Owner came out next day to provide estimate and discuss our needs. We were impressed by his professionalism. Generator was ordered, delivered and installed in time frame promised. The installation crew was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Job site was left clean and a full operation explanation was provided. We had another estimate through Costco that was considerably higher even with the member discount. Would highly recommend Stephenson Electric.

Stephenson electric is top notch. They installed a generac generator for us about 2 weeks ago. I was very happy that one of the installers actually came by to look over the job and explain how they were going to do it unlike the other quotes I got from several of the big name players who send salesmen to look over and quote the job. From the 4 other quotes they all had a different way of installing it. Not only was Stephenson electric the best price they used the least amount of wire and gas line. All that adds to the bill. And the 2 installers were done in 3 hours. I was expecting all day like the other quotes had said. I would definitely recommend them as my neighbor did for me.

There arent too many honest people out there, but Stephenson has that in Will, who was the tech that came to replace my entire air conditioning unit. I received several quotes and no one touched theirs. I save a couple thousand dollars having them install the new system vs one of the bigger name companies. I also had an issue recently with all of the humidity and although it wasnt a maintenance issue, Will came out the next day and took care of it. I would recommend again and again! 5 stars!!!

Chris came to my place of business and did a great job. When I called Will on Monday, he said he could send an electrician Tuesday morning, and I was almost shocked since Mister Sparky 1) wanted 90 just to come out, even though I told them exactly what the issue was and the parts needed, and 2) wasnt available for two weeks. They both were polite, prompt, and very personable. Chris didnt even attempt to add on anything other than what I needed done, and what could be done with the residing issues that I had. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEPHENSON ELECTRIC TO ANYONE IN NEED! They will be the first company I call if I have any electrical issues in the future.

We called Stephensons Electric, LLC to come give us a quote for some work. They were very quick to respond. They were here to do the work in the time frame they stated, and the extra circuts/breakers, along with the labor was less than initially quoted. Their electricians (Terry and Chris) were very respectful, answered all my many questions, and were very clean and personable. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs the assistance of a good electrician at a reasonable price. They were very reliable and did what they stated they would do. I will call them again for my next electrical necessity.
