The technician who came out was on time and very quick to listen. The issue I had was with a Tesla charger displaying a code. After an hour of searching for the problem, he didnt find anything. However, he did tighten the outlets screws, which I think may have been the problem because it hasnt happened again since. Thank you for the help and the fair cost.

This review is long overdue. Over the past two years I have asked Ric’s Electric multiple times to do work at my home. Some jobs were simple; some not so simple. They earned 5 stars every time for their professionalism, on time performance, knowledge, fair pricing and cleanliness. And with this review I give a special shout out to Ben who I believe did all but one of the many jobs I asked them to do. Ric’s is the only electrical contractor I call and, when I call I always ask for Ben.

Ryan was a solid electrical pro! I had some trouble installing a dimmer switch in 40 year old outlet box that was surrounded by cylinder block and stucco. The wires inside were a tangled mess but Ryan figured it out fast, removed 2 ceiling fans and installed 2 light fixtures and installed a dimmer switch in under 2 hrs. It was a big relief to get done, he also taught me some novice electrical stuff on how to install a light switch and have it activate a plug-in outlet. Very cool!

Great company! Scheduled us fast, showed up exactly on time, worked efficiently and for a great price. Ben and Brandon were both excellent technicians. Good old-fashioned work ethic with no nonsense or gimmicks. I would use them again in a heart beat. Cost us $145 to get what other companies would have charged MUCH more for. Best electricians around.

I called when I was having issues with flickering lights in my mobile home. Since I rent and my landlord is in California, I have always had trouble finding reliable people to help fix any issues. But as soon as I called Rics I knew I was in good hands. Dustin and Paul were so attentive and professional. They did a thorough check of the situation and found that there were several issues. They even came back several times to check and see if things were working. Although I am still have many electric surges I know that they will try and do their best to fix anything within their power. Duke Energy doesnt seem to care,Thanks Dustin and Paul!! I would definitely recommend Rics Electric to anyone!

We chose this company based on excellent reviews and couldn’t have been more pleased. Two thumbs up for Bill Allen and the work he did! Relocating and adding outlets in our new home was far more difficult than we assumed it would be. Bill had to go through metal and concrete in his quest to move the outlets to positions we wanted. He explained thoroughly what was required and why. And there wasn’t a minute wasted. Very professional and personable. Bill also found an open ground on the circuit (that shouldn’t have existed) and fixed it

We had a great experience using RICS Electrics service. Vilmos was very professional, efficient and sincere. We had a bunch of issues with our light, fan switches and smoke detectors. And he managed to trouble shoot and fix them under just a couple of hours. Also, he gave us his honest opinion that we should switch out the old fan in the bathroom ourselves, since no electrician work is required there. This is our first time engaging RICS and we are very satisfied with the work. We will definitely choose RICS again. Highly recommended.

We chose RICS after reading so many positive reviews and we were not disappointed. All the employees involved with our project were friendly and professional. Josh was attentive and made detailed notes when writing up the estimate for our job which included replacing lighting, adding new outlets, and additional lighting inside and outside. Vilmos was punctual and answered all our questions. He and his apprentice, Lauren, did amazing work and cleaned up after. Reasonable rates and exceptional results….if we have any electrical needs in the future, we won’t hesitate to call RICS again.

We had a networked smoke detector that was going off about every two hours. We had tried all the logical stuff, like replacing the batteries, etc. We called and made an appointment with RICS Electric.Vilmos, from RICS Electric, was here as scheduled. He was courteous, professional, and explained his troubleshooting plan.He discovered that one of the smoke alarms was not working correctly and that he would need to get us a new smoke detector and he would be back. Which is what he did.After installing the new, networked, smoke detector, he told us he would check back with us to make sure everything was working OK and he left us his phone number if the new smoke detector didnt fix the problem.The new smoke detector did, in fact, fix the problem and Vilmos did reach out to us to be sure the issue was fixed.Vilmos is brilliant! He consistently did what he said he was going to do. He is very personable and knowledgeable.We highly recommend RICS Electric!

We reached out to ricks, and they sent someone out the next morning at 7:30 AM to replace 4 ballast in 2 light fixtures that went out. Were a physical therapy center and its very important to have great lighting and with the speedy service we back to being bright in the office in no time. Most companies we work with arent able to get someone in until later in the day, this was great they got us first thing in the morning. I highly recommend for your business and your home services.

This company is awesome. I had a major problem with my house where it was wired poorly and illegally. I did not know who to call so I just googled and electrician and went with RICS. And thanks God I did they were the only ones in the area with this special tugger tool to remove the wires. They came to my house very quickly and worked hard and were honest with all my options. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I filled out the contact form on Rics website for a ceiling fan I needed installed. He responded within an hour and we scheduled an appointment for 7-8 the next day. The electrician was at our home at 7am. He knew exactly what to do and did an excellent job. Its nice to get a great job and the company to be on time, especially in todays world of service work. The electrician was very polite and knowledgeable. AAA+
