Had a flood in my home due to a faulty tub spout which leaked all through my walls into my floors causing damage. I called Gordon’s plumbing he was here at his next availability came in diagnosed my problem within 5 minutes. Gordon’s scheduled a repair to change out piping and the shower valve including the whole shower trim . Overall Gordon’s plumbing did a fantastic job came out extra clean and we are very satisfied. Doing a re-pipe of house water lines is a stressful situation and the job was done with care and lots of dialogue so we were never wondering about anything. My suggestions were taken and changes made after informed dialogue. I am curious and also am always wondering why something was done a certain way. They didnt mind my presence and always answered any questions I asked. I would definitely hire them again for any further work I might need.

Weve been on the lookout for a great independent plumber after ours retired. Zeb responded to my email same day. He took care of our most pressing need (a new disposal) the same day he came to house. We received a timely estimate for the rest of the work we wanted done. While you may be able find a less expensive plumber, I dont think you will find one as knowledgeable and professional as Zeb. Hes our new go-to plumber. 👍

We actually knew Zeb back when he worked for another small business and always requested him specifically when we needed a hand. We were thrilled when he decided to go out on his own. Now we can call for him directly! Yay! Since then weve bought a house and Gordon Plumbing installed our tankless as well as multiple troubleshooting and minor improvements around bathroom plumbing and clean outs. I have used his services several times over the past year and with each job I found him to be punctual, honest and a clear communicator. We have used several other plumbing services where they subcontract to unqualified people who do shotty work or are unable to provide clear answers about the work that needs to be done. Zeb has done a number of projects on our house in the last couple of years and has consistently done a great job. Weve had him do some small projects (fixing a leaking toilet and shower) and a bigger project (replacing all the old pipe under our house) Hes super professional and in all cases gave a detailed breakdown of our options and what we could expect both timing wise and cost, depending on different scenarios. He was done when he said he would be and the cost was very close to his original estimates, no surprises. We got quotes from other folks for a couple of the jobs he did for us, and he was either within the range or lower than the others, and explained way more about why certain options might cost more or less. Most of all, hes a nice guy and its comfortable to have him in the house. Highly recommend.

Promp service (here within 30 mins at most despite the call being out of the blue) and knew what he was doing- i.e., the clog got cleared and he gave wonderful instructions as to when to turn on/off the water to create pressure in the pipes to help. Very fair prices too, especially when you consider the time frame in which he arrived and fixed the issue!

I recently had a backed up bathroom sink that I could not fix myself. I asked friends who they recommend and was given the name of Gordon Plumbing and Tankless. I reached out to Zebulen Gordon that evening and he indicated that he was available the next morning at 9am. In addition to plugged sink, there was faulty plumbing work in my home that a previous owner had performed. I decided to see if Mr. Gordon could replace it while he was already onsite. He arrived right on time, assessed the situation, and gave me a rundown of the job. He successfully cleared my sink, replaced the faulty work that the previous homeowner had performed, and took time to explain the effort. I was impressed by his professionalism and attentiveness to the work that he performed. The plumbing that he replaced looks fantastic and I have not had any problems with my sink backing up since. If you are looking for a local plumber who performs high quality and honest work, I highly recommend calling Gordon Plumbing and Tankless.

We met at the house, and I even accompanied Zeb to the supply house to choose the most sturdy and appropriate faucet available. We found the perfect one and Zeb soon had it installed and removed all the old plumbing and packaging material making for an easy fix to a balky faucet.

He was so professional, thorough, patient and knowledgeable in helping us to solve a very difficult and frustrating issue with the water heater at our business. He went above and beyond to get us diagnostic info, explain all of our options in great detail, help us coordinate work with other necessary contractors to make the repairs and run new power sources, and he worked with our chaotic schedule of having a busy salon, taking our calls on weekends and evenings and doing the work when it was most convenient for us (his typical days off). He solved a mystery problem that two other plumbers couldn’t figure out, and we haven’t had a single issue since. We highly recommend Zeb and his business and will be referring him to everyone we know. It’s rare to find a person these days that actually takes the time to do a job well, or exceed a customers expectations, and Zeb did just that. So I thought I was clever enough to swap out a really old toilet. All went well until I realized the flange was really funky and unlike any flange I could find on YouTube videos and may, or may not, need replacing. In desperation I phoned Zeb who was able to make it over with in the hour. He freely gave me advice as to what to do to fix the flange but we were so impressed with him that we decided to have him install the skirted toilet for us. There was no hard sell. He was able to install it straight away.He was a pleasure to deal with and I found him most trustworthy. He also advised us about our 16 year old tankless water - so I am so pleased to know that I have found the right person to install a new one when it finally dies. Thank goodness for Zeb.

Professional and very knowledgeable: Annual descaling: Flushed our Rinnai tankless water heater to eliminate mineral deposits and build up. Sewer Line: Cleared sewer line of obstruction. Kitchen faucet replacement: Mr. Gordon recommended a replacement faucet, brought it to our home at the scheduled time and installed it. We have been pleased with everything he has done for us in our home from the first job several years ago to the present.

Highly recommend Zeb. He is responsive, professional and very reasonably priced. He reset all of our toilets and installed a pressure regulator and we couldnt be happier with how big a difference it made. Our pipes are not as noisy, our faucets dont gush and spray everywhere and it will prevent other issues we have had with leaks.

I believed I was having an issue with my rinnai tankless water heater and found zeb as a recommended pro on their site and boy is that a true statement about him being a pro.Issue occurred Monday afternoon and he was able to fit me in the next morning and I found him to be punctual, honest and a clear communicator.Zeb was very knowledgeable on my system and even put up with me asking 1 Millon question on how the system works.He was able to find the issue quickly after I told him everything I attempted before I called.I appreciate the fact he also took pictures during the visit and they were emailed to me.Will definitely call him again in the future should anything more come up.
