Ali was able to resolve our drainage issues that became apparent from the rains. Our drainage was blocked from dirt and roots. His price was fair and he did the work, I watched. Rather than go to Home Depot and do it myself and run the risk of not getting it done, he did it with a 1 year warranty .

Called for a clogged toilet, Ali was at my house in less than 35 minutes after I called and finished the job in less that 20 minutes. Diagnosed and fixed another issue while here and left my toilet like new. Would highly recommend to everyone! Fair pricing and great service!

Wow! When I say that this was hands down the best service I have received from a plumbing business, I mean it. The Drain Help crew came within 2 hours of my call; my wife and I recently moved into a new home in Encinitas and needed repairs for a clogged drain.. turns out we needed a whole system replaced and Ali really explained the process before and gave us a reasonably prices quote. We also got a 6 month warranty! Hes a good guy and does honest work.. I will be recommending him and using him again Thanks!

Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.
