Highly recommended for any and all electrical and/or hvac work that you may need done. Owen is awesome. Hes friendly, very professional, and can save you time and money by doing things right the first time for a reasonable cost. When other Big Name Companies are just out to overcharge your for their work and/or try to cheat you out of your hard-earned money by selling you on an expensive replacement hvac unit, Owen will simply diagnose and fix the problem instead. Hes the man to call when you want it done right and done quickly within your budget. Next time, give Owen a call. Youll be glad you did.

Eaton Companies recently installed a ducted range hood in our kitchen. I have to say it was a wonderful experience. He showed up on time and the work that he did was flawless. My AC went out in the middle of the night. As I was researching for the right repair company, with 20+ to choose from. Big name companies are hit or miss... I decided to give a smaller company like Eaton Companies LLC a shot. Owens was able to squeeze me into his schedule the same day! He came with proper parts on hands, replaced, cleaned out, adjusted my Freon level and educated me on how to complete a monthly maintenance. He was very professional and most importantly FAIR & HONEST!!! Without a doubt, his price beats most of the companies in town. ....I already have him on the calender for an annual checkup! Absolutely phenomenal customer service experience. I called Owen to fix my air conditioner. He came out that same evening and quickly diagnosed the problem. Owen did an amazing job!!!!! One of the most professional people weve worked with. He replaced four ceiling lights with ceiling fans and replaced a bunch of other lights. Very honest, with very fair rates. Hes also a nice guy that was fun to hang out with. We will absolutely be doing business with him again! Six Stars!!!!!!

I was referred to Eaton through my boss to help with an AC issue I had. My fan motor was out and Id have no AC for the summer; I was quoted a price of $550 by another company, for the repair. Mr. Eaton came out about 30min after I called him, ON A SUNDAY!!! He had the work completed under an hour and the finished price wasnt even HALF of what another company quoted! Very friendly gentleman and didnt mind passing information on about other discrepancies the competition mentioned. This review is not meant to discredit the competitor ( the reason I didnt mention them) but to say, I wish I had found Eaton sooner. Look no further for your electrical repairs, this company is fair and honest!

Owen did a wonderful job on replacing my ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom. Both ceilings are very tall and he had the equipment needed to take care of it. He was in and it in about an hour, cleaned up afterwards and even helped me move the couch out of the way. I highly recommend him!

I am pregnant and sitting in their house with a make shift AC out of a cooler and 3 fans on high blast, i simply couldn’t take it anymore. It’s been 85 degrees in our house all day. We were trying to go through our home warranty company and the company they were sending out were not returning our call. I have been having trouble for the last 24 hours with my AC unit. The home warranty company wouldn’t send anyone out to my house on a Sunday. So my wife found Eaton on google and gave them a call. We ending up saying they didn’t need to come we would deal with the heat but she showed up anyway just to take a look. Took him 30 seconds to fix and 5 mins to confirm that that was the issue. We called several places in town to have our track lights looked at and replaced, Eaton Companies was ranked one of the highest in reviews and we now know why! We were told a formal appointment would take a week or two but if they were in the area they could swing by. Much to our surprise, they came to take a look within an hour of placing the call! The quote was less than anticipated, he had our lights replaced shortly after that. To say we were impressed would be an absolute understatement! Hands down the only electrical company Ill be recommending in the future!

I called Mr. Eaton on a saturday morning and he showed up in less than 20 minutes. I explained to him that my condenser unit was tripping the circuit breaker and didnt knew what was wrong. I had been burned before by big companies before, so i had done some trouble shooting in my part to rule out the compressor. Turns out Eaton did his trouble shooting and found nothing wrong with the compressor. He determined the my unit capacitor, and hard start kit were bad and explained with detail how they tend to go bad every few years. He replace the parts, check my freon levels found them to be in good condition. He suggested that my unit didnt need replacement and even though its of age, I should run it until theres nothing left of it. In the mean time start saving for a new unit in the future. But I should have plenty of service left out of my current unit.I was extremely happy with the diagnosis, the service, his honesty and price. Now my unit is running a tip top condition and I couldnt be happier. I know who Im calling from now on every summer and fall.

If you are having trouble with your HVAC unit call Eaton, you will be glad you did. Last year I had trouble with my basement unit. I called Eaton when I saw his truck on the road and spoke to him. I spoke so fast with my broken English that he could not understand what I said but he did not hung up or gave up on me. We got to understand each other and he made it to my house at the time and date we agreed on. He assessed the situation, troubleshoot the unit and diagnosed exactly what I suspected was the problem. He gave me an honest and fair estimate on the job to be done , I gave him the “go” and in a day or two he showed up parts on hand ready to get to work. Owen went above and beyond my expectations. To say the less I have had no problems with it since. Eaton Companies LLC is my forever HVAC company to go to.
