Update 08/13/2023: The pilot light of my water tank went out so I called the company that installed it which is Complete Plumbing and Rooter. Jovan answering my calls and explained what steps I should do since my water tank is still under warranty, true to his instructions, I contacted the manufacturers company, after some questions and answers, they told me to go Ferguson to get the parts and have the plumber to install it. As before, Mike came on time and went to work. An hour later, my water tank is working perfectly.Thank you Jovan, especially, MIKE. His professionalism is hard to find.If you need a good and honest plumber, just call Complete Plumbing and Rooter. You wont be disappointed.After just 7 years old, my water heater has broken. I found this company via Google. Paul, the company owner contact me immediately for more information regarding of the service that I needed. He explained to me thoroughly on the phone whats included in his price from A-Z. No hidden cost or fees whatsoever and the water heater tank is a brand name and reliable one. Not the type of brand that you get from big box stores. Thats a good sign, IMO. After we both agreed on price and service, Paul set up an appointment for his employees to do the job within a few hours. Jovan and Mike showed up on time, fully masked, inspected the working area and found out that the water heater shutoff valve was also broken. Beside of replacing a new shutoff valve, they rerouted and upgraded all pipes into copper pipes and up to the city code for almost the same price that the owner had quoted me. They also cleaned up the working area spotless before leaving. Wow.- My husband and I, we couldnt be more happier. Lol. Within 3 hours, we have a brand new water heater is up running. It works like a dream👍😊.Were very happy with the service that this company has provided. From the owner to the employees, they are friendly, polite, punctual and professional. Last but not least, their price is reasonable and the service is flawless.We wouldnt hesitate to hire them again in the future.Thank you Paul, Jovan and Mike for the great service that you have provided.If you are looking for a reliable and affordable plumbing service, dont look further, this is the one.

Jovan, Art, and his team are experts in their field of expertise. They even schooled me on the updated plumbing restrictions to better understand the situation.After multiple calls and services, Im glad I chose these guys. They were understanding, empathetic, and 100% genuine.Jovan takes pride in his work and personally took my complaints seriously, he reached out and scheduled the soonest hes available to double check and provide knowledge on the issue at hand.In a plumbing industry/service theres a lot of folks out there that are willing to take shortcuts, not these guys.I wont look any further for plumbing services aside from Jovan and his team.A+++ work and I appreciate the extra lengths you and your team went in my Chino property.

I had an extensive and complicated slab leak Adrien and Michael located and repaired for me. I was very pleased with their demeanor, thoroughness and skills. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good leak detector.
