Customer service is outstanding! Each individual at this branch goes above and beyond to help out regardless of the situation at hand.I had an issue on a Saturday and Danny (one of the counter sales employees) drove down to platt at 5am because I had an issue getting a remote locker open.That’s the kind of customer service that sets this platt apart from others. Nate, Zack, Danny, Steve, Jim, Chris, Evan, sandra, and I’m sure there is more I’m missing have gone the extra mile to ensure customer service at this platt is top notch.
