    The Strada Services team was excellent, from start to finish. Chris K (advisor) was awesome. He went over the estimate in detail and he made the process easy. Very knowledgeable and professional.Yovanis and Alexis (service technicians) worked diligently with extreme heat temperatures until our AC unit was installed and working. And at the end they explained how everything works and made sure we had no questions. I would definitely recommend Strada Services.

    Today (9/9/24) I had Mr. Terrence Pickett as my Tech Electrician. He worked on correcting the shortage in the electrical sockets of my home. He greeted me with respect and was very well mannered. He appeared to be neat in appearance and very social. He was very knowledgable and responded to all of my questions and concerns. He took his time with the project and was very patient and detailed. I truly enjoyed my interaction with him. He is very friendly, very professional and kind hearted. Thank you Terrence for making this an amazing experience. I appreciate the services and hospitality that you provided me. Strada has a really good employee. Definitely a recommend tech.

    Strada’s employees are the best. My sales person, Chris Kelley, patently and thoroughly gave me all the options in deciding what new HVAC system I needed for my home. He set up the installation for 2 days later. The two installers were courteous and very diligent in the installation process, which did not even take a whole day. Everything is working wonderfully. Such a good experience with a great company. Thank you Strada!

The repair was quite complex, involving a series of circuits from the living room to the master bedroom, with a break in between that might have required breaking the wall to fix. After thorough inspection, Terrence Pickett successfully resolved the issue without the need to break the wall. I am very happy that everything is back to normal.     Strada earned a 5-star rating from me. The whole process was an example of exceptional customer service. Their first technician arrived to troubleshoot and determined both units were beyond repair. I had a previous evaluation done, so this confirmed it. Their sales rep arrived within 3 hours to provide an estimate. Of note, another major AC installer I dealt with was more interested in selling me new units than doing comprehensive troubleshooting. Also of note, Strada’s quote was literally half the price with comparable units. Strada’s techs arrived as scheduled, and promptly set up to work, including floor shield to keep the dirt off. The 4 techs arrived during the scheduled window and were done in about 7 hours. They were professional, courteous, and answered all my questions during the install. The final product exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend them again. Thanks for the professional install! My techs were Gregg, Jose, Alain, and I think Josh. All were great reps for the company!

    I had Terrence Pickett come in today to fix my ring door bell. He handled everything so easy.He found the issue right away and took care of it immediately. Outstanding services, he had to break my drywall and after everything was done he came back and pick up all the debris. If I ever have to place a new order I would like to have Terrence coming back and taking care of me again. This guy is fenomenal and knows what he is doing very well.

    Tim Gilb is an outstanding technician. We were replacing an outdated 1978 wall oven. The wiring had to be updated and repositioned. Then with some effort Tim and Colby were able to install the new appliance into place. We appreciate Tims patience and experience in working with the removal of an old appliance and his experience in making a new one fit. We would give him 10 stars if we could. We also appreciate Strada keeping us informed of their arrival and a picture of the technicians. Great customer service. We would highly recommend both the company and our tech Tim Gilb!

    I can’t rave enough about the incredible AC service we received tonight from Strada Services. Our AC stopped cooling today and this technician showed up at 6pm to find a malfunctioning capacitor. He changed it out and got the unit running for a short period of time. He then had to clean out our condenser unit in the rain to get our system to function properly. Thank you Serge and Strada AC for getting our home cool and comfortable for us - working in the rain well after regular hours!!!!
