The guys at Acme were quick and very professional. The equipment they installed has worked perfectly. The generator is scheduled to run every week, and recently, it came on automatically when the power was interrupted and then turned off when the power was restored just like it is supposed to. Had Acme perform the annual maintenance check on my Koehler whole house back-up generator. The technician, Chris, did a great job! He explained what he was doing, showed me status of various key items (battery voltage, out put voltage and frequency of the generator, etc.) changed the oil and filters. Very pleased with the service and plan to use them going forward.

They were excellent communicators, and the technician was quick and efficient. What I appreciated most, though, was that my home warranty wasnt going to covet most of the bill, but Acme spent a good amount of the time on the phone with my warranty company and got them to pay most of it. I am not their regular customer and they didnt have to go so hard for me like that--I appreciated it so much, especially as a first time home owner.

Brian W from Acme has been absolutely amazing to work with. Weve had a couple of smaller jobs, and hes helped us out with both. One was just installing a couple of new circuits near the breaker box, and he was in an out within 2 hours(I think), including a trip to the store for supplies. Were lucky we got him with our first issue in 2019, I think it was, because another company left loose wires before we moved in and Brian found them and said they could have very easily caught on fire. Honest guy. I will always call Acme for any future electric work. Thanks!

Purchased a Kohler whole house generator thru ACME Electric Company. Chris did a great job of installing the panel on the side of the house next to the electrical meter and running 220 wiring thru conduit, into the attic and to the generator location. Nice clean look, professionally done and quiet when running.
