James was SO helpful! The kitchen sink had been clogged for 3+ days right after moving into our new home. I received a call back within 30 minutes of calling late Monday night and James was at our house by noon the next day. He solved the problem within an hour, and was extremely professional, friendly and communicative. Well definitely be calling Sawyer Plumbing the next time we have any need!

Mr. Sawyer installed a new washer pan and braided hoses for my niece and she couldnt be happier. I dont believe this was a straightforward job by any means. The home she purchased had a drain in the floor that was not properly or well installed initially. Her laundry room is also very small, so not a lot of space to work with. Her husband said that the plumber was mindful and respectful of their newly painted home; friendly, and he and his assistant wore shoe covers and cleaned up the site. We will be recommending him in our retirement community and I know shell be referring others to him as well. This is what you expect from a professional, but rarely experience nowadays.

Ive worked with a lot of plumbers over the years, but this team is the best so far... reliable, timely, cost-effective, courtesy - I highly recommend! So far, theyve replaced my water heater, installed a water main automated valve to connect to my home tech platform, along with some smaller work - all work done was top-notch!

We were experiencing issues with our water pressure that we suspected came from our very outdated water softener system. Wendell took the time to triage multiple possible sources and confirmed that our outdated water softener was the issue and that our water pressure was actually way over code. I appreciated that he was so thorough in identifying the source and was able to explain everything in laymen’s terms. He clearly outlined what needed to be replaced and supplied a timely quote for the fix. He even tested our water before replacing the new system so I could see the immediate difference in both the pressure of the water as well as the quality from the replacement (our chlorine levels were off the charts)!Not only did he do great work, but was incredibly professional. He let me know the timeframe of when he would arrive, he actually came in that time frame, he put on covered booties before entering the home, and left the place as clean as he found it. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Sawyer Plumbing for all future needs!

Post evaluation of work to be done, Mr. Sawyer presented a detailed quote good for 90 days which included the cost of labor plus parts. He professionally corrected the plumbing issues in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up multiple work areas post job completion. Additionally he fabricated on site a functional and esthetically pleasing non numbing related issue beneath the kitchen sink. Sawyer plumbing is highly recommended and will be used by is in the future when needed.

We recently bought a house in Pocopson Township. It has come with its share of surprises, including two that required urgent plumbing work. Different plumbers from Sawyer came each time, but both were there either same day or next business day, and did their work quockly and expertly. They were very transparent about their work and provided us some ideas and evaluations along the way. The price was more than reasonable.
