proceed. Walker then provided us with a written quote and a promise that the amount due would not exceed the quote. On the pricing, we did a search and the quote seemed to be mid-range (based on nationwide numbers) for the job being done, which we decided was reasonable for the skilled and insured labor, warranties, and customer service.We made the appointment to start the next day, and while he was unavoidably delayed, he still showed up in the afternoon and stuck with the job until it was thoroughly completed and cleaned up, save an additional grounding rod that he brought a couple of days later. Throughout the job, we were impressed by his competence, integrity, and very tidy wiring. In the end, the job was well done at the price quoted, without any additional surprises. We were very happy with our entire experience with Express Electrical, and will certainly call on them again!

I had a major issue with my generator in that it was not hooked up correctly by another company. No one had been able to figure out why it would perform its bi-weekly testing properly, but when I actually needed it to work, it failed. Ashley and Anthony were called out by Kohler and within minutes they figured out the problem and it has been working ever since. I transferred all of my maintenance and service needs to them and Josh does a great job in keeping it running smoothly. I have since referred several family members and neighbors to Express Electrical and everyone is pleased with the service.

How do I give 6 stars? The service from Express Electrical and their team has been nothing short of fantastic. We are doinga massive remodel on our 1958 home and we have had to. Replace the the circuit breaker, rewire old cloth wiring, relocate outlets and add new outlets, and deal with meter weirdness. Every interaction has been comprehensive, professional, and just really easy! And compared to the rest of the remodel work weve done easy is a word I would not use to describe renovating anything. Update: Thanks to Express Electric for their prompt, expert response to a generator issue we had after the last storm. The circuit board in the transfer switch was cutting out. A new board was ordered and was scheduled to be installed next week.Realizing a severe storm was expected over the weekend, the folks at Express installed the new board this morning to ensure we were protected. Express Electric have been our go to electricians since installing our generator four years ago, maintaining it every year, and performing electrical work at our home. Everyone here, from office staff to electricians, is outstanding.Express Electric was recommended by two of our friends who had generators installed. When I called on a weekend about a quote for a standby generator, Express got back to me within an hour to set up an appointment. Barry arrived on time, and after thoroughly evaluating our generator needs, quoted us a price that was very fair. The scheduler at Express worked with us to come up with the best date and time for the install. They handled everything involved, from permits to final inspection and startup.Since we were using natural gas, we had to schedule the shut-off and change over to a new pressure regulator with them, which was easily done by phone.All and all our experience with Express Electric was outstanding. All their staff, from office to technicians are friendly, reliable and most of all, professional. They will be our go to electricians from now on.
