The professionalism, honesty, & amazing workmanship that I received from Chad was truly amazing! Going above and beyond on my project is an understatement . Everything he said he was going to do he did. For me showing up at the scheduled time ready to work is a rare opportunity in this area we live in especially with the recent storms. I received email & text message notifications/ confirmations of my appointment. I lost everything in Hurricane Helene my house is an absolute disaster, let alone the garage. Chad sweep, and mopped the garage floor just for some extra help to me while doing his own job! I am so thankful for him & his company to work so diligently for a displaced family. Now the worry of clean drinking water; and bathing water for my kids is over. I now have the electric tankless hot water heater, water softener, & whole house filtration system with 2 Alkoline water purifiers for my fridges working and ready to go! My effected home also has a possibly of lead in the water lines along with who knows what else, & having this major stress taken care of so quickly & and efficiently by such an amazing person and company is a RARE occurrence out here at the Barrier Islands. I cant say enough great things about One Green filter! First if you are on the fence about getting a great water system, do it! As it make a huge difference in the feel(hair and skin) water quality, and taste, and just know your doing something great for your family. Second their service is unmatched….family owned, kind, hard working, and they have different packages to work with all your needs. Lee came to test our water and go over everything and he was thorough and helpful. The owner Chad is hands on and truly cares about his work and the quality he gives out to his customers. Their customer service has been great talking with Gabe and being helpful explain and schedule salt service delivery. I would recommend them to all! I had a lot of companies come by (by my request) to sell me an home filtration system and product. This company took it to the next level by just being genuine, kind, helpful and high quality! Months later after getting the filter system with them I had questions random questions on water quality after the hurricanes and salt delivery and they were so kind to answer me and pretty quickly too. They just overall are such a great company! I feel so great about my decision to give them our business! I would definitely use them for any of the services they offer!

We are so happy with the service Chad provided on Christmas Eve! We were having issues with increased water usage and the salt was running low outside of the normal schedule. Chad repaired the system and through his troubleshooting discovered that our irrigation system had been installed incorrectly allowing the sprinkler water to run through the water softener system! He advised us to contact the company who installed the irrigation system incorrectly and have them correct the problem. Not only did he happily repair our water softener system, he has potentially saved our lawn from dying and our irrigation system installation! Merry Christmas to the entire dedicated One Green staff! We are so happy with your excellent service. 😀

In a world full of contractors in a rush to half finish their work and run to the next one, Chad and One Green Filter represent everything that is right in the world of services. Chad may not be the hero we deserve, but he’s the hero we need!Here’s why I can’t say enough about Chad and One Green Filter. I’m a licensed engineer and work with construction contractors all the time. I can tell the good ones from the not so good ones quickly. Chad was simply outstanding. He set the stage by sending me a text/phone to let me know he was on his way, then arrived early. He walked me though exactly what he was planning on doing, I gave a minor suggestion, he listened, and he got it done. He came prepared with everything he needed for the job and got it done quickly and efficiently. He went the extra mile, more than once, from the extra plumbing facet, to actually plumbing the drain to a logical place (unlike my home’s original AC installer), buried the pipe to help with aesthetics, intercepted the water main underground without taking out main down for days at a time…he even fixed a completely unrelated water facet on the opposite side of the house just based on an off handed comment I made that it wasn’t installed right. When finishing up, I couldn’t be there to check on him, he sent me a polite text, left me his contact information in case I needed anything. When I called an hour later, he answered.Chad takes pride in his work, and it shows. We’re so very thankful for his help today and everyone from the One Green Filter team.

I had a great experience with Seve from One Green Filter. He was timely and gave me a heads up when he was close by. Courteous and mindful of my home. Installed the reverse osmosis in the kitchen first, keeping us informed the whole time of his game plan with waiting to shut off water until the end. The main water line had no outlets nearby so he made a call and had one installed in a timely manner. When you have someone come out and do work on your home you want someone like Seve for sure. Top notch professionalism!

I called and a gentleman named Chad came to my home. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had other companies come out and want to just replace the whole unit and not fix what I have. He advised me that my unit was working fine it needed to be rebuilt. The components were very good and much cheaper to fix. I had to replace it. This comes highly recommended and a gentleman name. Chad was extremely professional, and I highly recommend using him.

I initially had one company come out and tell me it was gonna be thousands and thousands of dollars. Then I called One Green Plumbing, and it was the best move I could’ve made. They sent out Mitch and his partner Drayton and they quickly and efficiently found the problem with the pipes and our toilet. In less than 30 minutes, they had cleared the blockage and charge us a very nominal fee. They were honest, they were professional and when they left, everything was put back in its place and cleaner then when they got there!!! After this experience, I will never call another plumber… It will always be One Green Plumbing for our family.

A friend of mine who owns a plumbing company in another state recommended the Green Water Filtration company as a trusted source to help us install a water softener (they are also distributors of WaterRight softening systems). We are relatively new to Florida, and we didnt know anyone else to call, so we contacted Green Water Filtration for a free consultation. Chad came and explained the entire process to us in detail, including all the water softening model lines, while suggesting the best option for our consumption scenario. Chad was very polite, always on point, friendly, and professional at the same time. Chad also noticed that our drinking water bypass valve from the pool was outside, so he offered to relocate it inside the house, along with the softening system, to protect it from the outdoor environment. He suggested placing it in the garage when installing the softening system - all for free!Since our experiences with different contractors in the state of Florida had not been great, we offered to pay Chad extra for this service to ensure we wouldnt have problems later. However, Chad politely refused and said, Thats nothing; I will do it for free. Two weeks after we ordered the service, Chad returned and installed the water softener along with the main valve inside the garage. Throughout the installation process, Chad remained very professional, courteous, and always went the extra mile. We were extremely happy, paid the remainder of the bill, and shook hands.However, two days after Chad installed the system, the water started to have a strange taste, maybe a bit better, but still undrinkable for us. We called Chad, and he promptly scheduled a visit within two days. When Chad came two days later and tried the water, he said, I dont taste anything bad. I was about to ask him, Are you sure? and I tasted the water myself in front of him. As soon as I tried it, I was amazed to taste delicious water. I profusely apologized to him for having him come over without trying the water on the same day. Chad explained to us that sometimes it may take more than two days for the water to fully clean all the internal pipes and adapt to the changes brought by the new softener. After that, Chad offered a free filter and free installation service for our kitchen, even though we told him we might no longer need it because the water was now excellent. Chad insisted and installed the water filter for us for free.We are extremely happy with his service and the quality of his work. I would wholeheartedly recommend Chad to everyone without hesitation. My family and I have absolutely no connections with Chad or the One Green Filter company. I never received any discount or even a promise of a discount to write this review.I just feel like I owe him this much.Thank you, Chad!

We just had a whole house filtration system installed. Seve and his team were so incredible. I didnt realize how much time and effort it would take to make it all happen. My house is new construction and the builders plumber made things much more challenging. The A team fixed the builders mistakes and had our water system done in the same day. I wanted the system for health as the water here is horrible. Its filled with chlorine, and flouride(we tested it). I am so thankful to have filtered water to drink, cook with, shower, and all the rest. What I didnt expect is the skin, hair, to be so insanely improved. We had a whole house reverse osmosis installed on Friday may 24th my water was so bad it smelled and tasted like rotten eggs so I called one green water filtration James came out tested my water and to no surprise it was bad he tested before the conditioner and after not to much difference so James went over his different systems and made his recommendation and thats what we went with he and his helper showed up as promised went over everything they was going to do I went to work came home and job was complete it is a clean installation no mess anywhere and clean water finally they also replaced the filters under my sink I found out from the neighbors that the people that lived here always complained about the poor water today which is Monday after the install James reached out to see if there was any problems as I expected there wasnt any problems and finally have great water coming out of my faucets I almost forgot James had a young man with that was very helpful to James I recommend this company and if possible ask for James to help you

My original meeting went well. I knew exactly what I wanted as I had a softening system in my last house. On install day, Seve showed up. At the front door he was mindful of my wood floors and wanted to put on booties. He brought me a folder full of information. We went outside to discuss placement of the system including height, distance from generator and windows, and general aesthetics.Seve was very knowledgeable, very personable, and solved all issues. Once the system was installed we went through the process of running water through all the sinks, showers, etc. Then he showed me the set up outside. If I could give 10 stars, I would! James, Seve and the entire OGF team are amazing! We moved to Florida in Dec. 2022 and within a few weeks my skin started to have issues due to the very hard water and chlorine. I developed dermatitis and my skin has been dry itchy and angry ever since. Ive seen a dermatologist and tried several different oral and topical remedies, but nothing has really worked. We built a new home and moved in two weeks ago. I knew I had to install a whole house water filtration system and softener so I interviewed a few different companies and they all came and tested the water and found the same level of hardness and chlorine in the water. James was by far the most knowledgable and best at explaining how their system works. We had a follow up call where I asked a bunch of questions and he answered all of them so I ended up choosing to go with them for our house system. It is one of the best decisions Ive ever made...they installed everything the day we moved in and immediately after that first shower, I could already feel the difference...the water is now so soft and my skin is really calming down and getting back to normal. Seve is also so knowledgeable and friendly and they have just the best customer service. We also added a Reverse Osmosis system that connects to a water chiller and cold water faucet and that is amazing too...the water tastes so good! I really cant say enough good things about this company, they really care about their work and their customers. And the fact that my skin is finally getting better is the proof in the pudding that their system truly works!HIGHLY Recommend!!!

He noticed that i drink a alot of alkkalidealide water and told me about the filter One Green has that he could install. We are using their Reverse Osmosis system which we got last year and loving it! We decided to go with the whole house water system and softener this time. James and Steve were super efficient with installation, it took them only few hours ( in this FL heat ) and no mess was left behind. Prior to installation we needed to have an outlet outside which we didn’t have. They sent their electrician who installed one within 20 minutes. James is very nice, always made sure my questions were answered thoroughly and can contact him any time should questions arise. Having a clean water without any damaging chemicals to health is a must ! Definitely, recommend these guys!

We had this type setup in NJ in our last home for about 5 years. It’s a MUST have for a lot of reasons.When Chad came the day of the install to do everything, I realized there likely isn’t a better or more passionate individual in any business, not just this one. The whole experience was just perfect. Phil came back to complete the WiFi setup of the system (because I didn’t have internet yet when they came 1 day after closing on new home), and also hooked up my fridge which I didn’t have yet on the first go around. This company is amazing. From the start, the service has been on point and personable. The water filter we go for the kitchen sink was quickly installed and the water is just as clean and great tasting as they advertised. Chad was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with teaching me about the system and how to care for it. We had an incident where to much water pressure from outside affected the filter system and created a leak which flooded my kitchen. This would have normally been a huge issue and concern, but James came out to my house immediately to help us resolve the issue and even clean up! Highly recommend this company! Had a great experience with James, Chad and Nate. Support after the sale and installation was excellent! Chad was very detail oriented and careful with the installation, which I really appreciated. He treated our home like it was his own. When we had low water pressure in one bathroom and the kitchen sink after the water softener installation, I was worried it was because of the new system. But it wasnt. James and Chad helped me troubleshoot the issue until it was resolved. There was just a little sediment clogging the aerators in the bathroom and I easily fixed that myself after they suggested that was the issue. They were right. Regarding the kitchen, Chad even came back to my home and found and fixed the problem in the supply lines for my kitchen sink, which had low water pressure since we had moved into the home and before the water softener installation. Now the water pressure everywhere is better than ever!! Chad went above and beyond! Thank you!! Very happy!!

I went 2 plus years drinking out of a water bottle and using four bottles of water to wash my hair that had to be warmed up every time. Also did that task hunched over the tub. NOT ANYMORE!!Chad went beyond just good customer service. A job that should have taken 2.5 hrs took 8 hrs. What a pro and never wavered one bit...... I was not charged for the extra time and materials to boot. Im going to stop because here and say look no further for a water treatment system company. He put the system under my kitchen sink so the water spout is next to my kitchen faucet. I could not be happier. If I could put 10 stars I would!!! This by far is the most customer center business I’ve ever come in contact with. Chad is one of the most passionate, diligent, caring people - his enthusiasm carries through his actions and conversation. He went above and beyond with moving my equipment to my new place. There was some challenges with my new landlord about accommodating the equipment. Chad creatively found a work around, and was so attention to detail that he matched the water spout to the finish he saw in the picture I sent him expressing the situation around the equipments new placement. I’ve had a couple interactions with James as well, and I can confidently say that this company embodies zeal. Highly recommend this company, was by far the best experience I’ve had with any service work relating to the house. You can stop reading here if you don’t want to read a long winded experience.Chad was the rep/technician that did the entire install and Gabe was the customer support that did all the scheduling. Gabe was always responsive. Answered the phone nearly every time I called in and would call back within an hour or the next day during after hours. As for Chad, the man went above and beyond throughout the entire project. What should have taken a week or two at most with HOA approval/fix of water main, took over 6 months due to the complete incompetence of my HOA (GreenAcres, good luck if you ever have a property under their HOA). Won’t go into all the details, but Chad was patient and attempted to provide assistance multiple times with the HOA. Never complained once or lost his cool at me, was always empathetic and on my side. Never charged me for the at least half dozen times he came out to try to solve the water main issue for the building and my individual unit. Was even awesome with my kids. The guy is a true pro’s pro. I can’t recommend him and OneGreen enough.

I can’t say enough great things about One Green Filter and team member Phil. Our old water softener was not working and it was leaking everywhere. We discovered this right before we were leaving for a two week trip. I called One Green Filter and Phil came out immediately. Phil was so professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and conscientious. He stopped our leak and ran several tests on our water. He followed up with me by providing multiple options for new softener/filters and patiently answered all of my questions. He installed the new unit we purchased from one Green Filter and took great care as he removed our old unit and installed the new one. I dislike having to entertain the salesmen that come around trying to sell their home products. They spend hours convincing you that you need their product to survive. I went to Lowe’s looking for a water softener, then found out that it’s a 3rd party that has to stop by for a consultation. I cringe at the thought of the hours I am going to spending learning about a softer that I probably won’t even buy. However, our salesman showed up, with all of his gear and gave me a quick run down of their options, not to mention the LIFETIME guarantee. I was pleasantly surprised that the conversation was just that, a conversation. I wasn’t lectured to, i wasn’t talked down to, it was all explained quickly yet thoroughly. I then decided upon a system and was able to get scheduled within a week. When they showed up to install, my pipes are old and galvanized and he was unable to work with that, however my salesman, Nate, showed up and was able to assist with the install. What a great example of teamwork and communication on their part. The job was done quickly and efficiently and I am one happy happy customer. Thanks OneGreenFilter!

I just had my new One Green Water system installed yesterday and I notice the difference in my water immediately, the water is so soft on my skin, and my skin feels so much smoother. Nate Jae was very knowledgeable and very detailed in his explanation as to what their system could do and what I could expect from the new Water System. My install was scheduled before Nate left my house, and on the day of the install James and JC showed up early and explained to me what they would be doing during my install, they removed my old system and installed the new system in no time at all. Simply the best.....Chad installed water softener and reverse osmosis (drinking water) systems in our new home. Very professional, explained everything regarding both systems and let us know he will come out after our refrigerator is delivered (caught up in the appliance delays) to ensure the ice maker is producing crystal clear ice. No more bottled water into the coffee maker in the morning. Showers are 10 times better now, you can definitely tell the difference when the water hits your skin.
