Called them on a holiday because our water heater decided to drop dead on us. Scheduled a replacement to come out the next day and they said they’d be out between 7:30 and 9:30. Kept ready communication, let us know who was coming out, to include a photo and his background. Then, maybe most importantly … he showed on time and got to work right away!Garrett did a great job and he was friendly and communicative throughout. All in all a great experience, even if I didn’t want to spend that kinda money. (Although to be fair, the price was absolutely fair - just didn’t want to spend it!)Absolutely recommend Bull Ridge to anyone in the local area.

I have used Bull Ridge 4 or 5 times within the past 2 years, both at my home and my business. Every time I have had a need, they have been prompt to arrive, honest, and fair with their pricing. They are the only plumbing company that I trust to do good work and charge us fairly. Fixing our 70 year old boiler? No problem. Swapping my water heater? Quick and cheap. Everyone is personal and friendly.

We have had work done by Bull Ridge Plumbing several times this year. We have been extremely satisfied each time. Their people are very knowledgeable, and their work is very high quality. Our furnace quit working on a cold night recently and they had a technician on call who quickly came to our house and diagnosed the problem. He was thorough and methodical, and they were able to get the replacement part quickly the next morning and got the furnace working again. Bull Ridge was recommended to us by a real estate agent in town who has had excellent experiences with them. We will absolutely rely on Bull Ridge for our future plumbing and heating needs!

Bull Ridge was great. After the first cold snap of the year, other businesses were booked out weeks (in one case, months), but Bull Ridge had an option to get me in today. They were even able to move me up in the queue. My problem was resolved today. They sent a notice & photo ahead of the plumber so I could be sure I let the correct person into my home. Great experience.

Bull Ridge came yesterday, Saturday and cleared our plugged seeer line. They put their rotor rooter 47’ down the pipe and it came unplugged! We ran water and flushed the toilets. All seemed good until today, Sunday it started backing up again. They were here when they said they would be Saturday (about 3 hours after I called)!! On Sunday they arrived about 30 minutes after I called. They ran about 70 feet of cable this time , cleared the pipe and then ran a camera all the way down to double check for any other blockage. They let me watch the entire root of the camera! They did not charge me for coming back Sunday and I had to force them to accept a tip. Saige and his assistant were very polite and professional. They obviously knew their jobs and I would gladly hire them again in a heartbeat. They were the 3rd company I called Saturday morning…. One said they were booked up until Monday. The 2nd never answered their phone. Bull Ridge not only answered they said what they would do and backed up their work. They were pleasant when they answered the phonand were happy to be here on a weekend! I have never met any of them so please know I am very happy with their service!!!!

The delightful lady who answered the phone helped me get an appointment on Friday, so we could have water on the weekend. I received text messages with appointment information. The guys (Grail & Alaska I believe were their names), were very professional. We called them because there was a little water coming out of the floor drain in the washer room, on high volume load, and we were not sure if it may be a bigger problem There is a chance rain water can come from outside in that room when it rains hard, so we wanted them to test it as well as possible. They were very patient with our request and did additional tests we requested, to make sure we were satisfied with the way everything worked. Thank you so much!

Found out it was related to the grease trap, and didnt charge us for coming out! This is unheard of in the service industry, and I will not only recommend them for this one act; but will keep them in mind the next time we need a plumber.

Bull Ridge, 7 June 2024, fantastic service. My wife was previously told an issue with an upstairs bathtub would cost $2k, two days, and drywall work from a competing agency. Bull Ridge came in one day after I contacted them, for three hours of work, and fixed the problem. This is in a 1950s home with galvanized fittings, debris, and interesting architecture.Jeremy Bradford was our technician and Andrea was my operator over the phone. Both complete professionals and all about getting the job done.Id give six stars if I could. Well done.

One of the best things I really appreciated about Bull Ridge plumbing is the constant communication. They sent texts reassuring me about the Appoinment and was even able to move my appointment up. They also sent me a photo of the person who was coming to the house to do the work.Then once Jason and his helper Alex where there at the house they were very courteous and explained what they were doing.Alex had to step in the flower garden to get to the faucet they were replacing and was very careful even though I said it was ok if he stepped on something. He then smoothed out the mulch real quick after he was finished.Excellent, clean, courteous service!!

I called Bull Ridge in a panic about the drains backing up at my parents’ house, while my parents were on vacation. I was immediately put at ease and walked through the steps on what I needed to do. They asked questions to ensure they were dispatching workers at the right time. I was given a realistic estimate on my wait time based on the workers being on another job. I probably called them three times in a period of 20 minutes with questions, and each time, I was given advice and direction that helped so much. Before the plumbers came (Dave & Partner), I was sent a text when they were on their way, along with a picture of Dave and a short bio on his plumbing background!! Once they arrived, with 5 minutes, they had a plan. They told me to go upstairs and relax, or I could watch what they were doing to fix the issue. I chose to go upstairs.;-) Once they were done, they came upstairs and explained what they did and let me know they flushed toilets and ran the sink to ensure everything was fixed! I am so grateful! I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE!

These guys are one of the most professional and efficient companies I’ve ever dealt with. My pipes on my mobile home had frozen and I was in a total state of panic. I had two 20-year-old toilets and their associated old, corroded valves replaced by Taylor and (I believe) Jordan. Communication with the front office was very fast and responsive via FB messenger. Both were very friendly and explained the process. They had both toilets and valves completely replaced and caulked fast, the old toilets were hauled out, and they even took all the trash/packaging from the new toilets without being asked. The work done looks fantastic and seems study and trouble free. The whole thing took well under the estimated time and well under the estimated (very reasonable) price. Now my go-to Cheyenne plumber.Edit: Used again 11 months after previous time (May 2023 and April 2024). Still flawless and their work from last year has held up perfectly. This time was with Garrett. These folks do really good work.

Let me start this with my problem - I had a clog in my upstairs lines. I called on another company here in town, who had a drain specialist come out, couldnt clear my drain, and told me I needed to have a pipe cut. After paying a plumber from the same company to replace a piece of piping, they caused damage to my ceiling due to their not being prepared with tools and supplies to accomplish the job. I called that company to see about their insurance paying for damages, and they sent a guy out who blamed me for the damage for having water in my pipes and was told damage to drywall is routine in repairing pipe. But I didnt need a pipe repaired. I needed a clog cleared! While I got essentially ripped off for close to $300, I was desperate and frustrated. A simple clog now has turned into damage to my new house that I now have to fight to get them to fix. I canx my appointment with them and went searching for another company. Thats how I found these guys. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. She managed to get a team out to me the next morning. The guys, when they arrived, were prompt, professional and extremely well equipped. They not only managed to fix my clogged line (thank you again!!) but checked and ensured I didnt have any bigger issues. Getting ripped off by the other company here in town was a small price to pay to find a genuinely honest and hardworking company like Bull Ridge. Their work was excellent, and prices fair. They cleaned up after themselves and disinfected, unlike the previous company. I can say if you are in a bind and dont know who to trust, turn to none other than Bull Ridge with their helpful staff and 24/7 response. This isnt a paid review, I am just that happy with their work. Very military friendly. I cannot express how much stress and heartache they relieved by coming out! I will be using them for any issues I may have in the future.

We have a large tree in the front yard that always gives us problems. We had tried a different plumbing company 2 years prior that charged us 5x more for the same work the Bull Ridge Plumbing provided. I called in the early morning, they were quick and responsive and was able to get us on the schedule for that day. The plumber showed up an hour earlier and efficiently worked to clean out the drain. Bull Ridge only charged for the labor and equipment fee which was priced great and well worth the money spent. There were no additional charges for the use of the camera or any other hidden fees during it, unlike the previous plumbers we have used. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely hire them for my future plumbing needs.
