I had the pleasure of working with Drew from Fierce Plumbing, and I have to say, he’s a true hero in a plumber’s uniform! I called him with an urgent toilet leak issue, and to my surprise, he responded right away and arrived at my home in no time.Drew laid out all my options and provided clear and reasonable quotes. He spoke with confidence and knowledge, patiently answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. He then got to work, tackling the dreaded toilet leak and the unsightly sewer flies that had invaded my bathroom. I absolutely hate flies, and Drew swooped in like a knight in shining armor to save the day!The best part? He took his time to ensure everything was done perfectly and didn’t leave any mess behind. My sprinkler system was overflowing from my back yard to my front yard. I had no clue how to stop the several gallons of water pouring non stop. I called Fierce plumbing and Joe came out in less than 15 minutes to help me shut off my outdoor water in the meantime. He was fully booked for the day, but set me up for an appointment on next day. Thankfully my sprinkler system stopped pouring out water in the meantime and he came the next day to fix it. Joe is very knowledgeable, professional and got the job done fast. My yard was emergency free. Thank you Joe. Highly recommend!

My toilet was leaking and flooding my bathroom frequently, I called fierce plumbing and they were really friendly and professional dispatch had a technician over fast, joe was very polite, kept me in the loop while he replaced my toilet flange in a timely manner did such a great job, and price was reasonable will definitely use the again.

Had some major pipe problems in my attic with leaky pipes and a faucet with no water pressure. So happy I contacted Fierce Plumbing. Service technician Drew was knowledgeable efficient and attentive to my issues. He had good advice and was able to fix all my current plumbing needs. He came out immediately and discovered that I had a crack in my shower pan and he replaced my shower pan, installed a new p-trap, new rain shower head and shower valve. I was impressed with his professionalism and how spotless he left my house after the job was complete.

Our old water heater had a slow leak that progressed to a faster leak. Went online to find a professional plumbing company. Fierce plumbing was highly recommended in the neighborhood app by several local people in the area. I called them and the reacted fast. To my surprise they were available at the moment and arrived within 30min. They accessed the issue, explained our options throughly. We decided on replacement rather than repair. They gave us a price. Temporarily fixed the leak for the evening. They came out the next morning to replace the water heater. Since they were out already, I also had them fix, replace, and reposition our homes water regulator and shut off valve that had been ceased for some time. They completed that the same day as well.I would highly recommend Joe and his company for your plumbing service needs.

Joe was great. Had a leaking shower and he came out the same day, put a new cartridge in, didn’t quite fix the problem so he came out and replaced the valve. He gave us a discount for the labor of changing the cartridge. Would highly recommend Fierce Plumbing.
