    Bryan and Trevor did a great job today at my residence. It involved replacing a GFCI outlet in our bathroom and an exterior electrical outlet on our patio deck. We couldnt be happier with their work. They were very professional and engaging throughout the install.In addition, they performed a courtesy electrical inspection of the entire house that will be helpful to us when scheduling our next service request.Its refreshing to find a good company like Travis Electrical that follows through on its work and to have such professional technicians that genuinely care about their customers.Also, the receptionist, Carlee, was very pleasant and professional throughout the process which included scheduling our appointment and even following up after our service was completed to ensure we were satisfied.I would highly recommend Travis Electrical to our Clarksville friends, family, and neighbors.Thank you,Scott Grasty

    I contacted Travis Electrical Service about installing an up-to-date fire alarm system in my home. Within a couple of days we had the electrician, Keith, come look at the situation. He suggested what needed to be done to bring the home up to code and quoted a price. We found it very reasonable and Keith got to work.I am very pleased with the work and enjoyed working with Keith. He was very patience with me when I asked questions and observed his work. After completing the alarm installation he accessed the service panel and checked my GFCI circuits. This was very helpful.Next time I need electrical work, Im calling Travis Electrical again!ADDENDUM, 7 Oct 2024:As promised in my previous review, we had Travis Electrical back again!To bring our kitchen up to codes, we need GFCI plugs in the kitchen. Keith returned and spent a good amount of time carefully troubleshooting the wiring in the kitchen. We are fully up to code now and are very satisfied once again with Travis Electrical Service and their man, Keith.Ive got more for them in the future!ADDENDUM: Well, its the future and I had Keith of Travis Electrical out to our place in Allensville, KY. He replaced our burnout 15 amp basement GFCI with a 20 amp that is correct for the circuit and the loads. Hopefully this resolves a somewhat persistent issue of this failing GFCI on that circuit. Upstairs, Keith replaced another GFCI with a standard outlet as ground fault protection was longer required (was outside until I added an addition that brought it inside).Keith did a check on the rest of the home and advised on some upgrades to consider. As before, Keith was very helpful and patiently explained what he was doing and why.A+ all the way around!

    I called Travis Electrical to add electrical in order to move my new water heater to my garage from my crawl space. I was so impressed with Nate, David, Forrest and Brian as well as their apprentice. The job was done beautifully. I couldn’t be happier by the end result. I will recommend Travis Electrical to everyone that I know needing electrical work.

    Dustin was amazing and honest. He came in and inspected everything beyond what I needed and recommended all the services that were not only safety issues, but what would function the best for my family. He even found things my inspector missed and explained what it was, what was wrong, what that would do, and the ways it can be fixed. From there he was able to show me an amazing price plan for each and every service in ways I could afford. Now my whole home is set up and covered for 2 years. I can feel safe knowing my newly purchased home is now up to code. Not to mention, he did 6 different services in 3 hours. That included a lot of work in my crawl spaces and attic. He and his crew were beyond respectful, professional, quick, and most of all caring. They didn’t just want my money. He even asked “Are you sure you understand what you’re paying for?” That meant a lot. It showed he wasn’t trying to up charge me or give me things I don’t need. I can’t really show photographs as the work is in the attic and walls but I can say he left no mess! Thank you for such a wonderful company and electrician team. The company even called and verified how the services went afterward and gave 5 star service all the way around.

    I’m very impressed with this company! I was looking for a licensed professional to install my Tesla home charging station. My neighbor recommended Travis Electrical and their team impressed me from the very first initial phone call.I booked a consultation for an estimate the following day. Dustin from Travis Electrical showed up on time and I received a picture with his biography before he arrived. Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me several different options and recommendations which I appreciated. I was so impressed with Dustin, I asked for the installation to be completed immediately which he did!Every quote Dustin provided was significantly better than their competitors. For example, for the installation I selected, Travis Electric charged me $1196.45. A different electrician came out and provided me an estimate for the exact same work description for $2900! I saved over $1700 going with Travis.As a homeowner for the past 25 years, I am very loyal in doing business with the same company or recommending them to others.     Nate and Terry were awesome! The company got them out here quickly to fix an issue the surfaced during some other work that was done on the house. Every step was discussed, reiterated, and a new invoice was created when needed so that I knew the overall cost along the way. Everyone I spoke to throughout the course of the day was extremely friendly. Couldnt recommend this company enough.

    Coming from the contracting world prior to the military I am very familiar with the stigma contractors and electricians have of being dishonest and pricey. I was hesitant to have someone come to our house and do any kind of work but Travis electric has earned my business for all things electric.     We had an issue here at the house where the lights were flickering on and off light switches werent working and it all happened all at once. I went down and had to reset the breaker and when I did that I heard a sizzle sound. I called an electrical company and they said well we cant get there till Monday and this was Friday so I called Travis electric and they were there in 2 hours. The technician howie was fabulous he fixed the problem then we went all through the house on an inspection of everything hes very professional and knowledgeable. Very respectable young man.     We had a power surge from a storm and blew out our gfi in the garage. I replaced it myself but it still didn’t work so I called Travis electrical and they came out promptly. Keith was great, so friendly and knowledgeable. Did a complete inspection of the electrical in the house. I will say I was surprised that a quote was given to me before they even diagnosed what the issue was. I do feel like maybe the price was a little steep for what needed to be done in my case. But overall, I’m happy that everything is fixed.

    For my electrical needs, I reached out to Travis Electrical. As a company, they are very responsive and they value their customers time and opinions.Over the past couple of years, I have called on Travis multiple times for electrical work. For example, installating inside and outside celing fans, an adding a chandelier to main foyer. They Installed front soffit lighting, rear flood lighting, added a total home surge protection, and updated my bed room lighting. Additionally, dimmer switches and an electrical outlet were also installed.I like the fact that Preston was assigned to each job. He is very professional and knowledgeable.     Wonderful experience start to finish! Michael Howie came to us the same day we first contacted Travis Electrical about installing electric service in a new workshop my husband is building. He did a very thorough review of our requests as well as our current electrical set up. He was very clear in his explanations detailing what needed to be done to update our present electrical service to meet safety code standards prior to moving forward with the additional workshop requests.     When I needed a new outlet installed and a couple of breakers replaced, I used Google reviews to help me decide who to call. I saw this company had excellent reviews, so I placed a service request online.Im so glad I did. First, the communication from schedulers/dispatchers was top notch. I knew exactly what to expect, how fees worked and was given a short window for arrival. I received a text when the electrician was on his way with information of who this man was, his photo and a little mini bio. I apprceciated knowing who was going to be coming into my house.Michael Howie was wonderful. He took his time, inspected everything and diagnosed the problem. He explained the work could be done the following morning. I was disappointed that he wouldnt be the doing the work, but he assured me that the electrician from the installation team was very trustworthy.He was right. Mike Johnson arrived promptly the next morning and he, along with his helper... his name started with a D which I kept forgetting - sorry. They did a great job. They made sure they installed the new outlet exactly where I wanted it and even measured my furniture to make sure it could be easily accessed for my purposes.Both visits went smoothily with communication and all electricians were consciencious, friendly and respectful of my property. They wore protective booties and left no sign they were ever there except for the new outlet.I highly recommend this company.

    I called Travis electric because I know they come highly recommended. Even though I live I Cadiz Ky they came and hour out of the way to install all of my shop lighting as I run a professional wood shop I need excellent lighting. Travis sent out Mike Howie as he came highly recommended and in know Time he ran all the wire and made sure to get quality lights for my shop. Mike was very respectful and worked all day to ensure it was done properly. He even recommended me to have a few things fixed that he saw were safety issues.     Could not be more pleased with the service and communication before and after the repair. We had an issue in the master bathroom that was causing lights and outlets to trip. Setting the appointment with Carley/Kristen was pleasant, awesome communication to let us know they are coming with a text that has a picture of our Tech Nate.     Well, you get what you pay for. I see half price Harry’s running around all the time. Rest assured these are not them. Nate and Dave were on time, and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns. They show up with a stocked Van and if they don’t have the right part, the company has a Parts Runner who will get it to the job. Same day service is the game. We talked about my panel installation for primary power on my property and they wired it all with plugs in a few hours. Passed inspection 1st time go. As the homeowner I could have done it myself legally, but that doesn’t mean I should. Worth every penny to get it done right the 1st time. I recommend calling these professionals the 1st time.     Nate H came out today and did such an amazing job. He first consulted me on the service and price and let me choose based on what I thought would be best and he explained the services and detail. Then, as he started the service, he broke everything down to me, showed me any problems that were going on and walked me through everything.     Keith showed up on time and immediately began to assess the issue. After the problem that he came out to address couldnt be replicated he began going through a troubleshooting process that revealed that the problems were a result of the electric outlet on my deck was taking on water and it was accumulating in a junction box below my deck causing my GFI outlet to continually fail. He cleared the water from the conduit and sealed the affected outlets. It is his determination and ingenuity that solved what could have been a dangerous situation. He did a thorough security check of all outlets he could get to, checked the breaker box and checked for smoke detectors. We sat down and after his security check he went through multiple different packages of what we could get done and I even got to pick and choose what got fixed today and what could wait. They do have a membership plan; I didn’t feel pressured to get it but the benefits are worth it. He got started on the work and was maybe here an hour. We walked through after he was done and I am so happy with the work he did (he didn’t mind my dogs and they are a lot). My next project I will definitely be requesting Dante to come back.

    Very happy with the service we tried multiple companies with either no response or months out on repair. Called Travis electrical and they were out within the week and were able to complete the job in one day. Where as other companies told us we would have to coordinate with our electric company and a home inspector due to the nature of repair, they took care of all the scheduling saving us a lot of headache.
