Mike did a great job & was so helpful installing 3 new faucets, fixing 2 leaky ones, and helping diagnose a tankless water heater! He was available immediately, very clear with what was needed. I didnt feel like I was being rushed when we had to make changes in the faucet mid-service. THANK YOU

I have not one complaint about any of the services I received. Straight forward job with my emergency leak. The remodel on my home when I bought it was messed up because they put a pop vertically next to a window. Needless to say while I’m trying to drill a stud I drill a pipe. They came out immediately within 30-minutes (maybe less) to assess the issue. The owners team came out and quickly began working. Within an hour the pipe was fixed and back to normal. Scary experience that I had but a great group of guys to work with. The owner also has family working with them and everyone was great to work with. They do 24/7 emergency services as well. I had no idea at the time since I called Armstrong Plumbing. Their call-center never dispatched so I called H&M first thing in the morning and as I said cake ASAP.The owner was also kind of enough to give me a credit back based on a competitors offer to provide cash back toward the repair after the assessment. I appreciate the offer without asking and the integrity that everyone had.Thank you for all of the help!

Mike was professional in his job. He arrived, Im sure early. I did think $130 was a bit much for 1pc of equipment and 15-20 minutes of work. For the professionalism and quick response time I would recommend this company to others.

On a Friday evening, we discovered we had a dripping water heater. I found H&M on Yelp, called, and John picked up the phone immediately. He patiently listened, answered all my questions, offered options to slow the drip, and to even come over immediately if needed! John was knowledgeable, prompt, organized, honest, caring, thoughtful... this guy is a gem! He set-up my new water heater replacement for years of trouble-free service! And, all while being reasonably-priced!

These guys moved mountains, almost literally, to find a leak in our main water inlet at nearly ten feet under ground on our hillside property. They had to dig underneath a 6 foot retaining wall, adjacent to another retaining wall right below it, to get to a leaking angle joint and ended up replacing about fifty feet of line, packing it in sand and gravel to prevent future recurrence. The entire time, they were professional, communicative and inspired confidence in the way they worked. They never asked for a penny until the work was done, and I never felt cheated or nickel and dimed. You really couldn’t ask for more integrity, quality, and value for your money than this fine company. Highly, highly recommend.

Thank god for H&M Plumbing to the rescue. Our hot water heater went out and for two weeks the home warranty company was unable to find a plumbing company to do the job and low and behold....H&M.John was professional, and took control of getting the brand new water heater in. The location was in a less desirable area ( the attic) and he just went to work and got it done no matter how difficult it was.I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend anyone needing plumbing work.

Quick response - we called at around noon on a Saturday and the work was completed by 3:00. It wasn’t a complex job, but I was very impressed with Mike’s quality of work and his willingness to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. I would 100% recommend using them.
