I have had Downingtown Electrical and Plumbing to my house on 2 occasions. The first was 2 years ago to replace our water heater. I called on extremely short notice, but they were able to schedule the replacement for the next day. They arrived on time, and were very courteous. They replaced the water heater and performed a few other repairs without issue. Extremely clean and professional.They were also out to my house today for a central AC repair. Paul was extremely professional and worked through a few issues. On the hottest week of the year so far, he did not hesitate to make sure our AC worked properly. I highly recommend them for any and all repairs you might need.

I have used Downingtown Electrical Plumbing Company for many, many years. They have repaired pipes, replaced plumbing, installed outlets, replaced thermostats, replaced toilets... I have had emergency calls and scheduled service. They are always responsive and it is clear the goal is to get the job done right the first time! All of the service guys are polite, experienced and have a great knowledge base. They are busy because they do excellent work! They are the only electric and plumbing company I need to have in my cell phone contacts!

Downingtown Electrical Plumbing Co was called about a plumbing issue I was having in my office. They came out same day, were able to fix the repair in less than 1 hour! Paul, the technician, was incredibly professional, courteous, and we hardly knew he was in the building until he came to tell me the repair was complete! I highly recommend this company! We needed a new pump for our basement toilet and they did a clean and thorough job. We also needed some electrical work done and that was also done professionally. Prices were reasonable. I’d recommend Paul in particular. Good work.

Great people to deal with. Paul is excellent. Just had annual AC & Heater tune up. Paul did things that Horizon (who installed it 8 1/2 yrs ago) never did. 👍 Previously, they have worked on my sump pumps, dishwasher, garbage disposal and circuit breaker box, to name a few jobs. Very happy with their work.

Followed by immediate response and quick repair of our house electrical fire; when a PECO Transformer explosion happened taking out our entire neighborhood! Thank you to Dave and his entire staff for getting our house back up 100% in one day!!

This place is great. Called regarding a leak that needed some attention, and they were able to send someone out the very next day. The representative we worked with was friendly and professional, both over the phone and during the service call. The price for the work was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and incredibly reliable! I cant say enough good things about Dtown Electrical & Plumbing. We live in an older home thats on a slab (no basement) so solving plumbing problems is not always easy. Plus we have a well. Dave, Paul, and the rest of the staff have patiently resolved every plumbing issue weve had for the last 10 years. Its an incredible relief to have a plumber (and electrician) you can rely on to do top notch work, often under very difficult circumstances and its worth every penny to have a competent, courteous, experienced technician show up.
