We had a late night emergency with our septic tank. Septic Plus was the third call I made for help. Matt was the only person who even offered to come out that late and give us a temporary fix until he could come back the next morning. He took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we understood. He was very professional and friendly. Definitely will be referring this company! Their business cards say it best…the best septic company we have ever dealt with and the only one in the future!

The Septic Plus team is top tier - Matt and Jorge took care of everything I asked for and more. They showed up to a clogged mess of pipes, and took on the task of locating not one but two septics in the GA heat without fault or complaint, and let me tell you the jobs weren’t easy.They did just about everything they could to fit in as much as they could for me both days they were on my property, from discovering my maze issues with pipes running from multiple buildings, locating clean outs ( or the lack there of, which caused my issues ) unclogging them, replacing the needed hardware to make things usable again, and replacing septic filters along with draining the septic itself once found.To say I’m grateful to have found these guys when I did is an understatement. Once strangers, now friends in business.Would absolutely recommend this business to all and for all your septic / plumbing repair needs.

I called this company because they had great reviews and they were right Heather is a really nice person to talk to and the guys were really nice. They did a great job. She told me they would be at the house between 8 and 10. They didn’t call and didn’t show up. I called Heather and she told me she would call them. They did call me back and explained why they were late. So another hour later they showed up. Once again they did a great job. But when it came time to pay the price was several hundreds dollars more than I was quoted. Just felt cheated because I didn’t know it could be more. If they had just told me it was going to be more upfront. Just sad.

Super friendly, the guys brought me outside and showed me how my septic tank works and explained to me what they needed to do, and even pointed out improvements that prior owners had made that I would not need to make, saving me money. I will call them again next time.

I highly recommend Septic Plus! I initially called five local septic companies, and Septic Plus was the only company to answer right away! Heather was exceptionally pleasant and scheduled my service right then. She explained all the pricing, and the rates were very reasonable. Matt & George arrived on time, pumped my tank, and did a complete and thorough inspection - including checking my septic pump and alarm system as well as the tanks and filter. Matt and George asked me if I was having any issues and answered all the questions I had. Septic Plus is a full-service septic system company, residential and commercial. Based on today’s visit and the outstanding customer service I received, the next time I need septic service, I will only need to make one phone call. Stop reading competitor reviews - and give Matt, George, and Heather a chance! In today’s world of sometimes inferior customer service, Septic Plus really stands out!

This is the company you need to call if you need great work, great value, and amazing people who will take care of you!!!! I cannot begin to describe how amazing the service was provided by this company! From the initial call, I was greeted by professionalism, honesty, and friendliness. They were able to get out to my house pretty quickly and this is where the experience got even better! The team that came out to help address my issues (needed our septic pumped and we had a burst pipe outside) was not only extremely knowledgeable but they were beyond thorough in ensuring I knew what they were doing, why they were doing it, and they educated me on proper maintenance. Not only was the price for their work a tremendous value but I guarantee I will be using them again!

You guys mrs heather is so so sweet and helpful. Although I didn’t use them (which I have them on speed dial to do so if something else happens) I highly recommend them. She answered every time I called and walked me through the steps to gets my issue fixed. She was so helpful and sweet. They are awesome!

These guys were amazing. They responded to my call the next day. They evaluated my septic tank system, pumped it out and suggested upgrades to the system. The service was top notch from the get go. They answered my request on their website quickly and were able to come out in a few days. They explained how the system works and answered all my questions. They encouraged me to add risers to my tank for routine maintenance as well as for the next clean out in 3-5 years. The price seemed high for the risers, but I found the same ones they use online and the price was almost the same as what they quoted with installation. Matt even found the original drawings from the county for the installation of the tank and leech field and sent it to me. Reach out to Septic Plus with confidence they will take care of you.. 👍

Septic Plus is a fantastic company to work with! Our septic was backing up into the building and the super sweet, knowledgable woman who answered the phone was able to get us an appointment for the next day. She also gave us a couple of tips to help prevent more backup into the building. The next morning the team came out to diagnose our issue, showed us what was going on and walked us through several different options on how to fix it (best option, next best, and temporary fix type options). They were very kind, knowledgable, understanding, and hard working. I will definitely be using this team again in the future! Thanks guys! We really appreciate you!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! These guys came out on a Sunday early in the morning and were beyond kind and professional the entire time! I came home Saturday to flooded floors, showers, and tubs; these guys answered the first call and came out as soon as they could! I’ve never had to deal with septic issues but they made the whole process quick and easy and kept me informed every step of the way. Honestly would recommend them every single time!
