This company was great from start to finish. Very professional on the phone when I called to get an estimate. They sent someone out the next day and they were on time and able to quote a very fair price and do the repair on the spot. Josh M. was the plumber who came out and he was a pleasure to work with. He replace my water pressure regulator and main ball valve and did a wonderful job while also being very efficient. I will definitely use Hedrick & Young again for my plumbing needs and recommend them highly.

I have used Hendrick and Young twice now for my plumbing issues. The first was for a water heater and the second to replace all the water valves in my house.I talked with Brandon and we came to an agreement on price (excellent price) and scheduled an appointment to have the work done. Santos arrived as scheduled and was very professional and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Hendrick and Young for all your plumbing needs.

My experience with Hendrick and Young Plumbing was great! My kitchen sink was clogged and flooded. I call them and they immediately provided me a quote with same day availability. Their service technician, Jordan Halladay, came and confirmed my reported issue with me first and then explained to me the process of the inspection, repair and what to expect. After the service was completed, he explained to me in great detail of the issues found and the options for the repair. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. In addition he provided me a very detailed comprehensive report that went over everything that was discussed. I appreciate his assistance and service especially coming in on a Father’s Day. I had a completely back up sewer line and could not use anything plumbing related. I struggled to get a plumber to my house, but H&Y showed up to my house 20 min after I got off the phone with them. Josh was friendly attempted to clear the clog with the least expensive technique and didnt charge me unless they could clear the clog.I have used for multiple services since. They show up quickly, willing to work right away. Josh and Dustin were very personable.

I highly recommend Hedrick & Young Plumbing for water heater problems. 2 plumbing companies have already looked into my water heater and did not see any problem despite the fact that it gives hot water on and off. H&Y did not stop until they see the problem. They called the water heater company and trouble shoot it with them. They fixed my water heater at a very reasonable price. They did not charge me any until they fixed it. Dustin is very nice and respectful. He came on time and did a great job.

Dustin was amazing and helped us tremendously. We were without hot water for a week due to our landlord dodging our calls and overall irresponsibility. But H&Y were extremely understanding, gave us a reasonable estimate and were still able to offer us a discount. They installed a new unit in under two hours the very next day. Out of all the other plumbing companies we called, they were the only ones who actually showed up and was upfront with all the issues and gave good recommendations for how to proceed. I could not recommend them more to anyone who needs any plumbing service, ask for Dustin!

Hendricks & Young Plumbing just took care of a plumbing problem I was having in my kitchen. From the time I got off phone with them, they had someone at my door within 30 minutes. The young man Dustin that was sent phoned me when he was 10 minutes away so that I would know to expect him. Dustin was extremely professional, courteous and made sure that I understood everything that was being done to solve the problem. When he finished the project he did an excellent job of cleaning up and made sure I was satisfied. Because of my experience with this young man I would definitely recommend Hendricks & Young Plumbing.

I called on a Saturday morning to have a kitchen faucet replaced and I was very pleasantly surprised that they were the one company that personally answers their phone calls on the weekends. I spoke to Brandon whom was very professional and provided me with prompt service. It took only about an hour when Matt H arrived on-time to my residence. Matt H was very knowledgeable and provided immediate resolution along with a World Class customer experience. It is for this reason, I will be a loyal customer.

This is probably the most responsive and professional plumbing company I have ever used. I myself have a construction company and have used several different plumbers and Hendrix and Young Plumbing is always responsive, knowlegable and send out professional technicians. Dustin has done some outdoor plumbing on our pool water line as well as plumbing on our gas line for our fireplace. Hey shows up on time, knows what to do, ask questions to make sure he understands the project and gets to work. Very satisfied with the work that was done.

I called this morning to have them come look at the garbage disposal at my office and their customer service is top notch. This was our first time reaching out and I received a response within 10 minutes via email when I inquired on their website and when I called to set up the appointment the woman I spoke to was extremely friendly and she said they could have the tech at our office within 60-90 minutes TODAY. Vincent came BEFORE the 60 minutes and fixed our problem quickly and with ease. He was very nice as well. Safe to say we will be calling them in the future for any of our plumbing needs!! Our company was very satisfied from the moment we inquired to when Vincent left!

Don came out on-time within the time-window that Hedrick and Young committed to. This was the first sign of a good start. All I knew was that the floors started popping up, and there was a dripping sound coming from the chimney. Don helped to hunt down ALL of the problems, and it turned out to be 3 leaks! His work/efficiency was very impressive. It was great to get everything caught, and he came here 2 days in a row to make sure he could finish the job with the inspection.He was very professional, forthcoming, and adaptable. With 3 leaks (one in the concrete slab), the best option was to do a full repipe, which made sense. He was very responsive with my questions, time-after-time (on-site and off-site texts etc). To be honest, I am not an easy customer because I will re-think about the issues from many different angles, but Don has really made a great impression on me.The repipe work has not started yet, as I am doing my due diligence to get several quotes (as should anyone). I dont believe in making rushed decisions. The pricing from H&Y is reasonable. While H&Y has not been the cheapest quote, there is a good chance I still want to go with them, given the confidence Don has built up in me for their work. However, my wife insisted that that I look at one last company (recommendation by her friend), and I will always respect my wifes wishes =PWith plumbing, the most important part isnt just the price alone. As the price is reasonable with H&Y, the question is, more importantly, about future problems. When a sudden unlikely issue occurs from their work, will they be professional, quick to come on-site, and resolve the problems responsibly? Thats what I look for in a plumber. Thanks to Dons work and responsiveness, I feel pretty confident thus far.

Well i left review on yelp but decided to do an extra one on google since you guys did an amazing job 😁. I’m highly recommend these guys to anyone need helps with plumbing. We had water drain issues for a whole month and have been hired so many guys to get it fixed but none of them got the job done. Thanks to Hendrick , john and their coworkers spent the whole day at our restaurant to get it fixed. No more stinky smell, no more wet shoes. You guys did an awesome job.

I recently purchased a home and first thing I wanted to do was replace the toilets and replace a leaking washing machine connection. Called these guys up and the plumber showed up promptly. After an hour and a half I had 3 new toilets installed! I had mentioned the washer connection, so he took a look at it and was able to replace it and install my washer within half hour.Im writing this review because the prices were very affordable, but was most important to me was the prompt arrival and service. Time is everything when life if busy, and luckily I didnt have to spend more than a couple hours for these tasks to be completed. Will definitely recommend and utilize their services if the need arrives.

Living in AZ, we had a water leak (pipe shower) at our home in CA our Daughter was living in. Our Home Warranty Co. stated they would not fix it, it wasn’t covered. Not knowing a Plumber we went to Angies List and found 4. Finally choose H&Y, from the first call, we were pleased to get attention to the problem!.. the next day we had service call and all was completed. I stumbled into the ad for this firm while looking for a plumbing snake online. I was having a severe plumbing issue. IDecided to fill out their online form (around 11pm). I Was shocked to get an email reply within an hour.The next morning they called and set up a same day appt. About 3 hours later I received a text reminding me of the appt. and informing me of the name of the plumber (Michael) who will be coming.They arrived on time, assessed the situation, and gave me a few options.After trying a couple of them with no result, Michael told me that because of the problem I was having, he felt that it would best if he had another plumber take a look and give their assessment. He also told me that there was no charge for this visit, nor for the second one we were discussing.A second appt. was scheduled 2 days later. They again arrived on time. They discussed Michaels visit, did a more thorough assessment and what options were available. Once I understood the options, we agreed on a price and set up the appt. for the work. They again arrived on time, prepared to do the job.They were able to not only solve the problem, and fix all the issues, they explained why it happened, and what would help to keep it from repeating.I am extremely pleased with the work done, the professional expertise of the plumbers, and their work ethic. They came in on price and on time. I would definitely recommend them!

I truly recommend Hedrick and Young services. My water heater broke on a Friday night and my garage was full of water. I called Hendrick and Young and they responded immediately and within 30 mins. Wesley Hatfield and his colleague arrived. They assessed the problem and indicated that I needed to replace the water heater. Immediately they provided options which I appreciated. The service and cost of the new heater was fair. They came back the next morning and replace it. They worked efficiently and skillfully and attention to detail. I found this company back in 2019 with being a first time homeowner, I wasnt sure who to call. First incident occurred in the middle of December 2019 my water heater went out. Brandon and his team helped me get up to date with a tankless water heater and unlimited hot water! Super happy the service that was provided as well as the water heater! Second occasion, occurred in my home with a major pipe bust in my kitchen island. Which left not only ruined my island but the flooring and surrounding base boards.Recent occasions, I had a minor issue in my garage thinking it was my water heater but in fact it ended up being an electrical issue! Sam was extremely helpful in assisting and Thank you Brandon for squeezing me in at end of day!Having said all that, this is first and last plumber Ill be reaching out to. These guys responded right away to my water heater situation (was much smaller than inspector and seller said, in attic, hooked up precariously) and got me set up with a new water heater in a better location in my house the very next day. I’m still stunned at how little time it took. They gave me a great deal too - which made me realize how much other companies were trying to overcharge me. The amount they quoted me for was the best by far. Plus they were able to bring the fire sprinkler plumbing in my garage up to code where the previous resident had done some truly horrendous diy work.Update: Jordan came back to install a regulator that solved my pressure issues. And, although the water heater had a few issues with heating after install, Sam continued to come back at no charge until he got it working correctly. Thank you, guys!
