We had Hotco replace our hot water heater. Charles the technician was great and did an amazing job. I have been retired from the trades and was impressed by his skills and knowledge. They gave me a good price, stuck to their quote and were very professional.

Great company. Same day service especially if your water heater goes out which mine did. Repair person was friendly and professional. Office team was great when calling. Highly recommend Hotco. I have used them twice and will do so if needed in the future.

Hotco water heater company was the best starting from the first call to them on a sunday they were able to come install the water heater in just a couple of hours after the first call. then when they showed up it was azby who did the complete install. it was done to perfection I will be using this company in the future and telling all my friends and co workers about them. and the cost to install was so much better then what I thought I would have to pay. so thank you hotco water heater company for the excellent experience.
