    Best people ever to deal with. Family run business that treats all customers like family. Prompt & great communications. No surprises with MP.Water tank blew in attic. Flooded good part of house. 2 hrs. Later with amazing help from Tyson, MP truck in my driveway with new 50 gallon tank. 2 hrs later old tank gone and new one up and running.Service at its best🥂🥂🥂

    I chose MP Plumbing from the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce list. Afterwards I found out that several friends had used them and were very satisfied. Seth repaired a leak and then replaced the hot water tank. Excellent, quick service. Pricing - good. Just a telephone call and you have service. I have recommended MP to other friends.

    Im the Board President of a 16 year old 30 unit condo that is begining to feel the effects of time. Recently a unit with owners away had a kitchen faucet leak causing extensive damage to the flooring of that unit and some damage to the unit below. As a result six owners decided to have their originally installed kitchen faucets replaced by MP Plumbing. MP arranged to come do all six faucets in one day (actually by about 1pm). The owners supplied their faucet of choice. The plumber was great and made easy work of all the installations. Owners were delighted and the special price MP arranged for each installation was very reasonable. MP will be the future recommended plumber of choice for our owners requiring a plumber.

    I had a pipe burst under my home this morning and by 11:30am, MP had arrived. Technician Cody was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and put up with my incessant hovering. All in all, I was very impressed both with the office staff as well as the technician. I wont hesitate to call again but I hope I dont have to. :)

    I had MP plumbing do work to replace my old galvanized steel pipes with new pex ones. They were very responsive and respectful of my time and ideas, and worked with me to come up with the best solutions to my issue. The project ended up requiring additional work due to a few quirks of my buildings water system and the replacement of a drain pipe, however I wasnt charged above the quote. There was one minor issue I found with the shower valve after the work was complete, however when I called them about it they immediately came to fix it at no additional cost to me. Great company, 5 stars.

    Yet another great experience with MP Plumbing. Our kitchen sink was entirely clogged. Every time we tried the disposer, the sink started filling up with backed up debris. We called MP Plumbing and they came out within hours. Jeff was wonderful. He quickly located and fixed the problem. He also cleared out a slow shower drain. Very responsive and competent!I want to add another remarkably wonderful interaction with this company. We had major flooding from an ice storm. They came out immediately, found our problem and fixed it. It involved finding and turning off the water valves that were hidden inside our house. We were out-of-town when this happened, but they communicated everything to us. Wow--such great service!I cannot shower enough praise on this company in general and Cameron specifically. Both the competence and customer service were far beyond my expectations. I recommend this company without hesitation and with great enthusiasm!

    We have used MP for plumbing repairs at our home for YEARS. Yesterday was the last time well need their services as we are moving out of state. Every MP employee who ever came to our home was efficient, proficient, and professional. MP squeezed us in when their schedule was full. They charged reasonable prices.     A couple of my faucets were dripping and I debated whether or not to hire a handyman or a plumber. Im very happy I called MP Plumbing. Before the appointment, I was asked to send photos and videos showing the issues, which allowed them to ensure they had the necessary parts while on-site.Jordan came out, quickly assessed the faucets and rebuilt them, while working efficiently and professionally. He also replaced a handle to a faucet and had the part on hand. The price was reasonable, and he was patient in answering my questions. He also gave me recommendations for brands of new faucets should I decide to replace them. Overall it was another positive experience with MP plumbing.

    I have used MP Plumbing for years and always been very happy with their service.Over the weekend our bathroom sink stopped draining. This is a fiddly sink with emotional issues and I have a kid who tosses rubberbands and bandaids all around with no regard. This morning I bought some drain clearer and hoped for the best. I poured the 5 minute formula in the sink at 9:00 am and nothing happened. Two and a half hours later, Ethan Varner from MP showed up and I showed him this sink full of chemicals, thinking, Great, This guy now gets to deal with toxic goo. Right then. GULP! The sink cleared. Comical!Clearly, he drove out here and it was my obligation to pay for the trip. However, with good humor, he said this one was on them. Thanks MP!

    Good Service. Had several issues and services that needed to be taking care of. Needed a waterline installed for the water dispenser that was in the break room. Needed a leak under the bathroom sink to be looked at and fixed. Needed the toilet and the sink to be unclogged. All issues were taking care of in a timely manner and service price was fair. No complaints.

Their workers are competent, client-friendly, and professional, and have always provided effective and lasting solutions to our plumbing problems.The front office staff at MP (Maddy this time)are courteous, and make the jobs go well by effectively coordinating all that is needed ahead of time to make the jobs go just right.This last project on August 23rd was no different, and its good to see that MP has maintained its high standards in efficiency, availability, and professionalism.The plumber yesterday was Colby who was prompt, professional, courteous, thorough and competent in fixing our big 1200+ gallon-a-day leak.     My property management company uses this Plumbing Service and the gentlemen they sent out of repair our dish disposal was quick, kind, and respectful. He called about 40 minutes prior to let me know we was on his way and made short work of the task at hand. He also was kind to my pet which I thought was very nice. Would recommend if you have a very old disposal thats acting up.

    I manage apartment building in SE. I have used MP plumbing for some of my vintage buildings I have worked for in the past. Their pricing was always equal to or cheaper than other bids I had done. Friendly staff. The true reason of this 5 Star Review was the amazing customer service I received on 12/01/2020. Called in because my property has an issue with a commercial water heater. Talking with the associate over the phone she grabbed all my information and realized for me that my machine may still be under warranty. She referred me to one of their competitors who could probably do the work for little to no-cost, just to save the property money. 5 Star reviews goes to those who look out for others.

    My garbage disposal was plugged, and big time leaking. Jordan came over and assessed the situation. He was polite and sensitive to my cats. He showed me the rust and leaks. He had the same model on his truck, so no need to wait and reschedule. He had it installed quickly. Price was good, my sink was back in business and I am very happy.

    Wes did a fantastic job on fixing our guest bathroom toilet blockage. He was on time, fast, and hard working. We had some special requests in working with our home warranty company - which is not a pleasant experience if youve ever been through it - but Wes had a good attitude about it nonetheless.     Hot water in the tub ran in a steady stream and wouldnt turn off on a Sunday night before Labor Day. Most places closed for the holiday, but got a referral to MP, which has a plumber on call arrangement for emergencies. A plumber, Gene, was at our house within an hour, came up with a fix for the antiquated bath fixture, then -- because we were paying a two-hour minimum -- proceeded, cheerfully, to fix several other little plumbing problems around the house. The only great plumbing experience weve ever had.

    We were having drainage issues with our washing machine. We called MP. They said they could have someone out the next day but we had to work so they worked with us and had Ryan come out on a day that we picked. Ryan did a fabulous job and fixed the issue. He also fixed a leaky faucet in our bathroom. He was knowledgeable, professional and understanding of our needs.

    Recently our water heater blew a cork ... literally all over our garage ... luckily it was in our garage! 50 gallons of water makes quite a mess!     Had a main water line break on the property. A headache! Kim in the office was very helpful in getting us prepared for the work at hand. She sent out Seth who is hands down one of the best plumbers I’ve dealt with. Very knowledgeable, patient, efficient and a great get-the-job-done attitude. I’ve call many plumbers out to my property. Hoping I can request Seth by name, if needed. I am glad my big emergency was handled by these guys. I see some negative reviews for MP, just wanted to say, sometimes one bad experience with one tech is not a reflection of a whole company.     Found a leak late on a Saturday night and called rescue rooter, mr. rooter and roto rooter, all said they couldn’t send an actual plumber out until a weekday morning despite all three having “24 Hour plumber” on their website. Called MP and had someone here in an hour. Cut open the wall and replaced a copper section all within the minimum 2 hour charge.It wasn’t cheap but it was we needed it done NOW and got every penny worth of value from the speedy and effective plumber who showed up!

    I rarely post reviews; in this case they came out within six hours of calling to fix a leaking water heater. The water heater was 16 years old and needed to be replaced; they gave a very competitive quote to replace it. After the work was done, their actual cost came in several hundred dollars under the quote. All of the people were great to work with.

    My family has used MP Plumbing several times over the years and they always do a great job. I recently used them for a drainage issue and I called close to Christmas. They said it would be about a week, which isnt bad considering how busy things are around the holidays. They said they would put me on a call up list if an earlier opening came up and they called me twice to see if they could provide the service sooner. Unfortunately I wasnt available, but what a great service to try and squeeze me in. Their staff are always professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend MP Plumbing!
