Ive used them a number of times, with different plumbers, but this review is for the most recent one. First, I think they are well managed - when I call, I get an answer and always get someone to come quickly and that can be so important. This time it was a slow leak so not an emergency, but I wanted to get it handled before the weekend in case it became an emergency, so I called Thursday, someone came out Friday. Mario was great, found the source of the leak quickly and did what was necessary to handle it, clearly knew what he was doing. I was so grateful because that was the weekend before Hurricane Milton and if it hadnt been handled then, would have been leaking probably for over a week! Whew! Very grateful for the fast and competent response.

I have had a problem with my tub drain for over a year. I had 3 different companies come out but none could remove an antiquated plug to unclog my pipes. My brother in law placed a call on New Years day to fix my garbage disposal. He returned his call same day and was out next morning. I asked him about drain, he popped it open and unclogged my drain in 5 minutes. He fixed my disposal and gave me a very fair price. Scott was prompt, courteous and good to chat with while doing his work. A big 5 star from this satisfied customer.

So Grateful for Denny’s plumbing! They were recommended by the super in my building, and I can see why. Everyone was very friendly, kind, prompt and professional, from Pete who scheduled my appointment on the phone to the office staff to Cole the technician. Cole did a great job assessing the causes of our plumbing leaking issues and repairing all associated issues, including a related problem that we couldn’t figure out - he solved it & fixed it! Thank you Cole and Denny’s plumbing! We highly recommend Denny’s!

Update: 5/23/24 Brett and crew did an awesome job on our water heater installation. We have used Denny’s on many occasions, been with them for years. Their prices are fair and they do great work. I highly recommend!Very pleased with Dennys Plumbing.We have used them on many occasions with no issues. Yesterday we had a break in our main water line. Christian saved the day! He was able to fix the problem that another guy could not. The rate was extremely reasonable and he got the job done right. I would definitely recommend you ask for Christian. He is knowledgeable,professional and knows what he’s doing. Denny’s plumbing you got a gem in hiring him. Give that man a raise! Thanks again for helping us. Mario is professional and very friendly. I had fun watching him unclog my drain and he answered any questions I had as well as gave me recommendations on how to keep it nice and clean.And thats not a whole story. On Tuesday I scheduled appointment with other plumbing company from Tampa that I found in google search and they kept rescheduling it and on Friday afternoon they called to reschedule it again for next week because they dont work weekends. I canceled with them and this time looked in maps to see local guys who could help. I called Dannys office and one hour later Mario was at my house. Very impressive.Im very happy with their service.Chose local! 🚀

Was so thankful to have Denny’s Plumbing recommended to us by a contractor friend who has worked with them for years. We had a toilet switched from one bathroom to another & a new one installed also! After 3 estimates we found Denny’s the most reasonable & the office staff, Danielle & Service Mgr, Scott were so very helpful & kind & our serviceman, Brett was very kind & did a wonderful job. I called Denny’s Plumbing on 7/10/21, spoke with Will about the warranty issue with my water heater. Will was very professional and helpful. I was scheduled for the next day. Christian called me in the morning and was on time. Christian was also very professional. He started working straight away, explaining what was going to take place as he kept working. Christian removed the faulty water heater; installed a new water heater quickly and efficiently. Christian took the time to inspect my faucet, due to the low pressure. I would recommend Denny’s Plumbing to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

I have used them a few times and this review is overdue. Will always tries his best to accommodate my requests in a very timely manner and is always super polite. I find the prices fair for the trade. Jose Mario was the plumber who was dispatched to our first call and we request him every time now. This young man is above his years in maturity, professionalism, punctuality, knowledge and focus. He is respectful, clean, and meticulous. Always leaves the area he works on as is he never was there. He loves his profession and it shows in the quality of the work he does. He always explains what caused the problem, what he is going to do to fix it and how to prevent it in the future. I have never felt he was over selling and he always thanks me for using them. Thank you Mario!

My name is Will Cordelo and I am the service mgr. at Dennys Plbg. Im writing because I dont believe its right that anyone can write a review and say anything they want about any business without even having to use their real or full name. AND there isnt even a place to respond to their complaint or explain the other side of it. I try very hard to make everyone happy all the time, but I learned long ago that a few people are impossible to satisfy. It really bothered me that I couldnt make Nicole Alstott understand that she just cant wash cloths when her sewer is stopped up, as there is no place for the water to go! But she insisted on blaming Scott, for flooding her bathroom 2 mins after he arrived, even though her own friend Jeff who was there also tried to explain this to her! On her review she claimed we didnt have permission to enter her property! Well she called me that morning to schedule the service call, then Scott called her and spoke with her while heading her way! Otherwise, what were we doing there? Upon arrival Scott went straight to her cleanout that he installed for her a few months earlier to check to see which side of the cleanout her stoppage was at! At this time she comes out screaming at him to STOP! He told her he hadnt even started yet! She was yelling my bathroom is flooding! Thats when he asked her if shes washing cloths. She asked what does that have to do with it! EVERYTHING he told her, you have a sewer stoppage, that water has no where to go, except to back up to the lowest fixture. In her case that is a shower with no step! He unloaded his sewer machine and unstopped it for her. She then wanted him to clean up her sewage with his shop vac! He explained, my little shop vac is not for that, he then gave her the number to a restoration company who cleans sewage properly. They came out right away, and because they got there so fast, the drywall hadnt even absorbed any moisture yet! So they actually cleaned it up for her at no charge! THEN, the next day she stopped payment on our check! She also claimed in her review that she had been having ongoing problems that we havent fixed for several months! AND that we always take the easy way out! Now THAT, well except! Many companies try to sell their customers things they dont need. We will NEVER do that, unless you request something. I find it very ironic that she called us on that day to schedule her appointment because she had always been extremely happy with our service or she wouldnt have called us back so many times for both of her houses! Yet her review implies that we have been trying to solve an issue for her for several months! We always responded to her and solved any issue she had, including a broken cast iron kitchen sink/washing machine drain that had broke under her slab floor the day before she sold her first house. We dropped everything for her so the closing wouldnt be cancelled! We are always willing to go the extra mile for our customers, but taking the blame for something the customer caused on their own is something we just cant do...

Denny sent out a leak detection specialist who quickly located the leak, made the necessary repair and ended my nightmare. I should add that they came out at 11pm! Thank you Denny!

I had a leaking commode and called several plumbing companies. Will was very nice and told me they were booked and the soonest they could get to me would be next week, but if there was a chance that they could get to me today he would call. Shortly after lunch Mario called to see if l was home and if he could come. He arrived very soon. I told him the situation and in about 20 minutes he had it fixed. They are awesome.
