Harmoni Designs is an exceptional company. Detail oriented, superb customer service and fair pricing. We had work done on our Pepper Pike home with Harmoni Design. They addressed all of our issues quickly, efficiently and with ease. Diana, Martin and the team are terrific. I would give more stars if I could.

We chose to have Martin Johannessen and Harmoni Designs remodel our kitchen because he is a high end architect and builder with a reputation and talent in our community for remodeling homes. Martin is a fine wood craftsman by training with a creative instinct. who is an ultimate professional. He is a mindful steward of the timeline and finances. His professional demeanor carried over into his team of contractors who did superb work with a high level of excellence. Martin completed our major remodel in four months. The final product has exceeded our expectations. The space is high end, warm and welcoming that has become the heart of our home.

Working with Martin at Harmoni Designs + Build was the best contractor experience weve ever had. From the beginning, Martin was very transparent and clear with setting expectations for how the project would run. He was incredibly flexible with us as we finalized our design and then later identified some additional changes. He was very communicative and I was always updated with the status of the project. The finished remodel exceeded our expectations. Really a great experience.

Harmoni Designs did a complete remodel of my in-law’s kitchen. Martin and Diana were so easy to work with. They explained everything and were on point through the entire process. The kitchen turned out really well, it looks great and is so much more functional than before. Harmoni made it easy through the entire job.

Harmoni designed and built a magnificent two-story garage with office space on the second floor for us. They integrated traditional details to match our 100-year old house with a contemporary plan for the interior office space. Martin and Diana provided professional, even exceptional management of our project from start to finish; attending to every detail, answering every question. We could not be more pleased and we certainly would recommend them for any design / build needs you may have.

Our building was awarded the “Best Re-Imagined Building” by the City of Mentor, Ohio for 2018-19. Mentor is the bustling hub of Lake County and there are always numerous construction projects occurring. To be selected as the best remodel in this crowded field is a fitting and well-deserved honor for architect Martin Johannessen and Harmoni Design and Build. Martin has amazing ability for visualization and design. Further, he is responsive and attentive every step of the way. He transformed our space from a non-descript commercial storefront to a welcoming jewel on Mentor Avenue. He is easy to work with both in the design aspect and construction. He is as careful spending your capital as he would be his own. Thanks to Martin, we now work in the most attractive building in Mentor!
