Technician showed up on time and gave me an estimate to re-set 3 toilets and re-install a water heater to code as my initial self installation did not pass a purchase inspection. I agreed to the price and the work was done perfectly the same day. Toilets are now secure with new seals and water heater is to code with new lines and all the gadgets that was needed to make it legal. The company promised to remove the old heater the next day. Technician showed up early the next day and removed the old heater as promised. Everything looks good and functions well.

Manny come out and installed laundry hook ups in my condo. From the get go the process was very smooth. He was very honest and competitive in his bid. The day of he worked quickly but professionally. Manny went over and above with the final amount due compared to the amount of work he did. I am SO GLAD Straightline was referred to me. Its no wonder Clairemont loves this plumbing company.

Ive never seen anyone from Straightline so knowledgeable and professional as well as people person who goes above and beyond to resolve issue. It was a pleasure having Jerry Jimenez repair my water issue promptly. I was pleasantly surprised having negative experiences in the past. I highly recommend Jerry again if you have any plumbing issues.

My new go to plumbers! They were at my door 30 minutes after I called for a toilet that was overflowing!I had no idea what was going on but Richard the plumber was great at explaining to me the process and gave me options to resolve it, I picked how much I wanted to pay... seriously.My wife and I were freaked out thinking it was going to be a nightmare but Richard quickly resolved the issue and made some recommendations to keep it from happening again. I’ll be calling Straightline from now on!

As a TV news journalist with 35years of experience I am always looking to find and tell a great story. I have found such a story in the great service courtesy of Straightline Plumbing.Over the last year several units in our condo complex in Clairemont suffered severe water damage because of deteriorating pipes. When we started hearing banging pipes Plumber Rich Albee came out and within one minute detected the problem...that the expanding pipes during the turning on of hot water were compressing against wooden beams. Our HOA corrected the problem within days.We also had a great experience with Gabe Walisky in the Straightline office. This guy is so incredibly friendly and on top of things.
