If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Nick does great work, and he’s really serious about customer satisfaction. He was incredibly patient with my mom’s concerns about fan noise at her place (which turned out to not even be the radon fan) and has returned to ensure our levels are properly reduced, including months after the fact when they measured higher in winter with the windows were closed all the time. Highly recommended!

Nick was able to do a quote based on info I provided over the phone and come out to do the radon mitigation within about a week. His price was reasonable and he finished the job in a single day.Edit 1 week later: Radon levels went from a daily/weekly range of 5.5-9.0 down to 1-3. My basement also smells better since he sealed our dirt crawlspace in a plastic vapor barrier.

Nick and his son’s did an amazing job on our radon migration and sumo pump installations! Amazing quality and work at a reasonable price. Recently used North Point Radon to replace the fan for our radon system. I was not sure who to use and wanted to find a local company. I read some of the reviews for North Point and decided to give them a try. I emailed the business owner Nick, provided some details about how our current system was installed and photos of the failing fan. Nick contacted me back a day later with an estimate which seems more than reasonable. The installation of the new fan was done promptly, which Nick himself did. Nick was very friendly, explained the installation process clearly and even chatted with my wife and me for about 15 minutes afterward about living in northern Colorado. Highly recommended North Point.

Prior to coming out, he provided a very clear explanation of work to be done , including possible contingencies and up-front pricing for each item. First and foremost, Nick responded immediately to my inquiry. He went about his work in a professional manner. He knew what he was doing and he answered all of my questions.We moved into a new home with a passive system that he activated. He followed up two weeks later by testing the system and our radon level was at a safe level.I highly recommend North Point Radon. They know what they are doing and will do it well!

BIG shout out to North Point Radon! We had to re-do some radon mitigation on the house so we could start working on framing on the basement and they came in and did an incredible job. The pressure from the pump (or however you say it) went up from 1.1 to 1.25 - so they filled in a bunch of spaces that werent sealed up properly and cleaned everything up so our contractor can start framing. No big chunks of puffy foam - everything is sealed cleanly and nice and tight now (obvious from the reading on the pressure). Fast, affordable, effective and were retesting the basement next week after the framing is done.Seriously good people - I would call them if you need any radon stuff (testing, mitigation, etc) taken care of.

Not only was I happy with his excellent work (at what I thought was a very good price for the job he did), but dealing with him was a real pleasure. Hes very knowledgeable, and patiently and clearly answered all my (many) questions. His customer service was impeccable. And hes also just a good, likable, honest guy. For example, I wanted to pay to do some additional work, and he told me I should save my money because I probably wouldnt need it.
