I needed to make a quick decision as our water heater had started leaking and it needed to be replaced. I was hesitant at first to spend the money as it would be significant in cost, but Kevin from plumbing helped reassure me I was making the right choice at a great price. His expertise helped significantly as there were several electrical issues that needed to be addressed at the time of installation. I’m very satisfied overall with this company as it was easy to schedule an appointment online and our technician was spectacular.I will be using them in the future as they also offer services beyond the install.

Jose Ayala with Midway Services came to my home to do a very involved plumbing job. What a great job he did! Hes a true professional and knowledgeable worker. I would never hesitate to call Midway Services and ask for Jose Ayala anytime I have a plumbing need, large or small. Thank you, Jose! My only problem with the company itself is that they send out someone to give you a quote on the job and dont, like every other company I have ever dealt with, waive the service fee if you give them the job. You might want to look into doing something like that, Midway.

Midway is really good. I wasn’t sure initially because I used Pink Plumber previously, but they did an excellent job. They communicate effectively with you once your service is booked and give you tips on what to do to keep issues from occurring. They trained me as well on how to maintain and replace the filter I have attached to my water heater. In Florida, the water is very hard so we installed a filter system by Pink Plumber. Will use them again for anything. Highly recommend them

I recently had the pleasure of working with Gerard and Hunter from Midway Services on two separate projects, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and the quality of service they provided.First, Gerard came out to handle a complicated pipe repair, and I was immediately struck by his thoroughness and attention to detail. He took the time to explain what the issue was, how he would fix it, and made sure everything was up to code before wrapping up. He was punctual, efficient, and left the area clean and tidy. It was clear that he takes great pride in his work.Later, Hunter came by to install a new water heater. From the start, Hunter was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer all my questions. READ THIS!!!I called in for my A/C not working properly/failing. I called Midway and had a tech at my house within 2 hours of my call to diagnose the issue.From my first phone call until the completion of the work, I have never been so happy with a business.I wasnt ripped off, I got a great price, the work was done properly, and my A/C is fixed!I even sat at home and shot the sh*t with the technician David. He had to deal with my crazy dog, but she loved him.David went above and beyond and fixed/tweaked little things to make sure my system was perfect.If every business operated like this, there would never be anything less than a 5 star rating. Kevin came to our house as we were preparing to evacuate from a hurricane. He showed up on time, was knowledgeable and courteous, and answered all our questions. He was able to help us get a handle on what needed doing without trying to upsell us or have us do more than was necessary, which we appreciated given the costs of repairs necessitated by a prior storm. This was our second time using Midway -- last time they addressed an issue that three prior electricians had failed to diagnose. We had Kevin return to complete the garage rewiring, made necessary by flooding from Helene. With the help of his coworker Gannon they spent three days trouble shooting and installing a new panel etc. Beautiful work and extremely professional employees.

Kevin Roberts is so responsive and professional. He listened to my needs and understood completely. It was a two person operation so he came back with Michael Mouzone. Two amazing, diligent men who did a beautiful job, left my home clean, plus asked if I needed them to help me put anything back. Good guys for sure! I now definitely know who to call for electrical concerns. They put in a GFCI outlet for me on an exterior wall and added a new breaker to my existing electrical box. They matched the electrical outlet to the other plates in my kitchen. The outside, where they needed to come into look’s so nice. I’m impressed, I am really really impressed. My hydroponic Farmstand Nook is now ready for its seedlings. Thank you Kevin, thank you Mike. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

He is a very nice man who knows his craft! Well call on him and Midway for all of our electrical issues!ORIGINAL POST: We needed post storm electrical work, a fan uninstalled so the other work can be finished, and then a quote to rewire and reinstall. Michael M. was great! He understood the issues, took extra time to get the quote for me, and started the job today, which I didnt expect! He took care to be sure the pieces are reusable and explained everything to me. Hes a great technician.

Gerard was very knowledgeable on our water softener, and in fact, he was the one to install it originally a couple of years ago for a different owner. We got flooded by Helene and were afraid we were going to have to replace the whole unit, but he took his time making sure the system completely regenerated and was working properly. I am happy to report we were able to salvage it! I highly recommend Gerard and the company.

Paul helped us a lot in our house with an AC and dehumidification issue. A lot of other home vendors came in and tried to solve it, and quickly got confused and gave up. Paul actually took the time to call several people, spend hours at our house, and deeply diagnosed the root cause of the issue. It is rare to find somebody very thorough, and he impressed me! Jeff is the plumber who helped us with our hot water heater installation. When he arrived, he immediately noticed that without a couple electrical improvements, we would not be in full compliance with current code requirements and we would become liable for future failures and damages if they were to occur. This issue hadn’t been identified in our initial diagnostic appointment and Jeff did an excellent job advising us of the situation so that a fully informed decision could be made. When we moved forward, he coordinated with the electrical team and owned the resolution of our up-to-code installation without generating any additional responsibility for us. The kind and informative help from all of the technicians was first rate and the integrity of service from Jeff was outstanding.The scheduling and dispatch team is always excellent, and they also went the extra mile to make this work ASAP for us during the holidays and against busy work schedules.

Even though I did not get financed that day, I was still left with resolving the water leak from the water softener unit. I dont think selling your new equipment was quite the resolution! Very speedy and quality service. I feel more comfortable about unforeseen repairs knowing that these guys are ready to roll with highly experienced plumbers. The price was higher than I expected for the work to be done but I got multiple quotes and it was in line with the others. I ultimately ended up selecting Midway because they didnt pull any shady sales tactics like the others did. They were highly responsive and the work appears to be good quality. Time will tell but with a 1-year work warranty I feel good about the quality of work done. Thanks!

He diagnosed the problem, a leak in the system, and suggested some options towards repair. He was able to locate the leak, which I understand is very difficult. I was impressed by his ability to explain the chemistry and mechanics involved in a way I could make an informed decision. WOW is all I can say. I called on a Wed afternoon as our current 20 yr old system was just not working as it should. I told her that we were looking at inspection of current unit and also a quote on new system. Greg (sales) and Fernando (Tech) showed up on Thurs morning and while Greg spoke to us about the systems available, pricing and the advantage program Fernando did a very thorough inspection of our unit and air handler. Since it is 20+ yrs old it doesnt use the current freon, the coils were all rusted and there were numerous issues with our current system (Which we knew due to age).Greg suggested the unit for us, it has the dehumidifier built in and UV protect. Also with the Advantage plan it is all covered, maintanence, repairs, parts, even the filters so we decided to go that route.Can you believe they were able to install it the next day! That was amazing. So on Friday morning, Anthony and Alejandro showed up in the morning and got started on the install. They were so professional, very nice and made sure to clean up after they were done. They finished right about 4:30 that day and then gave us a walkthrough of how to use the new thermostat.I cant say enough about this comapny and the great customer service they provide. Highly recommend!!

I went downstairs and realized I had 3-4 ft. of Saltwater Damage to my Condo.. The Electricity was only inches off the ground. And had been underwater all night. So I went upstairs and found my Pinellas County Emergency Manuel and called MIDWAY SERVICES. And KEVIN. Came in 10 minutes on Friday September 27th, 2024. The garage door wouldnt work so he came in my back door and we opened the garage door and he saw IMMEDIATELY That that power line was under water. He said heres your problem Miss.So, he Temporaallity fixed it so my breaker cane back up to speed so that I had Power in my home. WHAT A BLESSING. Then Monday Morning September 30th, 2024. I was advised that GANNON would be here to completely restore my ELECTRICITY up to code with the proper GFI Breaker at the Proper level so that there can be no more damage. So, within 15 minutes Here came GANNON. And we was polite, professional, and wonderful. He COMPLETELY RESTORED MY SERVICES up to code. For 2024. With the proper GFI RECEPTATLE. AND Im so blessed and so Grateful to have had MIDWAY SERVICES, fast and efficient response to a time of nee that I give up a 5 star rating forever.

After we signed the maintenance contract and called to get the AC system checked they caught the Run Capacitor on the AC system just before it died and saved us an emergency call. This most recent visit we called to get an electrician out to repair some exterior wiring that had been damaged by squirrels. Henry came out today to clean my a/c system and was one of the friendliest and most comprehensive techs Ive had yet from Midway. He spent so much time explaining what he did to clean and flush out my a/c plus his recommendations for next steps were clear. i wish i could ask for him to come out every time i had my semi annual service! highly appreciate and recommend.

Best experience I’ve had with an HVAC company in at least ten years. Online I scheduled someone to come tomorrow, they called a couple hours later saying they have a guy near you now, do you want us to just send him now? Hell yeah! Then Paul showed up soon and was super nice, super transparent, explained things as best one could, & was clean and efficient. Didn’t feel scammed by pricing or tech-talk, just a real and down to earth transaction. Good job guys 👍🏼

Paul and Scott came out and assessed my heat pump which needed replacing. They were extremely professional and informative and explained everything to me. I went with the advantage plan and will be getting a new unit along with a new water heater. Quenton and Rick were great, they showed up early and stayed late. Rick always made sure we completed paperwork in the shade and Quenton got the hard work done. They both agreed Midway Services should look into a military discount and I appreciated that. I hope it comes through as I am a Veteran myself.
