    Tyson was able to come on the same day we had an issue and fixed our toilet quickly. He also found another problem and did a wonderful job of presenting us with options for repair.     Anton H was so genial, helpful, and a great teacher. Appreciate the entire job he did, being so honest about how there likely wasnā€™t a huge clog that the rooter washing could target given that the hose quickly reached the dry well. Then later he went above & beyond to help me figure out what type of draining system was in the front side. Would recommend his services any day. Thanks again!

    We had a clogged toilet so I called Rescue Rooter for a quote. I had a lot of trouble with the dispatch team (more on that later) but the main technician I worked with, Thomas, was great.I had gotten a quote from another company, but they basically came in, glanced at the bathroom and gave a quote. Thomas actually troubleshooted the situation by asking me questions and running some tests, all while explaining his process which I really appreciated. Later, his colleague Jason came by and did a free scope. He was great too.My main issue was with the dispatch team. I called early in the morning, and was told someone would show up between 8-12. Nobody showed up. I called at 1210 and the receptionist told me he would notify dispatch and they would call me. Nearly 3 hours later, I got a call back saying that Thomas was on his way.I wasnt planning on going with this company because getting someone was such a hassle, but Thomas single handedly saved the job because of his great customer service skills. Give him a raise!

    I absolutely cannot say enough about Rescue Rooter, and specifically about our technician, Alex Vera Cruz. I have nothing but high praise!! We had an emergency situation on a Sunday afternoon that could not wait. Alex was at our house after only a two hour wait. He was knowledgeable and efficient and had our toilet running normally within a few minutes. Also, the price was so REASONABLE, especially considering it was an emergency on a Sunday!! But that isnt all there is to the story... Shortly after arriving at our house, Alex stepped off our front steps to get tools from his van and rolled his ankle!! He was really hurting and could hardly put any weight on it after that. So, not only did he help us in our time of need, but he completed the job while in much pain!! We were so thankful!!! šŸ˜­

    We had an emergency pipe clog, causing water all over our basement. On a Saturday night, they were here in 45 minutes. It was a 3 hour project, but they got it fixed and the price was definitely reasonable. And they were good with my dog šŸ¶

    Great service and communication from start to finish. They were short staffed on a Sunday and dispatch kept me up to date throughout the day to let me know what was going on.     We had to call Rescue Rooter out for a plumbing emergency, and they were so speedy and great! They came the same day within a few hours of the call! Alex Vera Cruz was our plumber and he was awesome! Quick, professional, and super knowledgeable. He fixed a problem that I had spent a few hours trying to solve within about 15 minutes. He was also very upfront and transparent about the cost (which was way cheaper than any other plumber Iā€™ve ever used), and super respectful of our home to the extent that he even wore shoe coverings inside without being asked when he saw that we take our shoes off at the door. 11/10 would recommend!

    The scheduler was so pleasant and accommodating. Kyle did a terrific job from beginning to end. He explained his work thoroughly, nimbly worked around some other workers I had onsite, and went above and beyond with not only keeping what he was doing clean, but also cleaned some areas that Im sure were not in his job description.     I was so impressed with Maggie and her customer service skills! She was able to schedule Tyson the technician to come over within a couple of hours to help me with our project that we need to complete! He was very professional and very meticulous about my dogs and closing the gate. That doesnā€™t sound like a big thing, but sometimes people come and go through my backyard gate and leave it openā€¦ My one pitbull is an escape artist šŸ˜Š anyway. Tyson explained everything that needed to happen with our project and the concern that he had about the installation, and he had a solution that will probably work for us! We have used Rescue Rooter for over 20 years I believeā€¦ And we always get A++ Service! Thank you, Tyson, thank you, Maggie!

    Tyson and Anthony took great care of me as we brought my 1923 home into this century with a major repiping project. Started out as a why is rust coming up my bathtub drain issue to a full rework of my entire water system, but the team was extremely kind, professional and efficient. I wouldnt hesitate to call them with any plumbing issues.

    I called for service at eight, and Graham had our job done by 11 AM same day. Other plumbers I called wanted to charge up to $500, for a same day ā€œemergencyā€ appointment. Rescue Rooter dispatch was fast and courteous, and Graham did a great job for us. We will definitely use him again.

    Needed to replace a toilet to update the bathroom some. Called in to see about an estimate and had a appointment with an estimator within an hour. Gave us some options on the types of toilets and an estimate for the work without any stress or hard sell. Set up an appointment to do the replacement work the next day. Ken arrived on time with everything he needed. We checked in with their quality control group and answered a few questions prior to the work starting. Finished that up and Ken went to work and completed the process within two hours. He cleaned up the work area and we finalized our payment. Ken was friendly and worked diligently at the job along with making suggestions on our questions. We were satisfied with the work.

    6 grandkids spent the night and a digital camera was accidentally flushed I texted Rescue Rooter and they showed up the next morning! Jordan our plumber did a great job retrieving the camera.     Where can I start very stressful day having 40 people for dinner at 4 PM and 11:00 AM our sewer back up! Rescue Router came to the rescue. Itā€™s 342. They just left the house and Iā€™m so grateful that I donā€™t have to use our neighbors restroom.!!! This time Iā€™m gonna listen to what theyā€™ve said and take advantage of the quote they gave me back in August to get it fixed completely.!     Kyle and Alex came out to my apartment and had the issue fixed within 30 mins. I had to argue with the apartment manager about paying for the issue and Kyle and Alex were patient and kind the whole time. 100% support this company and great service !! There is a 90 day warranty after the job and they gave me a card and told me I can call or message them personally if there is another issue. Iā€™m very grateful they came out to help!

    After one after another companies told me they couldnā€™t do it till Monday or that theyā€™d charge overtime rates, Rescue Rooter showed up within a couple hours, diagnosed and cleared my drain issue, and worked out a price I could afford.     I called two other plumbing companies this morning. When they could not schedule me in today, I called Rescue Rooter. Even though it was after noon, they set me up for a visit. Tyson arrived on time. He was polite and friendly. He removed the clog in my kitchen drain, and then went under the house (yuck!) to check the pipes. He then gave me an estimate for replacing the kitchen drain, which needs to be done so the clogs stop occuring. It was all completed before 4pm! I am impressed.

    They showed up the same day I called after I found all our upstairs drains were backing up through a sink in our basement. The service was great. Jordan explained everything very clearly. He fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Im giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because their price is on the high side ($340 to snake one sink drain). I was OK paying it in this case because I needed things fixed to prevent water damage in my finished basement. Overall very happy with their work and their service.

    Rescue Rooter truly rescued us this weekendā€¦ our regular plumber was scheduling two weeks out and we were having a critical blockage issue.     After finding some standing water in our basement, Rescue Rooter was at our house within hours to assist. When snaking our lines to 150 feet did not find the blockage, they recommended a sump pump for the night and were back at it the following day with a 200 foot snake. They found the blockage was coming from the city line and not our pipes and we were able to get the city out to clear the problem. Thanks to Jordan at Rescue Rooter, we were able to keep the water/sewage issue to a minimum.

    I had a clogged laundry line that I had been trying to clear myself for a couple days before I decided to throw in the towel and call a pro. The guys showed up the same day as I called and I called at 12 in the afternoon! No rush fee just charged me the promo rate. No trying to upsell just took care of the issue and asked if I wanted the plumbing under my sink to be replaced too. The trap that was under the sink was in poor condition and rigged together by hopes and dreams so of course I said yes. They charged me a fair rate for the material and the labor then made it look like no one was ever here when they left.     Right after the ice storm we had a small geyser of water bubbling up from our yard. We called around and most plumbers were scheduling weeks out.The people who schedule you on the phone (at least the ones on the off hours) very much miscommunicate that they are making an appointment for you at a certain time but nobody is actually showing up at that timeā€¦That being said, Jason DID come out the same day they said they could and he came all the way just to discover that we didnā€™t have a leak, just some crazy groundwater. He was so kind and didnā€™t charge us. Weā€™re very grateful for his time and expertise!

    Letā€™s just start off with I would 100% recommendation Rescue Rooter of Portland. Then entire experience from my first phone call to the end of the service was pleasant even if the reason I needed their help wasnā€™t lol We had a sink drain that was clogged. First I called and spoke with Terrie who answered all of my questions and was super friendly. I discussed with my husband about the multiple companies i called and their responses to our questions. Hands down, the original call sold me. One company I called never called me back and the other one had a person answer the phone who sounded annoyed I called. So I called Rescue Rooter of Portland back to schedule at that point I spoke with Erika who was also super friendly and got me scheduled for my free estimate. Fast forward to today, my appointment window was 2-6. They gave me a call around 12:15 and said they had someone available early and asked if Iā€™d like to have them out early. Heck yes! So Chris showed up and discussed my issue with me and presented our quote. I called my husband to discuss the quote and Chris was even kind enough to talk to my husband on the phone. Chris even humored my two pups who followed him around while he worked. He made quick work of our clogged sink drain and had things put back together super fast. He even had ideas and offered suggestions on our pipe set up that was under the sink. I would request Chris in the future should I have any other clogs come up. They also offered us a 90 day warranty should the clog come back.

    Chris was a Godsend. He was incredibly nice and fun to work with and started out by assuring us that he would be able to help us. He took the time to fully look into what was going on and what our system looked like and he even found a leak that we had no idea was there. It was an amazing experience and weā€™ll absolutely be using Rescue Rooter in the future.

Tyson went above and beyond to make sure the 1st job was handled correctly and immediately took care of any hiccups that happened.
