    As before at the 572 Stevens Blvd House your team was extremely courteous and professional & knowledgeable. You did a full install in attic , 10 flex line vents cut in to downstairs ceiling, outside air unit. 4 trucks - 8 guys - two days for basically what your asking to ( change out ) two units at the Eastlake address. Thank you just not in our budget at this time.

    First year in new house as a first time homeowner and Kobella helped me work with the home warranty company on my claim. We ended up getting a new furnace which has been great. Greg was awesome helping guide us through that process! A few weeks later our downstairs toilet flooded and Jerry came out and was able to come in and reset the toilet! absolutely amazing service, quick and reasonable. Shoutouts to Josh, Greg, Kyle, and Jerry who have helped make this new house feel like a home.

    Josh at Kobella was, simply, the best serviceman we have ever encountered. He did the regular maintenance on our furnace and installed an air scrubber (which, by the way is absolutely amazing. I cooked fish and couldnā€™t smell anything in the house!). A few days later, our heat went out completely. Josh returned and didnā€™t give up on finding the issue. He was tenacious and found the problem, fixed it and never gave up. We are so appreciative of how he treated us. A wonderful representative for Kobella!

    This was only my first visit/estimate before the work being done, but I wanted to comment on the high quality of customer service today.Scott was awesome! Very polite, very professional, and explained everything in detail. Kobella may be a bit more pricey, but I can already see that Im getting what I pay for.     Kyle and Homer and the larger team that supported them executed in a very professional manner with excellent workmanship. Kyle and Homer worked late into the evening to complete a major upgrade to my propane service, replaced an old oil furnace and installed a new high-efficiency propane furnace in a 1880 farmhouse stone basement! Great team, great results.Homers work on the expanded propane service was extremely careful and precise. He re-worked the entire existing network and extended it in a careful manner. He and Kyle executed very carefull safety checks and restarted all the appliances and new furnace. They stayed late into the evening after an all day effort to ensure that we had minimal inconvenience. My sincere thanks to John, Kyle, Homer and the entire team at Kobella!

    Jeremy did an awesome job for us... resolved our issue and took the time to adjust the boiler pressures so that we should not incur another pressure relief issue... He thoroughly explained every step of the process and stayed to be sure that all was working properly and at the proper temperatures and pressures. I will definitely use Kobella Plumbing in the future... He also gave us estimates for completing any future work that tentatively may be required on this older system. Additionally, we received an in depth estimate for a total system replacement from Jon (also from Kobella) in the chance that we would decide to replace the current total boiler system. Jon explained all aspects thoroughly without the sales pressure... Thanks, to both Gentlemen and Kobella Plumbing.

Ask for quotes on tankless water heaters for my husband to review and those were immediately sent to email. I highly recommend this company. It was recommended to me by a coworker since I am new to the area and they went above and beyond. I even signed up for the yearly maintenance due to our house being built in 1974

    Good company. Technicians are outstanding. I had a difficult system to work with and they did a great job replacing two furnaces and adding two air conditioning systems to what can best be described as a unique house. They didnt just replace existing furnaces, we were converting from oil to gas heat so there was engineering involved also. Had a couple of minor issues and they took care of them immediately and without any fuss.

    Last Saturday our air-conditioning unit stopped generating cold air. We read great Google reviews on Kobella, they were local, and we called them early Sunday morning. They were able to immediately visit us later that day. Shane, the HVAC tech, was an outstanding technician, and also very polite and respectful. I was worried that we needed a new unit; but instead, Shane identified options that provided us with lower cost and great quality solutions. He also identified some other maintenance work that could be done and we agreed to it. What set him apart was his ability to communicate technical issues in laymanā€˜s language for my wife. Going forward, we signed up with Kobella for semi annual maintenance check upsā€¦ They are simply an incredible and honest company with great people.

    Our air conditioner broke down and we called Kobela. The receptionist was very prompt in getting us set up with an appointment, and Josh was out within 20 minutes of receiving the call. Josh was extremely professional and walked us through everything we wanted to know, and had everything installed and cleaned up and headed out in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Kobela as they have done several jobs for us and have always done fantastic work.

    Shane from Kobella came to my house yesterday to fix my tankless water heater. Besides fixing the immediate problem, he took the time to investigate and tried to make sure this doesnt happen again. He thoroughly explained everything to me and since he felt it might be an installation problem, he told me Kobella would handle everything.     Kobella rep was super nice and friendly walked me through what exactly needed done gave me a quote and moved forward with the work. After work was done I was given further quote of adding refrigerant. After hearing the second price quote I started to do some snooping on pricing and looked up the exact capacitor that was replaced in the first quote. For an hours time the replacement cost 494$ when i looked up the capacitor it was 74$ + shipping. This means they charged me $400 ~ in labor costs for an hours time. Thats just outrageous.I am now editing this after I have had some time to sit down and calm down being in a both cooler state of mind and actual cooler building, and talked to Kobella Management about the service call. There were a few great options that werent made clear to me at the time of service and in a panic (no AC) didnt really think. Kobella does offer up to 500$ to essentially undo the service + parts they did if youre not satisfied with it. At this time I will not be doing this as the representative has helped me understand their price a bit better, standing by the extra measures they go through to ensure top quality installations and their own labor warranty on what they do. All the extra costs and training all factor into the price of the product. While I still dont agree with the top end price they gave me. They are a top end product and can charge that.

    Just had a new furnace, A/C unit and water heater installed. This crew did a fantastic job. Arrive about 8:30 AM and were done by about 3:45. The 4-man crew swarmed the job and didnt mess around. After they removed the old units from my utility closet, they repaired the damaged floor before installing the new units. They were polite, professional. and respected my property. They answered all my questions, explained what they had done and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. The price was reasonable, too. Got my invoice by email within 15 mins of their departure. I wont call anybody else for my HVAC or plumbing needs!

Everything was awesome from start to finish, starting with the woman my husband talked to on the phone this morning until the time our technician, Taylor, left our property later this afternoon. We decided to call themā€”after our AC unit kaputed last nightā€”due to the excellent reviews. They definitely come honest by all of those reviews!Taylor worked hard to figure out our issue until he had the answer and he fixed it right up. Turns out the darn chipmunks chewed up the wires. After an uncomfortable nightā€™s sleep and a long day of the house being 85 degrees inside, it was such a relief to feel cool air again!Taylor takes great pride in his work and he said he loves to make people happy when he fixes their issues.     Our pressure tank for our well water setup began leaking. It was a Water Worker from Home Depot. Only lasted 7 years. Tyler from Kobella came out to do a free estimate. The unit clearly needed replaced (see picture).Kobella replaced the tank with a Flexcon Flex-Lite FL12. Its a more expensive unit, however, its life expectancy is far greater. He completed the work same day. Price was a little more than what I was expecting, but the timeliness and quality of the services and products make up for that. Tyler was also very friendly and nice to talk to. He wore a face covering the whole time and put on slip on shoe coverings to not track anything into the house. Kobella is definitely a plumbing service thats worth keeping in your contacts.

    We thought the anode rod in our hot water tank needed to be replaced. When Bruno from Kobella came to check it out, it was determined that this fairly new hot water tank was defectiveā€¦.they called and found (with the help of Kobellaā€™s research on our behalf) that it was covered by the 5 year warrantyā€¦a new one was delivered by the time Bruno dismantled the defective tank. He was finished installing the new tank by 1:30p.m. Bruno answered all our questions and fully explained what needed to be done. We now have an electric anode rod in our new hot water tank. Wowā€¦.Bruno is knowledgeable, efficient, patient and is an expert at this plumbing business. We are amazed and delighted with his work and extremely pleased with our plentiful hot water.     Kobellaā€™s did a great job on AC maintenace plan. Josh M checked the outside unit first and all was good. Then he went inside and saw a discrepancy with the air flow. He pulled the filter and saw I had just replaced it but noticed there was no hole for air to flow to the blower but only under the pedestal for the furnace. He spent quite a bit of time cutting a hole for air to flow directly to the blower. I had almost called Kobellas to complain about this noisy Trane furnace. What Josh did made this furnace and AC unit much quieter and work like a top quality brand that I expected. Thank you Josh. Top quality work!!!

    What a wonderful company. I had issues with my sup pump. Called up Kobella, briefly described the problem, and quickly got an appointment set up the very next day.     Every aspect of Kobella was top notch. Sales was knowledgeable and cleared. Walked you through every option, all pros and cons. Their pricing is transparent and you know what your paying for.Scheduling was simple and fast. From getting our estimate to installation was less than a week.The installers were polite, on time and knowledgeable. They take their time and double check everything to make sure itā€™s perfect. They even repaired problems with my furnace installation from a previous company and there were many. (Stay away from state heating and cooling)Do yourself a favor and use Kobella and avoid the headaches, surprises and u easiness that comes with going with a less reputable company.

    No hot water this morning and I called Kobella to come out and see if they could get us going. Bruno showed up, on time, and immediately got to work on the problem. Multiple error codes on my tankless heater made for a not-so-simple diagnostic problem, but Bruno got it done. He kept me informed every step of the way and I was so pleased with the service that I signed up for the annual HVAC and plumbing service contracts.

    Jason was very communicative ā€” calling to ask if he could arrive early. Upon arrival he diagnosed my issue within seconds, and had a few options quoted and available. The repair/installation was completed very quickly, and he performed a series of tests to ensure there was no additional problems. The worksite was cleaned up and the old garbage disposal was taken with him.Iā€™ve used Kobella for a few years for multiple repairs and Iā€™m always left impressed. Would highly recommend.

    They replaced our worn out well pump and pressure tank. Justin W. and his associates were very courteous and professional. Justin asked numerous times if we had any questions and explained their progress along the way. The work was done quickly and correctly and all materials were cleaned up afterwards. Great experience.     Labor day weekend. On a Sunday. 25 guests. I broke the feed line to my pressure tank. I cut power to the well pump and informed my guests we had no water. I didnt even waste my time. I called Kobella. Jared arrived. Fixed my problem and had water restored in less than 1 1/2 hours. Party was saved.

    We woke up to our drains backed up, after calling 3 other local plumbers and either not receiving a call back or an astronomical quote without even coming out, I called Kobella. Not only did they get me scheduled on the first call, they were about to schedule someone same day.Bruno was dispatched to our house and was so professional and had GREAT customer service. He kept me updated through the whole process, had me sign off on additional charges (no surprise fees!) And explained the findings extremely well.Kobella will now be our go to plumber should we need one again - hopefully not for a long time, though!HIGHLY recommend!

    I needed my furnace serviced and received an appointment promptly. This appt turned into me needing a new furnace. Everyone from the repair man to the install was perfect. Great communication. Always on time and calls on their way. Reasonable pricing and for the customer service you get, itā€™s all worth it. I feel confident my furnace will last a long time knowing theyā€™ll be servicing it twice a year.

Every person I dealt with was professional and friendly, from dispatch to repair man. They even moved up our appointment when they heard how upset I was.     I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this company is top-tier. I recently had a water filtration system, sump pump & tankless water heater installed (along with a variety of smaller things). Huge project overall. They were consummate professionals, on time (even offered to come early), the work was immaculate. They cleaned everything up before leaving and communicated everything clearly and patiently. I highly recommend them. Justin (who led my project) was incredible.
