    Had a major power outage over christmas. Jason from Mr Sparky, along with Lane and Cassandra helped me through this week long issue which was delayed by parts delivery over the holidays. They quoted a fair price and worked the issue until it was resolved. Even though it involved and extra trip the price did not change. Good people, knowledgeable and kind. 5 plus stars.

    From start to finish, excellent service. Was able to get a same day appt. Great on line chat feature that helped to book the appointment. Nathan was on time, efficient, and made excellent suggestions on the repair. Recommend Mr Sparky for simple or more involved projects.

    I cant recommend these guys enough. Sean Murray and Jonathan Riggs are an exceptional team. As a decades long IT manager I know to appreciate what these guys do and their approach to technical installs and the challenges they present at execution time. Both are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely detail oriented. They took time to explain the proposal, explore other options and seek the homeowners input to come up with a well defined plan to execute with great care, cleanliness, efficiency and without any of those surprises/shortcuts others dont mind taking. Mr Sparky may not be your lowest bid, but, from my experience, the piece of mind of *knowing* that the install is going to be done right the first time is well worth any premium. Ill be calling for Sean by name the next time I need any electrical work done. I do a lot of the work at my home myself, but for things beyond my expertise Ill be calling Mr Sparky. Great job, keep it up.

    Spencer was great and efficient, very personable and very concerned with making sure work is top quality. After meeting Robert the service got even better, they replaced a panel at a good price and I can vouch their work is 100% guaranteed, no joke. Not many company’s will take the time to listen to the concerns or questions from customers. After our appliance went out 4 days after initial work was done, they shared they will come install our microwave at no charge. Robert is top notch when it comes to follow up and concerns with families like ourselves and is a model for what leadership should be in a company. We look forward to seeing Spencer again and future work from Mr. Sparky.

    Mr Sparky did a job for me a few months back and I had another emergency, they sent some one right away a gentleman named Sean super professional and super nice and understanding was here till after 11 pm in 30* weather to get my electric up and running.     I know 4 stars are a lot however Jason did a lot. He was professional and on time. Explained all he needed to do and then gave me an estimate, he did not exceed the estimate!     Bobby & Johnathon came out today for an estimate. They were so courteous and professional. Bobby walked me through exactly what and how the job would be done. I will update after the job is completed.**UPDATE**Bobby & Jonathan completed the job on Friday, May 10th. They installed new light switches and outdoor outlets on the front of our home, under the carport and on our shed for the pergola. They also put a new fan in the sunroom. Bobby sent pictures upon completion of the job since we wouldnt be in until the next day.We are very happy with the service and the warranty and will definitely recommend Mr. Sparky to others.Thank you so much!!

    We needed and old fluorescent light replaced with a new fixture and an electric cooktop hooked up after renovation. Chris looked over what was required, gave us the quote and started working after our approval. He had to drill a hole in the back of the cabinet to run wires through. The finished work looks terrific. All was finished in about an hour and half and cleaned up nicely.

    Chris Bevans was very professional. Chris was very meticulous to all of my needs. Chris team of men did a great job. I wish I could recall they names they to were also professional and hard working men. They laid down cloths cleaned up everything. I had one large Chandelier, outside flood lights, two security camera and more. It was done in one day. I highly recommend Mister Sparky will be calling them back in the future.     My regular electrician quoted me over $500 for a repair after I paid $200 just for showing up. Mr Sparky did not charge anything for showing up and performed the repair for $400! The problem was diagnosed correctly in minutes and repaired without a problem by a guy that would make a great next door neighbor. I now have a new regular electrician.

    We had a relatively simple electrical project to install a chandelier where one had not previously existed. I got a couple of bids, one of which was Mr Sparky. The man they sent was very helpful in thinking of a variety of ways to get the work done. In the end, he came up with a great way to get the job done for a great price. Obviously I went with Mr Sparky.On the day of the install, they contacted me about 1/2 hour before they came. Again, they offered another couple of new ideas! In the end we got amazing work for an even lower price than we thought.Mr Sparky is now our permanent electrician. Kudos to my favorite electrician- Sean!

    This week we needed to figure out why our HOA’s front entrance lighting wasn’t working. We called Mr Sparky. Sean was our technician who had been to our property a year before for another issue. He remembered our property including notes from his last visit. He had to search just about every connection and box, digging holes and locating additional wires. He was able to think on his feet and found the issue about 100 yards away from where we thought it would be. He never gave up. He was friendly and polite. Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The next time we need an electrician, we’re calling Mr Sparky AND requesting Sean. Thanks for solving our riddle!

    Sean Murray arrived at my house 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time of service which started at 11 am. Spent 4 hrs doing what was initially thought to be a 1-hr job of installing a ceiling fan in my bedroom, due to the house being some 80 yrs old with original electrical wiring in it. The wiring for the fixture was old crumbling, and showed signs of arc scorching that had turned the white wires black. Sean went into the attic and replaced out the old wiring, and added two gang boxes to better secure the existing wiring that was left exposed, then installed my ceiling fan I purchased perfectly. Sean was very friendly and engaging, and also advised me about replacing the circuit breakers in the breaker box with arc-fault circuit breakers, which are good for such older electrical wiring like mine. My only regret was, I forgot about the $25 discount coupon I found in the phone book when I first called Mister Sparky, that I was going to use, haha! But I am very happy with the job done, and will call on Sean and Mister Sparky of Myrtle Beach again for future electrical jobs!

    This is the second time, I have used Mister Sparky, and both times have been excellent.The scheduling was efficient, the work performed was outstanding, staff Professional and price fair!I will continue to use Mister Sparky!

    Shelby is very thorough in checking our systems. He is also very thorough and easy to talk to about what to look for in the future. In our case, we had an old fuse box. His heat sensitive pictures showed us how the problems were progressing. He took a great deal of time (and patience) with my husband to explain every detail of the upcoming service to install new service panel and other items we wanted.Shelby is always responsive to our calls and we get very prompt service.He’s the best!
