Mike was recommended to me by a friend who had an Aquasana water filtration system installed. I too decided to go with the Aquasana system and Mike came out to the house, explained everything to me, did some measuring, and was back out to install as soon as the system was delivered. He did a beautiful job. The system was installed in one day, craftsmanship on his work is top notch, no leaks of course, and again Mike explained to us how it all worked. Highly recommend Mike for any plumbing needs. Oh, and his prices cannot be beat. Thank you Mike!

Mike is amazing! Before I bought a home water filtration system he came out to give me a free estimate to install it. Then when I changed where I wanted it installed he came out again and gave me another free quote. He helped me come up with a creative way to install the system that several other plumbers that I had out to quote me didnt think of. So Mikes creativity saved me time, money, and put my system in a better and safer location. When the system I bought arrived he installed it as soon as it was ready to be installed. He answered all my questions and called up a few days later to check to make sure everything was going well and that I was satisfied which I certainly am 100%. Mike was great! Fixed a leak we’ve had for years in our house. The leak was misdiagnosed by multiple plumbers, including big name plumbing companies in Sacramento. Within five minutes of being in our home Mike knew what the potential problem was. He was very careful and mindful about cutting through our drywall to determine the source of the leak. This was a fear of ours as previous plumbers cut large holes in our drywall attempting to and allegedly “fixing” our leak. Mike was probably at our home for two hours tops and had our problem diagnosed and fixed. He also gave us a very reasonable price. Things are expensive right now and we have a baby due next month so we were dreading this being a very expensive fix. It was well within our budget and we’re glad to now have this problem resolved. Thanks, Mike!Due to the damage caused by the leak it did create some other issues that require more repairs. Mike explained how this process could work with our home owners insurance or how it could work if we pay for those repairs out of pocket. He also recommended someone who could help us with those repairs.

Mike the owner of Leak on Lock Plumbing responded quickly when I called for an emergency backed up sewer line. After checking out the sewer line we found that I had a pipe that was crushed and they could not get their snake all the way through to clear out the line. Mike came out and reinstalled a new 24 foot piece for the sewer line cut concrete and did in two days. It’s really nice to have everything working properly finally! What a wonderful job! I can not recommend Mike enough! No one likes their bathroom just backing up with sewage everywhere on a weekend and Mike definitely saved the day. Luckily he was able to come the same day and help us out. He got our line snaked and gave us a great recommendation on what will fix our problem with our sewage line. He found the leak behind the wall using a professional tool to detect the sewage leak in sewer line. The leak was hidden behind the wall. I am happy to be a loyal customer of Mike at Leak On Lock, and I highly recommend them. He has helped me with gas lines and plumbing four times now. Each and every time, he was clear in explaining the issue, prompt, professional, reliable, reasonably priced, and got the job done beautifully. He is also trustworthy, coming to do the work even when no one was home -- he was still on time, sent photos and corresponded in real time, clearly explained everything, emailed me a professional invoice to pay online, and locked up the house when he left. His work has ranged from moving a gas pipe behind the stove (and patching the wall), to installing a dishwasher and modifying a kitchen sink, to solving and assessing a water heater problem, to solving a furnace/thermostat issue (which was above and beyond!). He also gave me a professional estimate for replacing the full plumbing of the old house, but never pressured me or got salesy. When we are ready to do that, Im calling Leak On Lock!
