    I highly recommend them. Had a backed up in both bathrooms so had to call them for an emergency service. Even though they were extremely busy during the holiday they squeezed us in and were able to come to our house within an hour to fix the problem. Abraham and Mike were both friendly and professional.     We smelled gas in our garage where our water heater is located and I immediately googled a water heater repair company. Premier rooter and pluming came up (open 24 hours) they answered right away and within an hour they where at our home. I didnt think i could get service at 4 pm that quickly. Ricardo the service guy was very friendly knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly! Very reasonably priced! Great service I would definitely recommend and use premier rooter and plumbing again!!     I checked out a trenchless company while gathering estimates to make sure I was doing my homework after receiving a few estimates. When I spoke with this company, the representative that answered the phone was really nice and helpful. They even shared some useful info with me to guide me towards what would be a fair price for the work to be done. Although theyre in San Diego and Im in Sacramento, I wanted to give them a shout-out for going the extra mile and being so friendly, even though they couldnt help me directly. If youre in San Diego and need a trustworthy plumbing company, these guys are top-notch!

    We recently had Premier Plumbing install a Halo 5 whole house water filtration system. The whole job from start to finish was done very professionally. Everything was tested and cleaned before they left. I would highly recommend using Premier Plumbing for any plumbing issues. Mike (the owner) and Abraham were very informative during the installation, and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed before leaving. 5 Star company for sure!!!

    Premier Rooter and Plumbing is the only company I will call for my plumbing needs. They are fast friendly and above all honest. They tell me my options and advise on the best option even if it isn’t the one that will make them the most money. Everyone I had dealt with has been super friendly. They have done a lot of work on my house since I bought it and I will now only use them. A couple of times there have been been plumbing emergencies while I was out of town and I can trust them to get the job done and my wife feels comfortable dealing with them even when I am gone. They are the best.

    I called Premier’s offices in a frenzy because my main line was clogged and we couldn’t use any of our toilets. They were able to squeeze me in on the same day. Mike came out and did all that he could to figure out a solution to our unique problem. Ultimately, the situation was the city’s responsibility, but Mike helped us each step of the way. He contacted the city and ended up getting us the help we needed on this issue.     Delbert was very professional, knowledgeable and super helpful. He replaced pieces on my leaky outdoor sink faucet easily and was able to pick up the parts the very same day where others told me theyd have to order them and Id have to wait. The price was much more reasonable than others that quoted me via texts and pictures and I appreciate this business takes time to actually send someone out to look at the issue in person.I also received helpful information on my water softener and was sent quotes I requested for future projects in a very timely manner. I will definitely be using Premier again for any future plumbing projects.

    So thankful for Premier Rooter & Plumbing! I had a leak under my Kitchen sink and needed help! It was a Sunday and was really worried that I wasn’t going to find anyone to help!!     We had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. First a bathtub faucet and then a pressure regulator.The faucet took so doing just for the parts but Abe, the plumber found then and we are good to go. The other issue was the pressure regulator. We had others give us estimates much higher than we were given plus Abe upgraded out shutoff valve making it easier to shut off our water if we need to get n the future.Abe was very thorough in his work and very carefully explained everything he was doing. Very pleased with Professional Plumbing and Abe.

    I chose this company based on yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. Delbert was very processional. He explained in detail the work needed on my shower valve. Left my house to get needed parts, returned when he said he would and installed the parts. I got a fair price for the work. Great customer service.     I was given a 2-hour service technician arrival window. That arrival window was only 2 hours from the time I phoned them. And since it was a toilet issue, I was super happy that the technician phoned to say he would be about an hour early. I had thought that the clogging of my toilet was at least as bad as usual in my-year-old house. But the technician could see that it was merely toilet paper and didnt make it seem worse than it was just to get my money. I was not charged for him coming out. With that honesty, I was able to unclog it myself. Because of the honesty, I would call them again for another issue because I dont believe they would upsell me unethically.

    Hands down, the best plumbing experience I have ever had.First of all, Premier was responsive and available for an appointment next day. They gave me a window of 2-4pm and sent me a text and call at 2:30 to confirm the tech was in route (with tracking info included). It seems like they really care about their customer experience.As for the service, we had the pleasure of having Larry out onsite at our house to perform an inspection of some shower drains that were draining slowly. He was friendly, personable, and it was an overall great experience for us as a customer. He walked me through what he was doing when testing the system and was thorough in explaining what might be going on in my system and what could be causing the issues. He unclogged the drains and ensured everything was functioning properly. He also provided suggestions on what we could do to help prevent the issues in the future and did not try to upsell us on services that we did not need.That is exactly what we were looking for in a plumber, someone reliable and trustworthy. Because of Larrys integrity and helpfulness, we will 100% be calling Premier back for our next plumbing issue!

    Delbert replaced the water pressure unit outside my garage that was not functioning properly. His explanations were clear and easy to understand. He also checked out all my toilets, faucets and shut off valve’s (at my request) to make sure proper pressure was restored and everything was functioning properly, and there were no sign of leakage. He even showed me the bad water pressure unit and how it was all rusty inside. That thing was only replaced in March this year (2022) by someone in our association who claimed he has replaced many before in our complex. I think I got cheated back then. Thankfully Delbert found the problem and was able to fix it the same day! Thanks Delbert!!

    The day we heard the leaking pipe in the laundry room cement floor Premiere came immediately. After the exact location of the leak was detected, they got to work figuring out what was the least invasive way to access the leak. They repaired the leak and finished the project the same day. They cleaned everything up after they were done and returned everything in the laundry room to it’s original place. Their estimate was very fair. We had never used their services before but will call them again when we have plumbing problems!

    I’ve used Premier Plumbing a couple of times and each time they were excellent. Once for a major gas line issue and most recently for a leaky pipe. Delbert was awesome both times. Absolute professional and knowledgeable about his trade. No upselling. Just what you need. I love his honesty and that’s why they are my go to plumbing professionals. I’ve called the other guys and quite frankly the service was expensive, horrible, and they had to come back the next day because what they did was sub par.     Mike was great very professional estimate and assessment of the problem was spot on. High def video of damage to main sewage pipe was great I could see for myself how bad it was.     All of us get cheap offers for drain clogs in the mail. When they arrive suddenly their cheap price goes up. Theres a reason companies that advertise on TV up price your problems. Premier Rooter ^ Plumbing was very honest - If I didnt like the bid they would leave no charge. Scheduled a job for 2 indoor drains and the big drain - garage- washing machine.I could track where they were - great technology and Josh showed up on time. Great guy - (33 years of dealing with thousands of people in education gives me a little edge for honesty I think) Diagnosed my problems and gave me a bid - I said go for it and he spent probably close to 2 hours fixing my problems. At the conclusion made sure I was satisfied and told me about guarantee. Great service, prompt, knowledgable, listened to me. Yes cost was more expensive than the mailers, but the famous saying you get what you pay for certainly applies here!

    Larry came out today to fix two bathroom sinks that had been clogged for over a year. He was on time, professional, and explained everything he would be doing ahead of time.     I noticed water coming out of a drain plug and my shower had about 3 inches of standing water. I needed a plumber fast. Within 30 minutes they were at my front door ready to work. Ruben cleared the main line clogged and Ricardo showed me the issue with the camera.     Great service and in depth explanation on my problem. I called for a non-emergency and scheduled a team to arrive at my house the following morning.     I rarely bother to give ratings, but I feel that I am obliged to do it this time. I hired Premier Rooting & Plumbing to repair my old two-piece toilet, and when they couldnt remove the top piece because it was stuck so hard, they replaced it with a new Toto toilet (the part that broke was not available) and only charged me their original quote to repair the old one. I was so surprised that they offered to do this. All other plumbers I know would have insisted that I pay the full price to replace with a new toilet.I highly recommend them and I will use them myself the next time I have a plumbing issue...

    Mike (the owner) actually answered the phone, and they were able to fit us in for a completely plugged drain cleaning 3 days before Thanksgiving right before we were leaving town and having a neighbor in to take care of our animals! The technicians equipment was faulty so Mike actually came to our home and helped him finish the job!! Over and above the call of duty, but we were able to relax in knowing we were not leaving our neighbor or animals in the lurch.

    First time client. Ricardo came to look for a leak because my water usage was up substantially. He thoroughly checked every valve and meter in our home.     Called at 7:45 in the evening as we had a shower that had broken and we couldn’t turn off the water. Mike answered and gave us an estimate over the phone and told us he would be there within the hour. Got there as promised and fixed our shower.     Omg please stop looking for shady plumbers who charge an arm and a leg and call Premier. I needed to pass an inspection regarding some plumbing work under my kitchen sink.     Mike M. was prompt returning my initial call. He came to my house the same day within a couple of hours. He assessed the water heater. Its been leaking water for days in the garage. Mike asked for the original paperwork on the unit and determined that it is still under warranty! He immediately called the manufacturer and within minutes got an approval and confirmation/authorization number to bring to Home Depot for a brand new one. There was some proration but very minimal. Mike was forthcoming on how much he will charge for total labor cost. Mike and his assistant and my husband went to Home Depot, brought the old water heater and exchanged for a brand new one. Mike even gave us a pan for free that he had in his truck. Overall, we are very satisfied with Mikes service and forthcomingness. We will highly recommend him to friends and family.

    I called on a weekend, never fails something always goes wrong on a weekend! Called on Saturday and was scheduled for Sunday with no premium charge, cant beat that, I had Salvador, he was awesome, polite and really professional. My drain must have been really clogged because not only did he have to use a 75 snake and it took quite awhile, he got the job done, cleaned up the mess and didnt leave until he was positive the job was done.. the price was more than reasonable , they arent like Plummers Ive had many over the years and this has been the Best one so far.. call these guys, you wont be sorry... now its fixed so I guess I have to do the dishes now!!     Prompt service. Tech Ricardo showed up early. Gave a good estimate on the clogged toilet. Started unclogging but the problem is further down. Toilet has to be removed. Ricardo gave a new and still fair estimate. Finally he pulled out a bunch of paper from pipe and problem is solved. Placed back the toilet with new wax ring and resealed the floor.     I had a sluggish shower drain that seemed to get worse with every shower. This started a couple days after I had the shower walls and shower deck retiled and entire bath renovated by a contractor. In that I never had the drain problem before, and I could have run a snake myself, however, I feared mortar must have got in the pipes and wanted a thorough rotor rooter with the holidays coming up and family coming in from out of town. I hired Premier Rotor & Plumbing via Home Advisor. It was a sound decision and happy I did. Once I hired Premier, R & P for the job, everything went smoothly and timely. Coordination on arrival and who onsite tech would be was all done via text. John C from Premier R & P arrived as advertised, even earlier. Very customer oriented.     I purchased the hydro-cleaning service (Did I get that right?) to correct an old plumbing problem that had plagued my house for years. My plumber was quick and professional. He arrived earlier than the appointed time after calling ahead to advise me. And when he was finished, he left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived--even though I told him not to worry about it.

    Delbert was the plumber that installed a halogen 5 water filtration system in my home. He is professional, knowledgeable and an excellent plumber. He also worked on 2 of my toilets that needed repair. I would definitely recommend Premier Rooter Plumbing because in addition to top quality service their prices are so much more reasonable than some other big name plumbing companies. I also recommend the water filtration system which eliminates the need for any plastic bottled water .

    Had to get our backed up kitchen sink fixed. Thanks to Premier Rooter & Plumbing our sink is back to running great!! Abe and his cowoker did a great, efficient and quick job. Abe even had time to give me a quote to fix my broken bathtub overflow drain ( required cutting into the drywall) and also hydro jet cleaning the main kitchen line to the sewer. Abe and his coworker were awesome and thorough. Thanks for being so professional and informative about the best options for the repairs!     Ricardo was so awesome, All the plumbers were so nice and very respectful. They did everything to ensure I was in good hands and would help if I needed anything . They were even very nice to my son(2years old and interested in what was going on) and showed him what they were doing and allowed him to observe( even help a little) and taught him about what they were doing . It was so wonderful . They were so quick . I was in need of a new water heater and they responded the very day and had everything done that day. They even helped with restoration set up and insurance . GREAT SERVICE AND PEOPLE

    If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would. They unclogged a shower that has been clogged for 15 years. Several other plumbers tried over the past few years to unclog the drain. They actually did it!Fantastic company. Even better people. I will definitely call them anytime I need any plumbing work in the future.

    I called late in the evening needing emergency after hours service. Several companies didn’t answer my call or passed on the job, even though their websites stated 24/7 emergency services. Premier answered my call and had someone out in less than an hour. They cleared the main sewer line and did thorough testing before leaving to be sure we were good to go. The technician, Larry, was professional, communicative, and friendly.

Unfortunately they were out of my price range given to me by my home warranty…HOWEVER, if I didn’t have a price cap, I would DEFINITELY recommend them! Super professional!     We identified a plumbing issue in our office around 3:00 on a Tuesday afternoon. We contacted Premier plumbing and they came within the hour. They not only diagnosed the problem but immediately did some troubleshooting and addressed a bigger issue in a timely fashion. They were motivated to resolve the issue the same day so it doesn’t interfere with our business operations in Wednesday. Jesse & his team did a great job. I was impressed and that very evening everything was fixed! Great job! Highly recommended!!

    Excellent customer service!!! I highly recommend. Arrived on schedule and provided me with a written estimate. They were able to start the job on the same day. I had an intrusion of tree roots in a fifty foot landscaping drain which was completely clogged from draining. Ricardo accessed the problem, walked me through the solution and provided me with an estimate.Ricardo and Marco proceeded to clean out a 30 foot long root along with other rocks, dirt, etc which had settled in the drain. They both were extremely professional, friendly and experienced during the entire job. They explained the whole process from start to finish.Bottom line is they provided the professional, excellent service I was looking for and I would use and refer Premier Rooter and Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional plumbing experience.

    My sewer water started to back up in shower, tub and commodes. I called Premier Rooter & plumbing at 7 AM today and they arrived at 10 AM. In 1hour and 30 minutes they cleaned my sewer lines all the way to the City Sewer man hole. Delbert was great, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have supervised construction projects for 30 years and have I have seen the best and the worst contractors. Premier Rooter & Plumbing is the best plumbing contractor I have ever dealt with. They where honest, smart and all around great people, from management to their workers. After calling many plumbing contractors that where just going thru the motions, I found the only Plumbing Contractor I will ever use.
