After calling in and getting confirmation someone was coming, Alex called and let us know when hed be arriving. He was even earlier than estimated. He assessed what needed ro be done and gave us 2 options and quotes. We agreed on a plan of what needed to be done and he took care of it quickly and efficiently. He was kind, polite and knowledgeable. We were happy with his customer service and work. I also appreciated that JIG sends an email that contains before and after pictures along with the invoice.

We were frantic Friday trying to shut the hot water off to my dads shower. At first there wouldnt be anyone available for a few hours. The office called me back and luck would have it a tech was finishing a job and would be on their way. Alex showed up, diagnosed the problem and within an hour was completed. We really were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Alex also noted something we might consider doing in the future before it becomes an issue. That was really appreciated and I asked for an estimate. We will be calling JIG Plumbing & requesting Alex to complete that project as well. I loved the communication from my initial call to after the job was done. I was emailed and text a confirmation of appt, was able to track Alex while on route and the invoice was emailed to me upon completion. Looks like we found a winner and a plumbing business to take care of all our needs in the future! I highly recommend.

Hands down the best service we have received in a very long time! Noah has been to our residence twice now, and all I can say is, he is beyond knowledgeable, respectful, and kind! Both service calls were very important to us, and Noah took the time to not only fix the issues both times, but did so with grace. I contacted JIG because my water heater was leaking. I selected them because of their great reviews. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. I was pleased that she got me scheduled right away, considering I called around 3:30pm. Richie promptly arrived looking very professional in his nice JIG truck and T-shirt. He quickly assessed the problem and offered me a reasonable quote to replace the water heater and pressure reducing valve. From start to finish he was incredible. Specifically his high skill level, job knowledge and experience, as well as his enthusiasm and dedication to do meticulously outstanding work and provide the best possible customer service was all very impressive. He did an excellent job. I appreciate Jason’s support and assistance too. I would highly recommend JIG Plumbing.

Jenn took our call, she was professional and courteous. We wanted a quick quote on the job. She transferred us to Jason. We didnt disclose our previous quote so we could get an honest quote. Jason & his team @ JIG plumbing are great. Experienced, On-time, professional and extremely courteous. We were in the middle of a bathroom re-model. Our contractor installed a new shower valve & then we started having issues with no-hot water. The contractor could not sort out the issue so we called JIG & they were able to get out to the house same day. Initially we thought that they had possibly crossed the hot & cold lines, but after double checking the work they finally figured out that the valve manufacturer had installed the internal cartridge incorrectly & shipped it that way. Long story short, our tech, John was able to figure out a simple solution to what appeared to be complex problem. We have been using JIG for years now and always had great service at a fair price. We highly recommend Jason, John & the rest of the team at JIG.

Had a shower with a jiggy valve (all in one, flow and temp). I tried replacing it myself, no good. Based on reviews, I called Jig. Same day service within 4 hours arranged by Jen. We had bought a new washer/dryer from Costco and when the installers from Costco came they notified us that our water hookups were corroded and needed new ones installed before they could hook up our new units. I called JIG and they came out the next day to evaluate what was needed. JIG plumber Alex came out and informed us that he needed to get the correct replacements and would come out the next day to install.They did not charge us to come out to evaluate. As per his promise Alex came out with an assistant to aid in pulling out the stacked laundry unit and replaced the corroded hookup with new ones. During the process Alex carefully explained all of the possible problems he might encounter and the costs. We were also sent via email the quotes for the cost to complete. Alex was super great. Very friendly and helpful. We were quite impressed with him and the way the company provided their services. We have saved their contact numbers and will definitely use them for any plumbing issue we might encounter in the future. As for costs we had no reference to compare to but because the services were so expertly done we have no complaints.New review. Had a main to sprinkler line burst. JIG immediately sent out Frank. He inspected connection and repaired broken line with new shutoff valve. He discussed cost and time to repair for approval. Once again we are grateful for the service and quick response. Water leak found in front of house. Called in and both Jason and Alex came out to evaluate source of leak. Great response and service.

Gotta love a Sunday when you’re hosting brunch and then your toilets drain of all water and both showers back up. I immediately reached out to JIG asking if someone could come out in the next couple days and Jason got me set up for Monday morning. My time frame was from 8am - 10am and Frank arrived just after 8. I got a text when he was on his way with a photo and I was able to track his arrival (awesome features). Frank was able to snake my main line and unclog the pipe so everything could flow normally again. Frank also took the time to explain what the problem could be and also let me know that JIG could run a camera through to see what caused the back up (root, uneven piping, etc).
