    Jim can be slow in responding sometimes, but he makes it up in quality and speed of work. The basement bath vanity and Saniflo toilet he installed for us look amazing and work great. He cleaned up after himself and the price was more than reasonable.Well surely hire him again anytime!

    Excellent service from Armstrong Plumbing!! James Armstrong, the owner, was personable, professional and courteous and got the job done right the first time (a sink clog).     Jimmy showed up on time, was very professional and personable, and was very reasonable with his pricing. He replaced the shower mixer valve cartridge very quickly, and made sure everything was working properly, and even cleaned out the shower head before leaving. In comparison to other plumbers I used in the past, Jimmy Armstrongs pricing left me feeling good and like I wasnt overcharged. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him!

    I have used Armstrong plumbing for a few plumbing issues with our house. Jimmy is always very responsive and knowledgeable. I have found his prices to be reasonable as well when comparing quotes. He replaced our hot water heater for us and a malfunctioning sump pump. Both are now working great. Would definitely recommend.

    I needed the entire house to replace our water pipes, cold and hot water pipes were installed quickly by Jimmy Armstrong plumbing. We were very satisfied in his work which ended green stains in our sinks. The best thing was replacing the old, clogged cast iron drain pipes and installed PVC drain pipes with new technology on the kitchen sink by installing P traps and vent.

Mr. Armstrong was professional and respectful at all times and took the time to answer all questions and explain how to change filters in the future.     Jimmy connected my basement sink to main drain line and tapped into supply lines for the hot and cold. It was a challenging job because the main drain line is in the ceiling of the basement, thus the need to install a pump as well. Jimmy was up to the challenge and he was quick and thorough.     12-9-23 ~ Update to my original review: I had used Armstrong Plumbing two more times after my intial experience. One time, Jimmy came & changed out my leaking outside hose faucet, and another time just a few months ago he replaced my hot water heater when it died. He was very efficient & helpful. Then today (Saturday), I discovered a leak coming from the rusted-out expansion tank over the hot water heater. I texted Jimmy at 4:16 this afternoon & told him what was going on. He asked me a couple of questions and was here by 6:00 p.m.! He was quick, courteous, professional, friendly & a real value for my peace of mind. I cant recommend him enough!! I will always use him for the plumbing jobs that I cant handle.******************I initially got voicemail when I called this morning as I was getting ready to work & hung up to continue searching for plumbers in my area. Jimmy called me right back but I didnt recognize the caller ID immediately and let it go. He called again within a couple of minutes. After I explained my plight (a minor flood ~ MAJOR to me) in my laundry room & finished basement, he said he could make it out today. I was EXTREMELY relieved to hear that, as I could not run any water in my house until the issue was resolved. He showed up when he said he would & sent a notification that he was on his way. He went right to work after asking a few questions & got my problem fixed in no time at all. I usually try to fix most things that go wrong in my home, but this was not one that I could handle. Jimmy was awesome (he was very tolerant of my nervous rambling since I was so upset about the situation); the fee was reasonable and worth every penny for a resolution and my peace of mind. He even offered to recommend a clean-up service to me. He will be back to replace some screws that had rusted on an outdoor ventcap & had to be cut to remove the cap, but it is included in the fee for todays service. I am very satisfied with this plumbing service & highly recommend it. I will definitely engage Armstrong Plumbing Service should the need arise again for me in the future!!

    We used Armstrong Plumbing Services to run a line from our house so we could be hooked up to public water. Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating to our schedule/needs.     We had several different leaks all originating in our master bathroom shower, and they caused leaking down below into our powder room. We hired Armstrong Plumbing for the job, and we are very happy that we did! Jimmy is professional, kind, and fair. We had an estimate done by him and had the formal estimate in hand soon after. The job was able to be done in good timing. He was on time each day, laid down drop cloths in all the hallways and stairs, and also put up drop cloths in the doorways to contain as much dust from the dry wall removal as possible. I greatly appreciated the care he took in our home, and he worked hard and efficiently to get the job done in a very reasonable timeframe. It’s nice to know that we won’t have to worry about any leaking anymore! And if we have a plumbing job elsewhere in our house in the future, Armstrong Plumbing will be our first and only call!

    Reached out to Jimmy about repairing my kitchen faucet that had been leaking for a while. The faucet was so badly corroded, that part of it had to be cut off in order to get the whole thing free. I had replacement parts, so I wasnt worried about damaging the thing. But, as luck would have it, the manufacturer failed to send a crucial piece to fix the faucet. With only a couple of days before Christmas and not wanting to leave me in a lurch, Jimmy came back that evening after all his other jobs to install a temporary faucet to get me through the holidays.Big ups to Jimmy for the excellent job. Will be using his services again after the holiday when I get the proper parts to fix my old faucet. As well as for other projects down the road.

    Contacted 6 plumbers to replace a hot water heater. Jimmy replied within about 40 minutes (3 others never replied at all). I immediately knew he was knowledgeable and responsive. He called me later to discuss all the options, asked all the right questions, and advised on what he would do as if it was his own home. He was able to schedule my job within a few days at my convenience- it wasnt an emergency- was exactly on time and took exactly the amount of time he said it would. Despite an awkward location and having to move my washer and dryer, he was positive, efficient and friendly. The job done was top notch, I will definitely hire him again for ANY plumbing needs and refer to friends & neighbors. When you own a home for 25 years you have a lot of experiences with various trades, few are exceptional and this was one. Thanks Jimmy!

    I had an emergency with my well pump dying. I called a few places, and finally ended up talking to Jimmy. He was able to make it out the same day, even though it was after dinner. He stayed late until the job was done, and it was definitely top-notch service and quality. He replaced my old, cheap pump with the Cadillac of pumps, and I couldnt be happier with it. I keep a list of contractors for different services, and hes definitely at the top of my list for any plumbing needs going forward.

    Jimmy was awesome to work with. Very friendly, very responsive, and did a fantastic job. We had a shower that would not regulate temperature. Turned out we had a bad part that needed to be replaced. From a simple conversation about the problem Jimmy was able to diagnose what he thought may be going on, come over on fairly short notice, bring all the correct parts and restore function to our shower. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who asks and will 100% be a repeat customer should I have any future plumbing issues.
