I had old carpet upstairs that I didn’t like. Nakoda and Tyler came over on a Wednesday evening to give me an estimate. They had some samples of vinyl plank flooring that I loved; It’s durable and looks great. The following Monday, I had new floors, and I love them! Nakoda, Tyler, and Chris did a fantastic job. They are professional, efficient, and provide great customer service. I recommend Kostoff Construction to anyone.

I utilized Kostoff Construction to do some extensive work on my basement, including baseboard work, drywall, painting, door framing and some other items. From the time I first contacted Nakoda, everything was top notch and professional. He assessed the project and provided a very quick turnaround on the estimate. The estimate was extremely fair so I decided to move forward and Im so glad I did. Nakoda was extremely communicative about the timeline. Most importantly, the work he did was fantastic and was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Kostoff Construction to anyone I know and I certainly will be using them again in the future.

Nakoda and his team are the absolute best to take care of your flooring needs! He replaced worn out carpet and the baseboards in my kitchen, living room, and a hallway with vinyl plank. They also fixed quite a few annoying creaks. My home is much more beautiful and quieter thanks to them! Nakoda was very helpful choosing where and what flooring to buy, was punctual, and did an excellent job in just 2 days! If you need floors, this is the right choice!

Kostoff Construction was referred to me by my brother and man, am I happy with the results! Needed laminate flooring installed before listing my condo and the team (Nakoda, Tyler and Chris) did a fantastic job to get the floor, transitions AND baseboard installed in one day! The pictures do not do this justice and they look excellent! They ensured my house did not get too dirty and were on time and professional. I would recommend them to both family and friends!

Fabulous experience!!! Communication was appreciated they called on their way to alert me their ETA.They worked nonstop very polite respectful men!! I’m a single mother and can be uncomfortable inviting men into home but not them they made me feel comfortable safe and after they were finished they gave me a tour of what they did letting me know what was going on!!!! I had been in limbo over weekend and the damage was in my sons room was a very big inconvenience but they made a bad situation into a great one!!! Thanks guys really recommend these guys they busted there butts today!!!!!

Nakoda & Dustin came in and took over a project that had been begun by another firm, but when they hit a snag, they came back with a fix cost more than the materials. Not acceptable.We were referred to Nakoda who looked at the problem and proposed a much better solution. They then did a great job of installing our flooring and evening out low areas.Very professional, worked hard, only took breaks for lunch and wasted no time in getting the job done. Clean up was great as was attention to detail.Would highly recommend them and use them again for any future needs.

I had Nakoda and his team come out to look at my home after a previous contractor flooded my basement after a poor bathroom install. They showed up with short notice, were very knowledgeable and gave me a fair price. They fixed everything so well that we hired them to install hardwood floors in the rest of our first floor. They kept me updated with everything during the install. These guys are professional, hardworking, and they treat your space with respect. Its hard to find someone you trust with your home and I definitely trust these guys. I know I will be going back to them if I have any home renovation projects in the future.
