    Blaise came out to my house quickly diagnose my issue and gave prompt service. Our garbage disposal completely clunked out and the drains were severely clogged. She snaked the whole system and also for a bonus he got our dishwasher back working ! Man he really is the best and a life saver !!!!     These guys saved me!! A water hose under my sink sprung a leak and they came out right away, were super knowledgeable and kind, explained why this happened and how to prevent it. They are the best!! Highly recommended them for the job! They do get it done right. Pictures are of new faucet they installed and recommended that brand.

    I had an amazing experience with done right plumbing!! I had a leak that I wasnt aware of until it flooded my basement. They had someone come out the very next morning. Anthony came out and was polite and extremely helpful! He even helped me clean up the water that was still on the ground (my sump pump was not working). He was so helpful and kind and I would definitely use them again!

    This place was Awesome! I had another company come out because my kitchen sink was clogged and leaking in my basement. They only unclogged it and said I need a plumber which confused me because I took off from work and lost a day for this and they couldnt send anyone else until tomorrow so I called this place Done Right Plumbing and Heating and she was very nice on the phone and set up someone to come at 4pm named Anthony. He was Amazing from the door!! He seen the problem right away and had it fixed really fast. I thought he was gonna need to get supplies and come back tomorrow because I needed a whole new pipe and with the leaking the basement was a huge mess and old house not a good combination to work in! But he went right to his truck and got what was needed and fixed it and even fixed the pipe under my sink that needed to be fixed. He was Awesome and I need more work in the future and I will most definitely be calling this company and referring them to anyone else who needs an Awesome Plumber. Thank You Anthony for Your Terrific Work and Amazing Job! He made us all very happy in my house!!! And the best part the price was very reasonable!! Thumbs up all the way from start to finish!!!     Done Right Plumbing was very responsive. They came to the house within 1 1/2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. I had 4 plumbing problems in 3 bathrooms. All problems were fixed in about 2 hours and the price was very reasonable. Anthony did an excellent job! I have been looking for a new plumber and I will call them in the future

    We have used Done Right Plumbing & Heating for a few different jobs now and have been absolutely blown away by the quality of the service we have received. They have helped extensively with our baseboard heating, replacing and maintenancing several parts of the system, as well as replacing four toilets and our main water shutoff valve thus far, but we would trust them with any plumbing or heating job- their expertise is readily apparent. There is a reason they are now our go to plumber. They offer excellent work, at an excellent value, in an excellent timeframe. They are extremely responsive and clearly care about their customers and the service they are providing. We are so happy to have found Done Right Plumbing & Heating and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing and/or heating services.

    We live in Virginia and called Done Right for a leak at our daughter’s home in Brookhaven. Anthony showed up on time and upon finding the leak provided us with photos and video and answered all of our questions. He was very informative about what was leaking and what it would take to repair. He did a great job and tested the system before leaving.     Done Right Plumbing & Heating did a great job with my heating repair. Blaise came out at 9PM to look at our furnace that stopped working. After a few minutes of trouble shooting, he fixed the problem. Hes friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Hes got my business going forward, and Ill refer him to everyone I know.

    Work Date: 03.10.24.I have a 65 year old house with cast iron plumbing that was starting to wear our and leak in the bathroom area. Blaise replaced all the runs, toilet flange, and main stack with sturdy PVC, and took care of a minor unexpected issue with the bathtub. The would not leave until all the work was taken care of. Totally professional, 100% knowledgeable for the craft. His company is my new plumber, and will be doing the remainder of my bathroom renovations later this summer, and all future issues.
