    I have worked with a lot of plumbing companies over the last 20 years. I was impressed by everything. Timley response to look at the job. Starting and completing repair as soon as possible. They repaired a Fire Suppression Line for our Hospital. The repair was difficult on a hill next to a domestic water supply line. The way that Mario operated the machine was impressive, second to none. In the pictures its hard to see were the domestic water line was but you can clearly see how deep this repair was and on a large hill. Safety, professionalism, and communication was there throughout the job provided by Kara and Marisa. The owners both have extensive knowledge of the work they do. We have an older building that was built in 1964. They want to get familiar with the facility incase future repairs are needed. I have been looking for a company like this for a while. I would recommend this company to all heathcare facilities and if they can do a repair like this for healthcare they can do any residents or regular commercial repairs with ease.

    Our main line was backing up in our basement, and we called Sewer Experts. Marisa and her team were honest and up front about need and cost. We used another company that likely overcharged us and wanted to do more work than was needed, Marisas team came out and assessed and said a cleaning would be all that was needed, saving us thousands. I would definitely trust them in the future with any plumbing needs, and call them first!

    Sewer Experts is a woman owned and operated business. They were reasonably priced and very informative about their findings - wiling to take the time necessary to explain everything to me in detail. They were to replace sewer pipes to remedy 2 bellies in the line between my house and the main sewer. It turned out that they were unable to complete the job as planned due to poor workmanship by the developer when it initially installed the sewer piping. They did not do the planned work that would not have remedied the situation. Instead, they were honest and upfront about it and removed that portion of the bill. I was aware that they couldve told me anything and even charged me double and I wouldnt have known. So, I highly recommend them for their integrity, reasonable cost and care in dealing with their cusotmers.

    Sewer Experts, and Kara, Marisa, Damian, and Juan, were fantastic to work with for my sewer line repair on my 100 year old house near downtown. I would and will highly recommend this company to anyone. I found the company to be very honest, to have great communication, competitive prices, and most importantly quality work and great customer service. I really felt cared for and that they wanted the best for me, and that I was not just another routine job; they really made sure the job was perfect and that I would be satisfied with all the repairs. What was only supposed to be a few hours turned into an all day project, but they got the job done and took on extra work without added expenses.     I didnt end up needing to use Sewer Experts exactly....but they deserve 5 stars for my experience with them. I called them after a different plumber was unable to clear my main sewer drain that was backed up and leaking into my basement. Marisa answered and was clearly knowledgeable on what the other group did wrong and how to proceed. She also provided much more reasonable pricing on scoping & jetting than I had received from others. She suggested one of her partners, CSI inspections, come out to scope and clean the drain. I scheduled this through her and the tech from CSI showed up an hour later and had my drain flowing in another hour. He walked me through the whole process with camera footage afterwards. Very professional & fair. I wont hesitate to reach out to Sewer Experts for any future plumbing work.

    We had excellent and professional service from this company. The price was the best we’ve seen, and they worked around our schedule. Their staff was careful and considerate of our yard, and they worked hard to make sure we were happy with the outcome. We had a previous estimate that was 20,000 more than the estimate from this Denver Sewer Service Company. They were timely and cleaned up very well after the all work. We had some settling happen (this is normal), but they made time to come fill it in. They were creative in figuring out how to move pipes into locations without causing lots more cost to us. They are incredibly good with follow up and communication too. I would recommend very highly!

    I have never trusted a company more than Sewer Experts. I had two quotes to fix my sewer service line to the street with a cost of over $10,000 from each of them. Sewer Experts did not give me a quote but sent out a third-party to give me the quote. The third party told me there was nothing wrong with my line other than it needed cleaning. Go with these guys because they are honest!!!

    My sewer line consists of clay piping and has existed since 1958. Unfortunately, the pipe has slumped over time. I had back-up and filed a claim. I had three other contractors provide extremely expensive and destructive quotes to me. But, when I reached out to Sewer Experts that changed immediately. Marisa and her team are amazing. They identified that I had only one location that needed repair - not the whole line. They provided a far-less expensive quote. Their workers were clean, efficient and overall they were great to work with through the project. I felt like communication remained clear and positive. I also have a large (80 tall) blue spruce tree in the front yard and below the portion of sewer line to be repaired. Sewer Experts did not damage the tree and would have hand dug a trench if necessary to protect our landscaping - simply amazing. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and highly recommend them to others who need this type of work done.

    The best option ever. As a whole, my loved ones and I enjoyed our time with them. The crew that came to replace our sewer line was professional, courteous, and quick. When we encountered problems in the beginning of the job, one of the proprietors, and their staff, came out to explore possible solutions. Their crew dealt with the problem and finished the job on schedule despite the unexpected complications. They indicated that they would stick to the quote and not accept any additional payment, despite my assurances that we would gladly pay more for the extra effort. Their team member gave us an in-depth quote for replacing our sewer system and was pleasant and easy to talk to the whole time. After the team finished fixing our sewer line, there was barely any evidence that they had even been here. After everything was cleaned up, I replaced my plants, amended the dig site with topsoil and miracle-grow grass seed, and watered it three times a day. My lawn is fully established after only a week. These fellas are the real deal. Hire these professionals to install a new sewage line in your home... If you do this, you wont be sorry later.

I had 2 other big name companies come out for almost a week, trying to snake my sewer line because my basement flooded from the backup. Both gave up and quoted me over $9k to dig up the road where my line taps the city line. The Tech from Sewer Experts was able to clear it out withing minutes and restored my sewer line.     These folks are very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and use high-quality tools. I needed to have my sewer line scoped (and later de-scaled) when I called them and scheduled an appointment. The cost was low for both services. The sewer scoping was done with a high-quality camera which made it easy for my tech to describe what was going on and clearly identify the need for a de-scaling. The de-scaling was very effective and my cast iron pipes look incredible compared to the original scope. 10/10 great company to work with!

    We needed to have our main sewer line replaced and received a quote from a well advertised, large plumbing company. The quote was astronomical. I searched for other options and luckily came across Sewer Experts. They came out right away and performed a camera inspection and proposed a very reasonable quote on the same day (40% of the first quote I received). They were able to schedule the service quickly and completed the entire project in under 2 days. Mario was excellent to work with and his team was efficient and respectful of our property. They even repaired part of our sprinkler system free of charge.Marisa is an excellent business owner and her communication couldn’t have been better. I’m 100% satisfied with the job and am happy to have supported a smaller company. If we need any more plumbing work in the future, we will reach out to Sewer Experts first.

    We had an amazing experience with Sewer Experts! I called Kara as soon as we discovered the back-up in our drain, and she let me know that they would be there the day I called so that the back-up didn’t get worse and come into our house. She and her staff arrived on time, figured out the problem and arrived early the next morning to partially replace our sewer line. The cost for the service was extremely reasonable and matched their bid to the penny – so there was no unpleasant surprise when the bill arrived. We’ve also hired Mustard Seed Construction to tear down and replace our patio after a huge tree fell onto our property. Kara is amazing to work with and so are all of crew members on the teams that have done work for us. Kara was extremely responsive and handled fielding my questions over the weekend and getting a proposal out so that we could start the project of replacing a section of outdoor sewer pipe, installing a dual outdor cleanout, and remove a bunch of grease buildup in our sewer lines.We live in the city with a small yard and getting an excavator into our yard is no easy task. The crew easily removed a section of our fence and masterfully steered it into the yard. It was amazing. They banged out the work and got it inspected in a few hours. Then a crew came out to clean the pipes and did a really thorough job. I am really impressed. The price was very fair and the work was great. Ill use them again!

    The people at Sewer Experts were responsive, friendly and honest. I had a quote done for a house I’m selling and they came out and redid a sewer scope for free ( other guys wanted to charge me ) so we could compare to the first sewer scope that was done. Mario was extremely friendly and honest. He explained the details of the job with absolutely no pressure. Marisa the owner was easy to work with and very accommodating.     I cannot say enough about the professionalism, thoroughness, responsiveness of Melissa and her crew at Sewer Experts for handling our project as a homeowner 1000 miles away. We’ve owned a home in the mountains outside of Idaho Springs for about 15 years, it is so hard to find good people willing to come up and service our various needs. Unfortunately we’ve experienced plumbing/sewer issues pretty much from the start. We finally got tired of having it constantly rodded out so we wanted to find the real problem. I called various companies and Melissa’s first response indicated to me she truly cared about our situation. She had asked if anybody had run a camera and filmed it to see what all was going on. She said before you spend big money on anyone coming up and redoing your sewer line she sent us to a company to jet wash it and then film it. This allowed her to see the line totally cleaned so she knew exactly what she would be dealing with. She quoted the job and worked with us on the timing so we could be sure to be out there for the work. The day came and they were there first thing in the morning and got straight to work. The crew was very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. At the end of the first day they had us temporarily hooked up so we could still spend the night at our house instead of a hotel. Best thing was they finished ahead of schedule avoiding another day of travel up the mountain which resulted in Melissa giving us a reduction on the quote! How often do you get that!     We are extremely grateful to Sewer Experts, especially Marisa, who was of invaluable assistance. We were getting ready to leave town when we learned of a sewer line back up at our rental house. Another company serviced us, charging a total of $345, failing to clear the line and then tried to get us to commit to $5800 to excavate and repair the sewer line, which they said could not be cleared of roots. Melissa looked at the photo from the video of the root blockage and put me in contact with Martin Sewer and Drain. She advised I needed to have the roots cleared before anything else could be done and that despite the other companys failure to do so, she was confident Martin could get the job done, and if he couldnt she would assist with the charge. Additionally, she was fairly confident that once Martin cleared the roots, no further repair would be necessary. Everything was exactly as she said. Martin cleared our line the following day and made a video to document that the line was fully clear all of the way to the street. His total charge was significantly less than the other companys, and a $5800 repair that we were nearly pressured into was not necessary. That said, we are advised to have the line cleared annually. We are so grateful that we found Sewer Experts and immensely appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and excellent service together with that of their colleague, Martin. The other company to their credit did agree to refund their charge, so the amount of money we saved thanks to Marisa and Martin is immense, especially at this time. We thank and highly recommend them. We strongly believe this is a company you can trust and rely upon.

    The drains from our widow wells appeared to be sinking, so we had Sewer Experts out to check the lines from both the front and back widow drains out to the main line. This diagnostic service was at no cost. Damien was knowledgeable and courteous, answering my questions and alleviating all of my my concerns. Luckily, there was no need for a repair other than regrading some soil and adding rock - a DIY project. Should I ever have need for plumbing or sewer repair, I will definitely call the Sewer Experts again!

    Had a broken sewer line and had another provider come in to do the job. We have 7 fiber optic lines crossing the line. The previous company came in and started digging but decided that they could not do the job.The sewer experts came in and identified the exact location of the break.     I reached out to Marissa and Cara, of Sewer Experts, after I had been given a really expensive bid by Roto Rooter. They sent out a certified sewer inspector, who scoped my lines and let me know that I did not need to do the $8000 to $14,000 repair I had just been quoted! In fact, he said the lines were just fine, just to schedule a cleaning once a year. Not only was I relieved and thrilled I did not have to spend all the money on a repair, when I asked to at least pay for the inspector coming out and scoping my lines, Cara and Marissa refused. They told me that was just a cost of doing business!While I am thankful I did not have to have the repair, I didn’t really have any way to repay their stellar service except to leave this review! They were amazing, professional, and very responsive! I cannot leave a higher recommendation, if you have any issues whatsoever with any of your sewer lines, drain lines, etc. please call Sewer Experts!

    If you are looking for excellent customer service don’t waste your time going anywhere but Sewer Experts!!! As a former owner of a 5 generation business I always prided myself in customer service. The entire team were a joy to work with. We live in a home that was built in 1959. The issue we have is our sewer line coming from our house was lower than the main. After a complete install the flow wasn’t acceptable. What is truly astounding is the fact that not only they dug down for the second time but installed a high tech injection pump at NO EXTRA COST to us!!!     I dont usually post reviews online, but this company and my amazing experience using them has moved me to let others know how awesome they are. Every aspect of working with them at every step of the process was above and beyond. They are responsive, thorough, trustworthy, and professional. They replaced our sewer line from the house to the street. Their bid was better than 5 other companies who not only wanted to charge more for the same work, but also tried to get us to do unnecessary work which would have at least tripled the cost. I had a question after the job was done and instead of providing just an answer they had a crew out in less than a week to add more level dirt. They care. They are on top of things. They are patient. They communicated well and were upfront with me. And not just the owners. Their crews are amazing too. I cant recommend them highly enough.

    Sewer Experts told me the truth, my sewer lines were in good condition , when two other companies told me I needed to spend up to $65k now. Thank you Marisa Beaver for your professionalism, integrity and top notch evaluation work by Martin and your staff.Long story short, a well known Denver sewer company came out to do a routine drain cleaning. They quoted ms a great price on cleaning the main line and scoping it. The tech called his manager in to do the scoping. The mgr asked me to review findings with him. Told me that the bottom of my main sewer line had rusted out. Needed to do emergency, urgent replacement. $12k asap. Worst possible if other lines bad, $65k. Second Sr manager came for 3rd opinion all concurred immediate sewer line replacement needed. Sent the video to 2nd well known Denver company. Told the same with prices a bit less.Something seemed a miss.Called SEWER EXPERTS. Sent Marisa Beaver the video. She called back fast and told me dont sign anything.     I have been in the property management industry for 27 years in Denver. In the past I always felt I was being taking advantage of by the sewer contractor. Sewer Experts recommended having the sewer line cleaned/ jetted first and then hire an independent sewer inspection company to scope the line. Once you have that Independent report then solicit bids if needed for the repairs. They are not pushy, and don’t up sell you or short sell the amount of pipe needed. They will also give you options to choose from such as pipe burst, pipe lining, or remove and replace. They were onsite at my house at 8:00am and was starting to dig by 8:30am by 4:15pm they were packed and on the road job done. The pipe burst was amazing and worked so smooth.     I highly recommend this company to anyone reading this. I found this company from doing a simple google search on sewer repair companies. What prompted me to do a search was a failure of our sewer line from the house to the street. It was 40 years old and had broken due to age and tree roots. The company I had been doing business with for plumbing and HVAC purposes had given me a quote to do a spot repair for $11,600.00. Upon attempting to put in an insurance claim on this, the adjuster had informed me we are being over charged so much that they are not willing to pay for the repair. He asked that I go get another quote or two and contact him when done. That was the point I found the company Sewer Experts. They were professional from the start. They had a 3rd party come investigate the sewer line with a camera to determine the extent of the damage. They recommended the line be replaced entirely. Their price was extremely fair. So much so, I did not feel the need to look further. Marisa and Kara were very pleasant to deal with on this whole deal and you can tell they are two people you can trust.The insurance adjuster promptly approved the claim based on their estimate. They knocked the whole job out in a day, with the exception of the street repair of cement. Weather was a factor in that and it was repaired once the weather turned warm enough to do cement work. Overall, I am extremely impressed and grateful to this company for helping us out for such a great price. I highly recommend you give them a shot if you need this kind of work done.

    Sewer Experts will get my recommendation every time! I found Sewer Experts by reading the negative reviews of the national rooter company that took me for thousands of dollars a year prior. I wish I had done more research previously, but it was days before Christmas and I was desperate. Sewer Experts sent a camera inspection out for free (something the national guys want hundreds of dollars for), identified the problem and quoted me HALF what the national company wanted. Marissa was understanding when I told her I was shopping around for quotes and gave me the best advice of all, dont call anyone with the word rooter in their name. After receiving the quote I called Kara to inquire about the financing options mentioned on the website. Kara is a good enough person to recommend other options to save me money. The Sewer Experts team was in and out in one day, took care to move my flower pots and bird feeders out of the way, and were professional and tidy.

    I had been quoted an enormous sum to repair a blockage adjacent to the sewer line. I decided to get another quote. Sewer Experts came out within hours of my call. They did a thorough job of locating the problem, and actually found that a huge piece of debris had covered the line causing the blockage. They removed the debris and did multiple checks to make sure everything was in order. No expensive drilling into the street, etc. was needed. I would highly recommend this company for their competence, thoroughness and honesty.

    My review is as a prospective customer who, with Marisas guidance, did not work with Sewer Experts. I called Sewer Experts/Marisa before extensive concrete work that will cover my sewer and water inlet lines. She uses a third-party scope company and arranged for them to look at the sewer. It checked ok, her report suggested nothing urgent to fix, just a regular root clean out and it should be fine. She provided bids for two options if & when I would do the sewer line. On the water line, she helped me determine it is the safe copper line, not lead, so it too should be fine and no work needed. In total, I spent probably 45 min to an hour on the phone with Marisa, which she graciously offered at no cost, no business gained from it. She is saved in my phone for if & when I have a sewer/water issue. Thanks Marisa, appreciate your customer-first business practices!

    Recently, I had the pleasure of working with this experts. They were quite helpful in that they addressed all of my inquiries and concerns. The pipes leading from the front and back window wells to the main line appeared to be sinking, so I had them inspect the problem. You didnt have to pay anything for this diagnosis.     Wish I could give them six stars. I needed a sewer scope and location marking for some upcoming construction. After calling two other places and either getting in voicemail hell or quoted a crazy price, gave Sewer Experts a call.Marissa answered the phone and was super professional and efficient. Bryan came out the same day, perhaps within two hours of my call. He had all the appropriate tools with him and got the scoping done along with marking the sewer line including depths as it routes through the yard. Would absolutely recommend!

    Sorry for the book - I unfortunately used Plumline to clean out my main sewer line and was told by the technician that I had black sludge meaning my cast iron line inside the house could be rotting away. He sent one of their guys a couple days later to scope the line and I was informed that I had a couple spots where my clay line to the city was bellying and holding water as well as an issue where my cast iron pipe connected to the clay pipe which is why I had the black sludge. Quoted me almost $26K to have the line replaced via trenchless replacement. OUCH! I called Sewer Experts to receive a second opinion and spoke to Marisa. She scheduled a scope with a third party company she uses to come out and see what my problem was at no charge to me, but at a charge to her. They came out and found that the cleaning that Plumline had done didnt clear my main line of roots, just cut a hole in them so waste and water cold drain - but that was backing up after less than a week. Fortunately, he was able to push the debris through the hole and the water drained. He proceeded to review my line to see what he could find wrong...he found nothing. Yes, there are roots in my line (HUGE tree in front lawn that goes over the line) but the integrity of both the clay and cast iron lines were fine and he did not see any bellying or issues where the clay and cast iron pipes connected. Talk about a relief! He suggested I get a thorough cleaning of my main line to remove the roots. I attempted to contact Marisa and Sewer Experts to have them do this cleaning as I felt some indebtedness as they did pay for the scoping. In speaking to Marisa she stated that they dont do these types of cleanings, but provided me another person she recommends who only does line cleanings. What? Who does this? I thankfully did not have to use Sewer Experts; however, feel that they run the kind of business that you just dont see these days. A business with honesty and integrity. Who else pays for you to have your line scoped and then when that doesnt turn out to provide business for them sends you to another person for the work required? First time Ive ever seen this. Again, I wasnt able to use Sewer Experts but will 100% use them for any future needs and suggest you give them a call.

    So heres our story. We had been having a lot of issues with our drains backing up. We called 2 different plumbers, each came out, ran a snake down the line and found it to be full of water, and blocked at 70 ft from the house. Each told us the line had collapsed and would need to be dug up and replaced. They quoted us between 7500-21,000 dollars in repairs!! I called sewer experts. They answered right away, were extremely nice and very compassionate on the phone. They called a plumber for me, who contacted us immediately and came out that evening. The plumbing brought his drain cleaning machine and camera. Ready for the worst news we waited. He scoped the drain line and found that it was full of tree roots! It was completely blocked. He was able to clean the line out and its like new!! I am so so glad that I called sewer experts! They saved us! Not saying this will fit every circumstance but they were honest, trustworthy, and they didnt try to sell us anything. When I called they told me that the best option was to get the drain cleaned, then they said they would send out an inspector if there was a problem structurally, which they would pay for, and then give us a quote to fix. It was that easy. We got lucky but if we did have a cracked pipe they would have been able to install the permaliner or dig it up and I would trust them with either. So happy I called them. Best decision Ive made in a long time. Cant say enough, but this proved to me that there are still honest good companies out there and this is definitely one of them. Best advice I can give is call them if you have a problem. Hope this review helps someone in the future.

    I couldnt be happier with the service we received from Sewer Experts. We had a cracked sewer pipe at our septic tank. I had been putting off the repair which got progressively worse to the point where the pipe was nearly completely collapsed. When I realized how bad it was, I called a different company that was booked out for two months. I then called Sewer Experts on a Saturday at about 6PM expecting to leave a voicemail. I was pleasantly surprised when Marisa answered. She asked that I send some measurements and photos to her email and she would provide an estimate by Tuesday (2 business days). She also said they could be at my house in about a week. After sending her info, I received a competitive estimate on Tuesday (just as she said she would do). We scheduled the repair for the next week.The day of the repair, the crew showed up on time and did excellent work. I had several other pipes and conduits in the area for sprinklers and electrical and they navigated around all of it except one sprinkler head line which is a super simple fix I can do. They pointed this out to me and left it marked so I could find it easily in the spring time. I was also pleased with the minimal landscaping disruptions. All-in-all, it was a positive experience; I just wish I would have called the earlier. I would highly recommend them and they will be the first ones I call should I need sewer services again.

    I had a sewer line break in my historic property with a cast iron/clay pipe and spent considerable time searching for the right company. I settled on Sewer Experts after many discussions with owner Marisa, who is a top-notch professional and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. My property is in downtown Denver with many tough logistical issues, and involved a lot of planning and testing. The team led by Mario did a spectacular job, interfaced with the City to make sure the necessary inspection took place, and by far they were the most price competitive. In this case, they had to hand dig to get to the break right next to my building. The crew was great, and I was impressed with the fact they found the problem quickly, and when they were done, cleaned up nicely. They did a great job in re-cementing, and with the two new clean-outs that are required by code. I cannot speak highly enough of this company who I found to be competent, honest, friendly and reliable. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would, because I had to search deeply to find the right company and I was very happy they performed to my expectation and I felt I got great value for my money.

They first scoped the line free of charge and analyzed the video. I saw for myself what the issue was. Then I was given an estimate with no pressure. I opted to replace the majority of the line due to a large Maple in my yard.Everything with this company I’ve experienced is great in my opinion. From scheduling to completion they made a bad situation painless not to mention a better price.Update: Sewer Experts has excellent follow up service. About 5 months later when the soil settled at the excavation site, they sent a crew to backfill the trench and level it to match the surface of the yard. At this point my sewer has never worked better and Im happy with the results.

    The company is very responsive. We had a sewer blockage Friday before a holiday weekend. The crew came out later that day and resolved our issue at a reasonable price, several days before we received bids from other companies. We had a few follow-up questions and the company texted us back immediately.

    On January 26th 2021 sewer experts replaced a 5 foot section of my sewer line. The job was done quick and clean and very professionally.
