Timeless Home Improvement exceeded my expectations completing my kitchen renovation and other upgrades to my condo. Out of four contractor estimates, Giovanni’s was the most fair with the most realistic timeline. Giovanni’s communication from the beginning to the very end of the project was excellent. Never having embarked on a renovation, I had so many questions which Giovanni answered promptly and comprehensively. Text messages and emails were returned within minutes or at most an hour or two. His entire team was professional, respectful, friendly and SO hard working! They were always on time, worked efficiently and left the house as clean as possible (given it was under construction ) I absolutely love my new kitchen, as well as the flooring throughout the entire downstairs. They also installed recessed lighting, painted the entire downstairs, and upstairs hallway. The entire space is bright and clean. I found Timeless Home Improvement on Nextdoor Neighborhood after searching for a contractor to update my kitchen. The reviews on Nextdoor were very good as were the Google Reviews and I can say that the reviews are accurate. The team did a fantastic job working with me and my husband on updating our kitchen, taking down a few walls, and renovating a bathroom. The team was easy to work with, communicated what was going to happen and when and when things needed to be added on to the scope of the project, Giovanni communicated the cost of the project before starting to confirm we wanted to proceed. Giovannis team were very professional and hard working. I would definitely work with Timeless Home Improvement again.

Timeless Home Improvement recently remodeled our first floor TV room which involved removing a built-in alcove, framing a new wall, installing new hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, and painting the entire room. Giovanni kept my wife and I fully informed of what was to be done throughout each of the steps of the project, and Enrique and the rest of his crew did a great job. We will certainly use them again for future projects.

We hired Timeless Home Improvement to build a new deck, pergola and patio for our yard. We also had them replace our old aluminum siding with new vinyl. They communicated very well and advised us on options. We’re fair with their prices. It was difficult to get some of the products we wanted during the pandemic, but they searched lots of vendors to try and get our materials asap. The workers were all very friendly and courteous. We liked them so much, we had them come back a month later to re-do our front porch steps and railing.

Giovanni and his crew did a wonderful job on my mother-n-law’s home. We recently put it on the market and it looks amazing. They performed entire interior house painting, some mortar repair and custom shelving this time round. This is actually the 3rd time we used Giovanni and his team over the course of 3-4 years. They’re one of our go to contractors. They are responsive, honest, clean, punctual and prices are fair. Giovanni is great at communicating, via email, text and phone. We recently had to renovate two bathrooms in our 90 year old home. Giovanni and the Timeless crew did a great job on replacing a considerable amount of plumbing, bathroom fixtures, tile, and expanding a half bath to include a shower. In addition, they re-configured a bedroom closet (to make room for the shower) and replaced our living room and bedroom ceilings.What we appreciated most about the Timeless crew:Giovanni communicated regularly about who would be in our home doing what and when;The crew showed up on time every day, (and they did not insist on coming at extremely early times in the morning);Giovanni and the crew listened to our ideas, and were willing to do everything that we wanted. We especially appreciated the careful tile work (see photo below);Giovanni offered great suggestions, including a pocket door for the reconfigured closet, and he was very patient as we made decisions along the way;When we made changes in the original plan, Giovanni was very straightforward and reasonable about what the changes would cost;There was an unforeseen (and unforeseeable) delay in finishing the job, but Giovanni very graciously made up for that with pro bono work;We were working from home while the renovation was going on, and we appreciated that the crew always wore masks.We are very happy with the results of the work by Timeless Home Improvement!

We hired Timeless Home Improvements on the recommendation of our realtor for a full remodel of our 1930s era bathroom, drywall repair, trim installation, and painting our home in preparation for listing. Giovanni came to our home within a day of contact and provided an estimate that was clear and easy to understand. The crew was always safety conscious (including mask wearing) and we were kept well-informed about the progress of the job. The entire project was delivered on time and on budget, with a high level of craftsmanship that impressed my (architect) spouse. I wish we’d hired Timeless Home Improvements sooner so we could enjoy that beautiful bathroom for ourselves, but I’m pleased to say that we received a high return on the investment in the sale of our home.

We hired Timeless Home Improvement on the complete remodel of our basement three months ago. The owner, Giovanni Noel, helped us work through a number of plans for the basement to help us get it exactly right. Giovanni was attentive to our design choices, but also was quick to provide his professional opinion to help us realize our vision for the remodel. He quickly provided estimates that broke down costs in easily understandable and straightforward ways. His team was incredibly professional, skilled, safety, and health conscious. Giovanni was in daily contact with us, either on site or by phone, checking to make sure everything was satisfactory, and providing us with updates as to work schedule. We never had an are they coming today or not? moment. The finished product is excellent, and a great value. Our kids can play in the basement for the first time ever. We intend to use Timeless again for future projects, and strongly recommend them.

Overall this company did a great job with our 140 sq. ft. addition to our home. The fit and finish of the carpentry, drywalling, painting, exterior siding, and roofing were excellent! My only real complaint was with the exterior paver work. After a couple of tries and extra money paid for correcting some issues the work done was not up to the level of the rest of the work they did. If you need any other work done besides paver work Id highly recommend them!

Over the one weekend it was on the market, there were more than twenty showings and three offers - two at above asking! A recent rain leak in our attic prompted our all to Timeless Home Improvement. They were the only one of several companies we called who agreed to come to our home to inspect where the leak might beoriginating from. Giovanni did a thorough inspection and made helpful recommendations. After further inspection by a structural engineer, we will contract with Timeless to do the necessary repair work on our roof and attic. In the meantime, Giovanni arranged to have some minor electrical work done around the house, which was completed in a timely and professional manner.Working with Timeless has been seamless. Giovanni is responsive, available and helpful. I highly recommend Timeless Home Improvement.

Following flooding in my condo that caused extensive damage, I hired Timeless Home Improvement in September 2019 to undertake extensive remodeling and repair that required an entire bathroom remodel (including tiling work), replacing drywall in two other rooms, replacing the wood flooring throughout my condo, installing new doors, and replacing all of the base boards and moulding around windows. They also painted my entire condo. They were the best contractors Ive ever worked with. Incredibly nice, honest, trustworthy, and going out of their way to keep the project on budget and on time despite numerous requests for changes along the way and mistakes that I made. I highly recommend them, especially for homeowners that havent undertaken extensive remodels before!

Super happy with sunroom roof repair performed by Giovanni and his roof man Ricky. We had a long time leaking rubber roof with many components improperly used, Timeless Home Improvement fixed it all. Punctual and professional. My next door neighbor, retired master carpenter, watched the entire process from his place and said it was an excellent job. Hes a tough grader. Book with confidence.

We hired Timeless for a major (6-month) apartment renovation that involved demolition, a new kitchen and laundry room - in a historic building in Washington, DC. Timeless did a beautiful job and they stuck pretty well to their time and cost budgets. And where we did need change orders (because we changed our mind about something), they were prompt and reasonable. Their crew was always professional, punctual, efficient, detail-oriented and considerate (we lived in the space during much of the renovation). Timeless also followed the many building rules. Timeless management was also very responsive by email, phone and text throughout the entire renovation process. I dont think we ever had to wait longer than a day to get a response. Timeless also worked well with our architect. We definitely recommend them!

Finding a contractor to do projects that fall between simple handyman and full remodeling can be tough, but Timeless was a perfect fit for my projects. They installed a new oven range hood and replaced the wrought iron railings on my front porch with two nice columns. From first coming to give a quote through the whole process, Giovanni was very responsive. The crew was nice and professional, got the work done pretty quickly and cleanly, and even made adjustments as I found were necessary. All that and the price was fair, too.
