I had a main line blockage that another plumber wasn’t able to clear. I called Carlos of CM Jetting on a Saturday afternoon and he arrived within a hour and fixed the blockage within minutes. But he really went above and beyond by showing me exactly what happened, finding the clean outs I didn’t know existed (with him doing a lot of digging to find it) and educating me on how to keep things in good order in the future. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company - you will not be disappointed. Thank you Carlos!

What a find!!!!!I found Carlos on google Friday 12/2. I needed my main house drain and my main landscape drains cleaned out. Carlos came today with his son Jason Saturday 12/3 and completed both projects immediately. He was on time. He then out lined his procedures for both projects and completed them within two hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable and he takes pride in his work. I would totally use him again. My wife who is a realtor plans on using him for her future inspections. Carlos and his company aims to provide going above and beyond customer satisfaction. I stumbled upon their website in a desperate need of a plumber as my sink clogged and noticed some foul smell and dirty water coming out of the sink when i tried to use a plunger. As to my luck , Carlos came in like a few minutes after i called and fix it. He is very professional and very attentive to very small details. He is not just about the money you pay for the service, but he is all about the quality of service he provides the customer. He makes sure that i am satisfied with the outcome and went above and beyond thus exceeded my satisfaction. Carlos is one of a kind. He came to my business once and not only fixed my clogged drain issue, he taught me what was going on and how to fix it. The next time I called him he gave me more advice and was available to help me as soon as I needed it to get my bathroom up and running agai.

These guys removed a clog that the others could not. I had gotten a quote for $12k because a different company could not reach a clog and they said I needed to start by redoing all the plumbing under my house and adding a cleanout. I wished those guys could have referred me to Carlos because the clog was no sweat for him. He had it done in minutes and didnt rip me off even though I told him I was desperate and my only other option was a $12k re-pipe. If youve got a clog, even if the other guys cant reach it, you need to try CM Jetting.

Carlos was very prompt and attentive. We bought a house and we’ve had ongoing plumbing issues that we thought were resolved. Unfortunately, when we hooked up our washing machine, it overflowed. Carlos was able to clear the lines by removing buildup from old cast iron pipes. He even took pictures of the problem areas for us. Really great service.
