    Great service and great people. They come every year to proactively clean the main line.     I was referred to this company by my real estate agent and overall had a good experience. They were able to schedule an entire sewer replacement for a house I purchased before I moved in and on a short schedule. The crew showed up on time and completed the work within a week for a fair price. The workers were all really nice and easy to work with, and they had all the right equipment to get the job done, even when we hit a few snags. My only point of feedback is that the communication could have been a little better -- the foreman for the job was sometimes hard to reach by phone, and I wasnt really sure what was going to happen each day, but I just winged it and things worked out fine. Id recommend working with this business for similar jobs.

    Go Direct was great from the start. It was just a random interned find for me, but I do my research and they made it to my 3 estimates list. Luis was super nice, professional, on time and just a nice guy. A real straight up no nonsense, but personale guy. He came out. sent the camera down the pipe, let me watch and pretty much gave me a number right away. It turned out that the estimate came in under the other 2 estimate I received and I just felt good about their company. Go Direct does their own work while the others did not and so they take a good clip of the top. One estimate was even about 80% higher.Beside price, it felt like Go Direct was more honest, more experienced, more relaxed and just more genuine. So I booked them. It took less than a week to get the permits and they booked a Friday. The crew showed up around 8am and started setting up. Im like a kid with a new set of toys as the backhoe is unloaded and set in place. After trimming a few low hanging branches, double checking the location of the lines and laying down protective plywood, the digging began. I watch for a bit, but had to get some work done. So I checked in every so often as they finished the hole in the yard, a hole in the street, carefully carved around a buried power line, put everything in place, bust the old pipe and pulled in the new. It was awesome. The guys were great and could tell I was enjoying watching them work.Everything went off without a hitch. They completed, did exactly what they said they would do, installed new cleanouts and put everything back to pretty much how it was. I mean, you cant make a 3x6 hole in your grass look perfect, but they did great and got the tops of the cleanout just right so they could be covered with flagstone.All in all Im 110% happy with everything and would totally recommend them to anyone needing similar work. I was so excited and happy with their work, I went and got beers for the guys. It was a Friday after all.

    When is the last time your plumber showed up early and waited for you to show without ever mentioning it? When the plumber redid a flat rate service because he was not satisfied with it (he was scoping my sewer line and mud obscured the camera at 100 feet out, so he pulled it back in, cleaned the lens, then did it again. And when is the last time a plumber charged far LESS than expected because, after he troubleshot the flooding problem, it turned out to be much cheaper than anticipated? All this just happened this afternoon when Luis of Go Direct made a call (on the same day requested) and it isnt the first time hes done this. I dont give many 5-star reviews, but Go Direct is a diamond in the, um, sediment.

    MUST READ REVIEW HOUSE TO STREET SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT: First a LOUD Shot out to Luis and Suzanne for their great customer service. It made this super easy to get my house to street sewer line replaced. I work in construction as an inspector and my house is an old 1910 that had 3 different kinds of pipes for the sewer. This company is top notch as far as service, price point, work done, on time and communication. I got quotes from a few different companies. Go Direct had the best plan to replace my sewer pipe and a very reasonable price for the work to be performed. My experience started by getting quotes from a few different companies. So thats is when I met Luis. He came out to the house on a weekend to get the quote together for me. Very nice and very knowledgeable. He had a quote for me later that day. It looked good so we decided to go ahead with the job. That is when Suzanne came into my life what a saint. My job was easily scheduled with her and I decided to put some of the cost on a credit card and use there loan company for the rest. She was quick to respond to all my questions and ran my job with not one problem. Suzanne and Luis both need raises. Im just saying.Long story short:-great company to work with- great employees-great prices- why are you still reading this and not calling them- on time- clean and safe job site-knows what they are doingThanks for reading~ RPM

    We used Go Direct Plumbing for underground pipes to fix old clay tile ones. We also had them check on other plumbing work. As a family (with a 6,4,& 2 year old) that was homeless for 402 days and moved to 35 places because of toxic mold, we are extremely nervous when it comes to anything with water. Luis and Suzanne are incredible- they listen with compassion, they are on it with being prompt and had great guys working on our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone!     Honesty and integrity are the two words that first come to mind with this company. I first hired Go Direct after I had one of the big local companies come out to snake my mainline. This company used fear tactics by telling me my mainline was shot, needed to be replaced right away, and that gave me an estimate of 27K to replace. I called Go Direct for a second opinion. Luis (who is one of the nicest people Ive ever met) came out and scoped our line from the basement floor drain all the way out to the street and told me that while they recommend replacing the clay pipe from outside our house to the city sewer sometime over the next few years replacing the pipe inside was not necessary. The quote they gave to replace the line was a FRACTION of what the first company gave us and its because they are an honest company who uses their own employees to do the work. Fast forward two years we used Go Direct to snake out our mainline while we saved up to replace. They recently came and replaced the old clay line with PVC. The workers were respectful and when they were done did a great job cleaning up.

    I love this company! They came out within days of me calling. The gentleman who came out, Jorge Delgado, was right on time. He was polite, very professional, and got to work right away. He put a camera down my main plumbing line and the floor sewer line, because I had been told by another plumbing company that my sewer line had corroded and was damaged and would have to be replaced. That my basement floor would have to be jack hammered to break the concrete up etc etc. They were talking a minimum of $12-15,000. Scary!! Mr. Delgado ran the camera, showed me the pictures, and explained the procedure to me. My sewer line is just fine. I dont need all that work done. You can trust this company to do the right thing. They dont try to upsell you on things you dont need. And theyre fast and efficient. Ill use them again if I need help.

    I have to say our experience with Go Direct Plumbing and Water was excellent! I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the first call with a courteous office staff member, to Erick, the person who came out to give us the estimate, to the gentleman who did the actual work. Received a quote by email with reasonable fine print and a written warranty. They were very professional. Made sure the floors were covered in plastic, showed me what was wrong, and fixed our basement shower drain problem in no time. No up sales for unnecessary work. Well worth hiring experts at a fair price. There is a reason they show up on the BBB as an A+ business. We will use them again. =)

    I hate having to find a new plumber, or electrician, or anything like that. Its really frustrating. I talked to a few less friendly companies in my search for someone to find out what was wrong with our sink. Finally talked to Go Direct. They were open about pricing and really flexible on times for our schedule. We worked with Mike N., who was fantastic. Really pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. He made sure we really understood what the problems were, and never made us feel frustrated or dumb. We had a complex situation, and Mike really made a huge extra effort for us that he certainly didnt have to do. Go Direct seems like they employ good, honest people(at least who we worked with) and we will be using them for our sewer and plumbing work going forward. You guys are awesome!

    Go Direct Plumbing Sewer and Water replaced my sewer on my nearly 100 year old house 2 weeks ago. Erick addressed my needs and provided me with the different financing options to make replacing a sewer line more manageable. Michelle was very communicative in scheduling the replacement according to my schedule. From start to finish, the foreman and Armando took care of my concerns day of, were punctual and responsible with my property, and came back out to do the finishing work promptly. The quote they gave me was half of what the first quote I received, and included doing more work. I highly suggest you reach out to Go Direct for plumbing and sewer needs in the future.

    In April, 2021 we put a contract on this house which failed the sewer line inspection. Our sewer line had 3 problems: cap broken in basement, the sewer line extended 160 feet to the main connection in the street which had a dip into it, plus there was no external access to the sewer line! The work had to be completed before the close date. Needless to say, this was all very stressful. Go Direct was recommended by the realtor. They analyzed the situation, came back with a very competitive bid, and squeezed the job in for the deadline closing date. They even managed the concrete repair in the driveway, worked with the HOA to repair the common area walk and landscaping plus the city for the street repair required when it was dug up to connect to the main line. This was a big job and they were extremely efficient and professional and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them highly and will use them for any sewer & water services.

    135 feet of 40+ year old sewer line was replaced with new continuous feed pipe using the blast method. Worked like a charm. Water turned off around 9 am and back on before 3 pm. Our yard was left in better shape than when the crew started. Overall, a good experience and we can go forward not worrying about a backed-up sewer.

    Recently contracted Go Direct to replace my clay sewer pipe and they did a great job. I sent the estimate with an explanation of repairs and a video of the sewer scope to my insurance company and approved the claim right away.They initially quoted me a full replacement in the yard and pipe lining the line in the street. What ended up happening was a full line replacement all the way and there was no upcharge or any hidden costs.The work was completed in about 10 hours in one day and my plumbing was functional again. They came back the next day to patch the road and all said and done the job took about 14 hours over a day and a half which I thought was a pretty quick turnaround given the scope of work.Its been about two months now and I have not had a single issue with my sewer line.     We had a water back up in the basement while my wife was showering.It was more water than we had experienced in the past when we had a back up.We called GoDirect and they were able to send Erick out the next morning.Erick arrived early in the 9-11 am window they had given us and got right to work first by using a camera to scope the main drain line and make sure that was the problem. It was as there were tree roots mostly blocking the pipe in a few places.Erick then began to use the snake (rooter) to unclog the pipe. He finished one run and then used the camera again to find the roots werent entirely cleared so he used the snake again and paid special attention to the areas of the tree roots. His extra effort paid off and the pipe was cleared.I really appreciate Erick going the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Erick was friendly and personable and I heartily recommend that you use Erick and GoDirect for plumbing problems.Updated review 10/07/2021Our drain was starting to clog again so I called GoDirect and they were able to schedule Jason to arrive at our house between 12-2 pm. He arrived comfortably inside the window and got his equipment out and went to work.This time we had a slight clog in the drain from the kitchen sink down into the basement and it was time for a main drain cleaning. Jason did a great job and also was very diligent about cleaning up around the areas he worked in.Im convinced that GoDirect is the one you want when you have a drain problem !

    I had an old ductile iron floor drain in my basement that became almost completely clogged by rusting in. This was a result of our soft water system back flushing into that drain. Two other companies wanted to charge me 12k+ to completely replace the line which would of included having to demo a portion of the bathroom in the basement. The house was built in the 70s before builders new how bad the clay in Colorado destroys foundations. The rest of the house still sewers just fine but the snake camera showed a portion of the service line under the house had settled which would hold a small amount of standing water. Which was the other companies justification for a 12k sewer replacement.Go Direct was recommended to me by a coworker. He had a different issue with his water service but with the same general outcome from other companies for a costly full replacement. Go direct was able to save him a large sum by addressing the problem without unnecessary costs.Go direct replaced my drain and the portion of my service line with PVC as well as installed a new clean out to adhere to the plumbing code. They were at my house for 4 hours at most to do the work and the crew was very respectful and even called me down to look at their work before they put new concrete in to patch my basement. I will definitely be calling them again in the event I need any Plumbing services.
