My dad has been using Manny Martinez from Ace Rooter and Plumbing for 8 years for his personal home and rental properties. Not only does he do a great job for a reasonable price, he educates him and his tenants on preventative plumbing problems. One tenant was pouring grease down her kitchen and Manny educated her on why that was a bad practice. He had a main line scoped at a rental and hired another plumber to do an emergency repair. Big mistake since it started backing up two days later. Manny came out and cleared the drain.My dad turned me on to Manny and I have been using them for several years now as well. He has scoped an cleared a line and pressure cleared cleaned it as well. He helped me find and mark a broken line under my slab. Ace Rooter Chula Vista has all the gear to help evaluate and solve any plumbing problem. Manny also helped identify and repair a leaking gas line. That was a huge and difficult project, but nothing Manny couldnt handle. He worked through the weekend to get the job done.We highly recommend Manny Martinez of Ace Rooter plumbing in Chula Vista.

We had a major gas leak at our house and SDG&E shut it off. We hired a so-called company that were experts in finding leaks. After paying them a lot of money, they couldn’t find the leak, and walked away, charging us full price. Told us they did not guarantee to the job. We needed to get someone out fast and Ace Rooter was highly recommended by a few different people. Manny came out, and worked hard to not only find the leak, walk us through the process of getting the ID number with the County to get someone out for an inspection. He was great and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Ace Rooter is my go-to for every job from now on.

I had a water leak from the bathtub to the next bedroom which soaked everything. Since the drywall, bathtub, vanity sink, and toilet was removed and everything was exposed anyways, Manny was a huge help to remove thick concrete and rebuild my sewer line from the tub to toilet, then re-concrete and was on it everyday until completed. Highly recommended for all plumbing needs big or small. Your concern is his concern and he gets the job done!
